Just moved to Concord and decided to try Brickhouse. As with most restaurants, I could tell they were a little shorthanded but they kept smiling! The food was fantastic. We tried the BBQ and a wrap. Both delicious! Thanks for an enjoyable experience and will be back!

We booked the private room for our anniversary celebration and it was awesome! We don’t eat buffets but the food here was home cooked and VERY good! Pot roast and BBQ is a must! We will be back for sure!

Me and my family love this restaurant we go all the time. When you go in you have this home town feel that is always inviting. Last night they had a buffet as they do most Saturdays I was unable to eat in person but was able to get a to go plate. I must say, there fried chicken is something to talk about. It is always juice never dry, full of flavor and pared well with black-eyed peas and collards.

Eric, thank you and Brickhouse Grill for making my Moms 90th birthday SO special!!!! You were so helpful with the menu, the food was fantastic and you went out of your way to make sure we had everything we needed!! My uncle said it was by far the best BBQ he has ever had!!! He asked me if you sold it or if it was just a catered item. I told him you could definitely help him out!!! Everyone ranted and raved about the food...and what GENEROUS portions!!! We will definitely try out your buffet!! You have catered for my husbands family Christmas get together for years!! The best in Concord!! Thank you again!!

Lifetime resident of downtown Concord. Drive by there several times a week. Finally decided to get takeout. Holy cow, was it amazing! This is my new go-to spot! A must try!!!

I just had this place for the first time. Ive driven past it a few times and been curious and I am SO glad I decided to finally stop. When I tell you that burger was so good I was stupefied. Im still eating it actually. It was THAT good that I had to stop and make sure people knew this place was top-tier. This burger could make Gordon Ramsay cry happy tears. I will definitely be returning. On top of that, the staff is extremely friendly and service time was reasonable. I would definitely recommend calling ahead however, as due to COVID precautions they are currently take-out only and in the heat of June, the take-out area gets HOT.

Food was good and staff was supper friendly and tentative. Would have liked to have seen more on the salad bar, and especially options for salad dressing, but I understand with everything still recovering from the pandemic. Will return for sure.

In all my travels this place was a gem. Food was superb. Staff was nice. The only complaint I have is I dont live close by to hit this place up more often.

I had the cheeseburger wrap and substituted fried okra for fries. It was fresh and yummy. My wife has the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Both were better than expected.Down home country atmosphere and good service.The do have a very limited beer selection, but the food was good.

As always this place never lets me down. Carrying on traditions of good service and food as the previous restaurant did.

Stopped to check it out and am very happy we did. Great food, staff and price. Family of 3 adults. $33.00 total. Home made ranch dressing the greatest taste. Barbecue didnt need to have sauce added great the way it was served. Would we go back? You bet.

I attended a sales presentation there. The menu was limited. They had run out of the NY strip steak, so I had the Brickhouse Chicken-heart tasty. The waitress took very good care of all of us.

First time at restaurant and they have take out only. I ordered hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and green beans and I will be back. The hamburger steak had grilled taste and mashed potatoes and green beans were very good.

Stopped in to try a local place. Food was ok. Had a BBQ plate. Wife had chicken tender sandwich. BBQ was good. Nothing amazing. Wifes tenders were very salty. My fries were good, wifes was very very greasy. No salt on these at all. Also had some fried pickles for an appetizer, this just like the chicken were way over salted. Overall. Most of the meal was not very good.

We have eaten here many times the food has always been outstanding. Tonight the food was cold with no taste. Told owner, he was short with us, with many excuses. Hope it was just an off night

The BBQ is great, steak was awesome! The atmosphere was just ok. The outside led me to think it would be nicer but its kind of like a sports bar without the bar. The waitress was nice. But again the atmosphere is just ok. Go for the food.

My last two visits have been a disappointment, food overcooked/burned.

Great people and great food. Not only do we enjoy eating there, we used Brickhouse to cater our daughters wedding and they were awesome! Kendall and Holly arrived early, set everything up, made all the drinks, and kept everything filled and steaming hot for the whole reception. We never ran out of food and they even packed up all the leftovers for us. I would like to personally think Eric Key, Kendall, and Holly for taking such good care of us. I have nothing but praise and would highly recommend Brickhouse to anyone.

We tried the lunch buffet on 1-26-20. It was delicious!! We went back tonight 1-30-20 for supper. Garlic parmesan wings were awesome! Good variety at an honest price. The staff are polite, kind and super attentive. Cant say enough nice things about these folks!

A friend of mine and I stopped by here on the way to the Edwin McCain show a couple of weeks ago. It was around 8:15 when we arrived and they close at 9. There were two other tables in the restaurant so not busy at all. We ordered our food and unfortunately, the chicken sandwich I ordered was still raw when they brought to the table. Thankfully, I had cut it in half in order to manage eating it better. The manager did comp our meal though, and gave us each a slice of cake. It certainly wasnt his fault, and I know he reprimanded the cook. I know they were in a hurry to get out, but raw poultry is a big No-No. The server was sweet and so was the tea. Hopefully, other patrons have had better experiences.

My husband and I had a coupon for buy 1 meal, get 1 free so we decided to try this place out last week. Terrible experience all together and we will not go back. Our server was sweet and checked on us several times but we waited 50 minutes for grilled chicken and fried chicken tenders. 50 minutes that we saw people who came in AFTER us receive food. 50 minutes that no one bothered coming over and maybe letting us know why we were waiting so long, especially since we had a 4 month old baby who was getting fussy. Had we not drove 20 minutes one way, we would have seriously got up and walked out. Finally, my husband went to ask what was taking so long and the food came out (of course). It was warm, not hot like you would expect food that you had been waiting on for 50 minutes. We asked the waitress why we waited so long and she said We make everything fresh so maybe something you ordered took longer to make than the other tables. So youre gonna tell me your fresh chicken tenders take 50 minutes to fry in grease? No. Im pretty sure someone dropped the ball somewhere and forgot about us but didnt want to own up to it. Not to mention there were only 10 people eating in the whole place including us. It was a serious disappointment and Ill never go back or ever recommend this place. Please train your staff to handle situations like this better.

Cheeaeburgers are best in town, but the tomato RUINED it. Mushy and flavorless.

Eric runs a great local place with excellent food and service. Steaks are excellent and so is anything else have tried over several years. He also catered our rehearsal dinner and it was completely outstanding.

Food and Service was exceptional. Their hand pattied flame grilled burgers are delicious. The BBQ is on point and the homemade chips were delicious! I highly recommend

We ordered a buffalo wrap and a cheeseburger wrap. The food was great for the price.They allowed my husband to substitute the fries for fried okra. He was pleased with the okra, which is a hard thing to accomplish. It was nice and crispy, not greasy and had just the right amount of crispy batter.I had the sweet potato fries which were delicious. They even made some brown sugar butter for me to dip them in! Friendly service...they aim to please!

Honestly...I see alot of folks bragging on the buffet. We went after church a couple weeks ago, I was very disappointed. All tasted like it came straight from the can. No seasoning, just bland (squeaky green beans)....BUT...(everybody I know has a big old BUT), The following week, a couple guys at work talking about their cheese burgers. So...I gave the place another try. FOLKS. .let me preach on it!!! Hands down, best tasting burger Ive ever had. The meat had an incredible grilled taste. (Ill never grill another burger myself) So, the 4 stars is based on the Burger. The other food brought me down a point. Check it Out!!
