After 10pm there are no guests allowed and this is enforced by security personnel posted at the main entrance. Which is good its just that you should keep in mind there is obviously a need for this restriction. The rooms are generally clean but the amenities are bare minimum and what few they have barely function properly. I WAS PUT ON THE DNR because the toilet was clogged due to normal use. Believe you me Im suffering no loss.

If I could give 0 stars, I wouldnt even give this motel that. Honestly, this hotel is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Every thing about this place is HORRIBLE. The room smelled so bad. The walls were dirty, the fixtures were old. The ac unit was broken. It would run for a half hour and shut down for two. The carpet was so stained, our socks were black. The toilet was dirty. The shower was dirty. No microwave. The refrigerator didnt work. I would have loved to do a black light test and blast this motel all over the internet. I cant believe how nasty this motel is. The room is a reflection of how the staff was, DISGUSTING. I could go on and on. Bottom line. DONT COME HERE.

The rooms are dirty and the walls are paper thin and you can hear shouting at all hours of the night (talk about curfew!). And the chamber maids who come to your room and are not in it for 2 seconds come in and start cleaning and the worst part of it is they rampage through your belongings and STEAL if they see something they like…I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody and I will never go back even to stay out of desperation…the whole place SUCKS!!!

Clean but feel of motel 6. Registration one stands out on the sidewalk speaking with reception with a thick plexiglass window in between. Around midnight, one night, a man was screaming bad words apparently to a guest staying next door to our room. Stuff like that. Also, old decor, furniture, and fixtures.

Carpet was dirty, musty smell, dingy lights, cracks in the wall, ceiling, and bathroom. Clothes rack looked rusty. No power plugs by the bed. HDTV without HD service (coaxial only). The only redeeming feature was that the bed was fairly comfortable and the nighttime security person who blocks off the entrance to the parking lot was very nice. Avoid if you can and shell out a few extra bucks for somewhere else. Only stay here if you just need one night in Concord (like we did).

Nice location..Looks are deceiving. Prices too high for what they offer. Old, dirty furniture and carpet. Some heat/ac units leak. Some rooms smell. Characters present. Security guard present after 8pm. No lobby.

The employees were very friendly and helpful they need to put microwave and iron in there rooms that’s the only thing that wasn’t helpful for me

Cool wasnt what I expected

Damp, dirty floors, cockroaches, stained pillows, stained walls, stained refrigerator, burns and stains all over chairs, never sat in them. Smoke alarm kept chirping. Never going back

It solved a means to an end. The carpets were cleaned and what a difference that makes. The scent of CLEAN, germ free, is Always a Good one!! Looks like they are sprucing it up and doing a Dandy job of it!!

Place stank of cigarettes and on booking it says smoking room but you ask its non-smoking....

This is was a pleasant surprise. Very nice and quiet accomodations in a busy part of town. Lots of parking and felt safe to spend the nite. Will go back if Im in the area.

Pet friendly place!(thats mostly how/why I gave 4 stars) Double bed room nice size, fridge in room! Ice machine was broken the few days we were here though, and 1 microwave for everyone to wait in line to use, up in the laundry room w/candy,chip and soda machines for your delight!

The Premier has vastly improved over the past five (approx) years. They continuously work to maintain a reputable reputation in the community. The Premier has an organized and structured protocal--which is enforced--for guests, potential guests and visitors. It is evident that a priority is to keep the negativity out. Most of the time the Premier is a suitable room for the price. For the most part, the rooms appear clean, however, most could benefit from an updating overhaul. As with any hotel/motel establishment, the rooms declared non-smoking are more preferable.My last visit, unfortunately, revealed a few scattered cockroaches, that showed face during daylight hours. The room was in the second building, on the backside. Thats the only sighting of roaches. About, one month prior, I thought I saw a few bugs near the head of the bed (bedbugs) I advised the office but they denied there were any. That does not stop me from checking every time or going back there.

Only problem with the place is no microwave in the room.

They are renting out the rooms they dont even have. Reserved a non-smoking room the day before, but they only had the smoking ones available when I arrived. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. It was relatively clean though, so no complaints there. Still, Id rather pay an extra 20 elsewhere next time.

