Huge air conditioned stadium/ indoor arena, hundreds of seats, very spacious parking and most friendly staff. Our Concrete Mixer Rodeo was held here and I had the most wonderful experience. I was overwhelmed with Respect and kindness. Biggest detractor for this site is lack of Wi-Fi and very poor if any cell service inside

Great Agility Trial venue!Lots of parking, crate space and a food grille onsite. Clean and adequate temperature control.

Went there for the C&E gun show. The facility was clean and it was set up for easy movement. Only con was wish it could have been a little cooler inside. But still had a nice time.

Nice little arena. Ive been here a few times and caught pro wrestling shows. Its not too far out. Parking is easy. We were ringside and had fold out chairs. All in all it was good and Id definitely go back.

This place smells bad. Not sure what the smell was. No wi-fi. I heard you could pay $10 per day and have it, but not sure. No ATM??? This is crazy! Concessions are cash! They allow smoking right outside of the front door. Prepare for some second hand smoke on your way in. Only good thing I can say about this place is the security was excellent!! I would not recommend this place.

Easy to find and navigate. Not too big and not too small. Seats were average comfort.

Visited at a gun show. Good air flow and people traffic flow. Clean restrooms. Need more/larger snack bars.

Nice Arena! Great views from the seats we were lucky enough to get :) My daughters school chose this place for their High School graduation ceremony.I recommend you take a sweater as it does get cold in there. They only sold vending machine bottled water that morning for $3.50 so take cash if you get thirsty.

Christmas Made in the South. Great event and much better than Southern Christmas Show. Much less hectic! Buffet was great.

If nothing else we attended the alpaca event today...alpacas get 5 stars.. the event was free the alpacas were....comical..parking was free

My church womens ministry went to a EWomens conference here...Was a pretty good setUp, the restrooms were lacking, most all stall doors were broken and would not close...food also wasnt all that good here either that was in deli part...the entertainment and speakers was on point...facility is pretty outside and inside as well...just with over 1200 women in one spot, we need a better means to go to the restroom...God Bless this ministry and May your visit here be a good one...HFCOG Womens Ministry...

Went for a bridal fair they gave me free tickets which was awesome. The only down side is every event I have been to you have to pay the 5.00 for parking which kind of stinks. Nice large facility though and they even do event rentals for weddings which at the bridal fair the cost and what was included was a great deal! Definitely a cool place worth checking out events!

It was a good show overall but the venue only had 1 concession stand open for such a large crowd which made everyone stand in line for so long.

Came here for a Ring of Honor event. Box office staff was incredibly friendly. It was a great venue and had a good selection of concession items. Would definitely come back.

I was there for a home and garden show, very well organized and spacious lay out. It would have been five stars, but the concession stand closed at least two hours before the show ended and I was hungry! I must have just missed it, one hour before; I understand.

It was quite the experience. What a great time. So much fun. Such cool and unique animals. Cant wait for next year to do it again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!I have been to more venues than it is possible to remember. This one stands out in so many ways. It is the cleanest venue I have ever seen it was like this was the only event ever held there every thing was pristine and immaculate.The security was well trained and moved everyone along well. The event staff were friendly and helpful. The food was decent for a small menu. Above all else was the acoustics they were amazing !!! Kelby Kostner put on a great benefit show for the fire and rescue. We are looking forward to going back.

Went to my oldest sons graduation from cox mill high school. I was impressed with the size. It was also clean and organized they did a great job and the venue was great for the purpose.

I have attended many events including wrestling shows, expos, concerts and the fair. The proximity to downtown Concord makes this an excellent event space to see all types of events for local residents. Concessions are always fair and the facilities are always well kept.

Just attended the Cabarrus County Fair here this past weekend. Its a great facility, and the staff go above and beyond to help facilitate whatever you may need.

Depending on what event youre going to depends on which building they use. We went to the alpaca festival, which this year was smaller than last year. I have also been to a gun show there, which has slowly tapered off as the years have gone by. The buildings themselves are clean and well maintained.

Really big and nice facility to host events. The Sheriffs department uses it for many of our functions. Big improvement from the old days, when the fairground at Cabarrus Ave and 601 was all we had for outdoor and indoor events.

Yearly have gone to the county fair. Have been to a few other events at this facility. Great location. Ample parking. The arena is great and so are the fairgrounds.

Here for the Redeemed Conference! What a blessing. Although we were checked for weapons and such (too bad it has to be this way) they managed to get us through quickly.

The fair is here my graduation was here and we always go to the Home and Garden shows that are here the setup is pretty nice and the venues pretty large

I’ve been in this arena many times and it’s always clean, the staff is professional, and respectful. Bathrooms are nearly spotless every time I visit which is very important. I would recommend this venue for large events and even some smaller events if the cost isn’t too overwhelming.

Absolutely no cell service inside of the center, and Wi-Fi is $10 a day to use! The aisles are incredibly narrow, making it hard for even two people to walk past each other. The acoustics are awful, so would not recommend going to any event where sound is of importance. The middle arena is a good size, though, and you can see it fairly well from all seats in the stadium.

Always love attending events here. I Took my Dad to an AEW Televised Wrestling Show. Tickets were reasonably priced. Always clean.

Air conditioned Petting Zoo livestock beautiful handmade crafts being judged. My only regret is that the baked goods judging had already taken place. I sure they all would have gotten a blue ribbon from me.

