We hosted our son’s first birthday party at the Loft. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue or host to work with! Garrett answered any questions we had. All the tables and chairs we requested were set up days before our party. We had all the facilities needed to host our party without any issues. Our guests were definitely impressed with the venue.

Garrett, is amazing. I had a baby shower for my daughter at the Loft at 14th and my guest were impressed with the beautiful space. Parking was great too!!!!

The loft was perfect for our small wedding celebration! The space was beautiful, clean, & looked great in photos. The owner was very quick to reply and helpful with any questions or concerns. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this space!

I have tried calling several times but the phone number listed constantly goes to voicemail. I have left voicemails with all necessary information and have yet to hear anything back. Very unprofessional!! I was considering having my gender reveal here but I don’t think I will do that with the lack of responsiveness and customer service!

The loft at 14th was the perfect venue for my baby shower. We gathered in the intimate space downstairs but it also included the extra area upstairs. The beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors gave the best background to our shower decor.

This venue was absolutely perfect for my husband’s 60th Birthday. It provided the perfect ambiance for our event, and our guests were very impressed with it. Garrett was so pleasant to work with and provided quick responses to questions. I look forward to having future events at the Loft.

I rented this place for my husbands birthday. Garrett was amazing and super easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and the space was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend the Loft at 14th again and again and again!!!!!!

Hello! My daughter is having my first grandchild. And I wanted to go all out. As I was searching the web I came across The Loft at 14th in Concord NC. And it was so beautiful. I called and talked with the owner. And my date was available. I booked it and started my planning. Four days before I was going to have my daughters baby shower, her water broke and the doctors said she will have to stay in the hospital until she gives births. She’s was only 27 weeks and they want her to be 34 weeks. So I was like what am I going to do, I’ve already paid for everything to be done.So I called Garrett who is the owner of The Loft. And let me tell you he went over and beyond not only did he say I can have it later he offered to called the vendors to reschedule. But my daughter wanted me to have it anyway so she was there virtually and the shower was a hit!! Thank you so much Garrett for all of your help and especially for allowing me to have my event at your beautiful venue.

The Loft gave my wedding that extra touch of love. It was small, intimate and perfect for our vintage themed wedding. Garret, the owner, was flexible and willing to work with the present Covid circumstances. I really appreciated it. The venue is perfect and classy for small events!

We had our baby shower here and it was great. We had to play phone tag a few times but when were able to get a hold of each other Sheila was wonderful and very accommodating. They have a kitchen and 2 bathrooms which is great when you have 2 floors. And the fact that the parking lot is basically next door makes it much easier to unload and guest to arrive. I would definitely book this place again

I reserved an evening at Loft at 14. It was clean, spacious, an accommodating to all my needs. We were able to use the oven and refrigerator. The bathrooms, (one up, one down), were clean.Garrett was very helpful and accommodating as well. He got back in contact with me very abruptly. He also made sure I had everything I may need.The parking lot was helpful, since it was right next to the location.

My husband and I had our fairy tale wedding at The Loft at 14th. It was February 20, 2020 and it rained, sleet and snowed that day! All that I could have imagined and more!! It was beautiful! Our wedding was small and very intimate. The little decorations that we had went a long ways and it all came together beautifully. Thank you Loft at 14th!

I love this spot!!! Its just enough space for any kind of party! A little modern, a little rustic. I think Ill have my next Anniversary party there.🙂

A beautiful little space for all your reception and banquet needs. The perfect location to Downtown Concord with parking easily accessible. The owner was very accommodating and the space was set up and ready for us when we arrived. So easy and convenient! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a lovely space for our large family birthday party! The venue is very clean and well taken care of. Garrett (the owner) was accessible and accommodating with all our requests. There was plenty of good parking at the nearby public parking building. The full kitchen made it easy to serve our guests food and drinks. We would definitely recommend The Loft on 14th. We will do this again!

Just had a party at the Loft for 50 or so-a perfect sized venue. My crowd loved the venue. Easy communication with managers. Highly recommend for a small reasonably priced venue

We used the Loft at 14th for my sister’s bridal shower.Garrett was very easy to work with and the venue was perfect!Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking right next door, huge space between the downstairs and upstairs and set up/clean up is included.We highly recommend!

The Loft at 14th was the perfect venue for our daughter’s Sweet 16th. The space is clean, intimate, and has all the necessities for an event. The staff was professional and very responsive to our our requests and questions. Our guest enjoyed the space also.

Quaint, lovely venue for small (less than 50) wedding or baby showers, teas, luncheons or birthdays. Wonderful parking garage next door makes it easy on guests. CONS: The upstairs is not wheelchair/stroller accessible & the stairs are quite steep so care is needed to transition up & down.

Rented the space to host a baby shower. The price was fair, the accommodations were excellent. They even worked with us so we could go in a little early to set up. Great space for a party, small wedding reception or corporate event.

Lovely venue for a party - rules on glitter/confetti use are a bit strict as is the use of tape/blu-tac - makes it a bit hard to hang decorations on the walls.

I had my wedding there 2 years ago and its still just as cozy.