When Denise is there I love the place. Secure. Cops keep an eye on it really well. Birthday dance was special. Nice location!

Rooms advertised was not the room I was given. The Young Indian man in front office was really rude and made racist comments when asked about pay options. But the cleaning crew and manager Theresa was nice

On Sunday September 29th 2019 at 430 maid service came and didnt clean the room and was given a garbage bag and towels and had to service my own room the maids are very friendly and kind but didnt properly service the room and management is very kind at $500 a night for a two Queen bed is ridiculously high. management was awesome i spoke to her and corrected the issue but was terrible this day but every other day i was her and previous visit was excellence 3 star cause it didnt have coffee in the room but down stairs you get coffee. pool is wonderful there was hair in the hot tub and need to be cleaned the walls are paper thin and you can hear people having sex in other room 3 stars overall

I stayed here on June 25 with a check out on the 26th. I left before the night ended because when I was getting into the bed, I spotted a bed bug. I didn’t think the staff would believe me so I took pictures. I still didn’t think they would believe me so I took a video as well. Well guess what! I told the staff and showed them what I have, and they said they didn’t see anything. Mind you, my complaint was on the 25th and they didn’t respond until Monday 6/29 and I had to call them. The manager didn’t speak to me but had the desk clerk tell me they “Didn’t find anything in 219 but can offer a 10% discount if I chose to come back”I’m no!

Bad service, disrespectful staff. I arrived at the property after making a reservation online. Because my partner didnt have her ID on her we wasnt allowed to stay so we had to find a new hotel at 10 oclock at night . I was also put on a do not rent list because I had never heard of this policy. Now the Clarion is where Im staying for a little more money but better service and they never requested my wifes ID. Just a really big inconvenience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is ok but too many people around here on drugs. Lady in the room came out running her mouth could immediately tell she was on drugs a few minutes later without even saying anything she mentioned she was loaded. I will checking out of here and moving on somewhere else. It was just a convenience place close to my storage and bart station. But room was nice mini refrigerator and storage space

Worst customer service EVER. The woman at the front desk was completely unhelpful, in fact she seems like she did not want to help at all. She has been at her position only 3 months yet she pretended she knew everything about the hotel industry. She didnt know how to do a proper credit card authorization over the phone, and claimed that no one ever did that in hotels. LOL The chambermaids, however, are awesome.

Terrible place! Cockroaches everywhere, toilet had no water so wasnt able to flush, shower head was cracked and water was spraying all over the bathroom. Spend a little more and get a better place then this!!

Safe place to stay have security to manage quest on promises

My stay at the Premier Inns Concord was quite enjoyable. Contrary to the other reviews on here, I found the rooms rather clean, everything was in working order, the staff was very nice, and the night passed relatively peacefully. Would definitely stay again if presented the opportunity. Thanks!

Place is usually clean. Wish they had smoking rooms and the recent crackdown is ruining night workers business but whatever its cheap and overall decent service and nice staff for the most part.

This is a very good location for a hotel. The staff are for the most part ok. Amenities are decent but pool is closed by the health inspector. I swam in that pool. Gross. For the money its the best you can get. This place has a bad history and I think they are turning it around.

If youre just looking for a warm place to crash and not at all worried about smoking and things not being new and shiny then youll be fine here.

They have really cleaned this place up. And it was not bad to start with. It is getting to cost to much so I will not be staying here anymore for that reason. Im just a working class man and the discount for staying there for months is no longer what I can pay. I will be bringing my RV from now on. Thanks for the years of accommodation.

Okay -- motels in general are gross. I previously stayed at Motel 6 in Concord, and that was a great experience. But I will never be back here to Premier Inns Concord... the shower was broken, and the shower-head was broken, I turned it on to take a shower (and let me also mention there was hair -- long brown hair all over the floors, now I have an afro for god sakes. It was long straight brown hair. I had to wipe it up) the water spewed out all over my clothes, and reached towards the toilet and went all over the floor and made this loud screeching noise. The soap was gross, it looked like it had been previously used, I called about the shower to the front desk and he was super nice and said he would head over to our room, granted this place is HUGE, it took us like a good 6mins just to find our room. Another suggestion - maybe the Inn should get better lighting installed, it was dark and I can to constantly get out of the car to see if the numbers were getting higher or lower to see what room number it was.So I gave the front desk agent the benefit of the doubt if it took us 6mins to drive around the compound itd take him a while to walk there. 5mins go by....10mins go by...20mins go by... an hour. At this point I figure hes not coming back so I give him a call at the front desk, I called twice no one answered. At this point I had to take a shower and use the shower curtain to cover the spraying showerhead. So, horrible customer service, horrible rooms, it was gross, it was disgusting, and I will never be returning. It takes a lot for me to write a review like this but these guys dont deserve even one star.