Very beautiful work by talented artists and crafters. Wasnt happy with the parking attendants. Wanted to park in front of the building but they wouldnt let us in. Seen many spots as we came down the road. Come on....let us park were we want

My first visit for a concert venue and wow what a show! The people were super friendly and helpful from parking, to entry, to discussion during the visit. The sound was awesome and the show, Gary Allan @garyallan was amazing! The whole show was well worth the visit. If another show comes through town Im hopeful they add a stop here. The acoustics were spot on with the music flowing through the arena. I hope to see more great artists come here.

Perfect for the venue that we attended! Volume seating, environmentally conditioned, and the audio support could be heard throughout the building. Clean restrooms, large reaching area, and plenty of parking. The only suggestion with a crowded parking lot is to have an alternate exit area that are directed by staff to eliminate the excessive wait time to exit.Great venue!

Pay to park during events. Handicap parking fills too fast. Poor lighting in parking lot when you are far from the building. Arena seating is very tight. Thats not surprising. The building seems new and well maintained. Good air conditioning.

Cabarrus Arena & Event Center is a Family Oriented place to visit and see shows. Very Family friendly and not expensive.

Brutally boring gun show, like a funeral!!!

Great facility to have about any smaller event. Attended Carolina in January, and the vendor count was way down from where it started a few years ago.

Annual Christmas ShowThis is the 6th year weve gone and I must say that this was probably the best year so far. So many unique items & the man from up North was there too!! 🎅 Was able to buy 5 Christmas gifts, hubby bought a hat and we picked up some homemade sweets. Very successful outing!

Awesome event center, it has a ton of space and great for large events. Im a local photographer and photographed a wedding here, I just loved the amount of space given.. I cant remember the centers coordinator but she was extremely nice and helpful.

First time here. Visited for the Cabarrus County Fair. Although there was a fair, the ingress and egress of the facilities was very easy especially with the Sheriff Office directing traffic. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Nice event location overall.

Great reptile show lots to see and buy! This is a great stop for us everytime it comes to town. Lizards, snakes, spiders, frogs tanks and feeders.

We were attending the afternoon circus. There was plenty of parking with easy access to the venue. The food prices were reasonable; half the price of concert fare. Seats and restrooms were all easy to access. My only complaint is that the floors need some major attention. Gross! This is my fourth separate visit there for something and the floors are always nasty in the seating area.

Beautiful, clean, and well maintained public place. Werent for my nephews graduation and was impressed. Spacious and tall ceiling with a comfortable spacing between the seats. Leaves an impression that its somehow bigger inside than expected from walking up to the building.

Great space but zero cell phone service inside the arena. Makes it Nealy impossible to coordinate meeting friends - no text, no calls, like a black hole for mobile network. Guest wifi is available but no internet access. They should invest in a cell phone signal repeater for inside. If nothing else for safety reasons.

Went for the road show. Interesting environment, and lots to see, and purchase. Enjoyed meeting people and the little snack shack offered basic but good food. The chicken tenders and fries were yummy!

We love coming here each year for dance competition, but greatly dislike having to pay $5 for each day for parking for 3 days of dancing. We have already paid $500-$600 to Showstoppers per dancer. Its a bit much to have to on top of that pay for parking..

Large enough amphitheater with easy access facilities. The seats could be more comfortable

Came here to host a wedding show and it is always a challenge because there is no free wifi. Even if you wanted to use your cell service, you cannot get anything. Sending texts and looking at emails from clients was difficult and frustrating

Is a great location for Christmas Made In the South. Parking was free and plentiful. A great venue for so many different types of events.

I was here yesterday for the Cabarrus County Fair which usually happens the second week of September. You buy your tickets at the entrance and the ride tickets can be bought once you’re inside. The tickets are cash only and some of the food stalls are also cash only. They do have ATMs all throughout the venue. However, more and more of the food stalls accept cards now. We came on Sunday when they had a canned food drive, which allows you to donate canned goods for an admission ticket from 1-3pm. What a great way to do some charity work! They have other ticket specials and you can see that by checking their website. You can get all the typical fair foods from freshly squeezed lemonade ($6 for large) to giant turkey legs ($10) to fried Oreos ($6) and much more. There is a limited number of covered seating outside but you can get relief from the sun inside with the exhibits where there is really strong air conditioning. One thing that really made me upset was seeing horses outside. They seemed miserable even though they were under a little covering because it was extremely hot and humid. I wish they could have been kept inside. I hope someone can help with that.

The fair is always fun. Good food, people watching, playing games to win stuffed animals, other types of entertainment, it just a great night out to have to kid fun.

This place is great, went to car show this weekend, every town need s a place like this.

Not organized at all. We paid for VIP access and it was the exact same as general admission. Nobody cared to update the information or contact anyone. Everyone showed up early for nothing, and they didnt even offer an apology or any type of refund. Very disappointing.

Attended the landscaping event. It was very nice. Lots of vendors.

I went to Cabarrus Arena for the first time today. A beautiful facility well maintained and very clean. I recommend going to events here. However the charge for parking of $5/day is ridiculous. They dont even have a stoplight to aid in getting into and out of the arena of a major four lane highway but they will make sure they get your 5 bucks. They even go one step more negative by charging $10/day for internet service. Really? This is a downer but such a beautiful facility! The positives out weight the negatives!

Very nice events center. Cabarrus county needs to get something done about the cellphone service. It is non existent inside the building, this is disgraceful in this day and age. Business people must have access to cell service at events . For 5 years the same problem, no service. You loose all emergency access to family and friends when you are here. You have everything else right Cabarrus County quit being lazy.

Christmas made in the south. Some of the goods may have been made it southern China but I believe most were made locally and a fun show to go to.