Very out dated feels like time warp to 1980s still has old box TVs lots of rift raff staying there lots of drug traffic people running around all night but the mornings are quiet and everyone is sleeping dont recommend unless your on a less than 69 dollar budget spring for 80.00 room sone where else

Dont stay there not sanitary

Not familiar with area, but seemed a little sketchy. Office Staff was not particularly friendly, but not rude either, more like they put up with a lot and expect problems and rudeness and have their defences up because of this. The room was basic, but very clean, the only issues we encountered were loose plugs, not too big of a deal. The price is affordable. The clientele varies from the shady to the legit, and there was some late night noise, but nothing steady or overly disturbing.

Wouldn’t recommend. It’s unfortunate the condition this motel is in. Staff was surprisingly very rude and clearly unhappy to be working there. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and everything felt dirty from the carpet to the sheets.

Its improving but still has a way to go

It was decent. There was quite a bit of unsavory looking characters about. When we went to check in, the clerk was rather rude, there were 4 of us, all in the reservation. Three of us stayed in the car and the fourth checked in. The clerk kept asking how many there were of us, saying it looked like more than 4 and wouldnt let up for several minutes, asking for all the names and being rude in general. The room was okay. You get what you paid for.

She told me she was reserving a room for me took my number said she would call when it was available. She never did so I called and they told me I had no reservation and no such rooms for the advertised 69 dollars but Id have to pay 100

Beds are very uncomfortable. Toilet was very low and small. No trash bag in trash bin not very well kept. Pool looked like it doesnt get cleaned. Location is great and cheapest place that accepts pets.

This was a cheap motel, so I want expecting much. I didnt expect to get bitten by a bed bug though. Thats what happened. The clerk didnt seem to be to surprised, so if you stay here, you probably shouldnt be too surprised either.

The non smoking room definitely smelled like smoke. Some of the lights didnt work. All in all, I made it out alive.

I can not, in good conscience, recommend that anyone stay at this motel. It is one of the cheapest places around, but that means that it attracts the lowest common denominator of guests. This place is filled with tweakers, prostitutes, and many other sketchy characters which cause the police to make several visits every day/night. Pay a few bucks more for a better place. It is definitely worth it.

Was simply picking up a friend who is staying there. It is somewhat clean and a popular choice for long term stays. He said it costs nearly $500 per week which is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

The hotel sucks they dont have internet and they dont have any microwaves in the rooms and the tvs are old fashion.the bad part of it is that they charger alot.also they dont even change the sheets on my room.the use the same ones and just fixes them like if they put fresh sheets on the bed wount stay there never again.

Never rent from this place. i have filed with the FBI over this place.

I needed a place to stay and paid for a week here. I was forced to leave a day early since I checked in at 2 in the morning after work on Friday. The maid was the only one to inform me my checkout was Thursday not Friday. So I paid nearly 100 a day for six days not a week. Everyday of the week I had some drama because of the facility. First this lady kept asking me for drugs then she came to my door pretending to buy drugs off me. Next day the police came to my door and interrogated me about the lady who probably tried to set me up. Unless you want to feel like a criminal dont stay here. I am never going back.

Its a place to sleep. Semi cheap during the week, but a rip off on the weekend rates. Place hasnt been updated since the Regan administration. Flat screen TV at least.... But the lone microwave is located in the laundry room? One microwave? 😐 Like I said.....its a place to sleep, and thats about it.

It was perfect for what we needed a place to sleep, we werent looking for something fancy just cheap because we were only going to be there from 12am to 9am. We had a concert to go to and didnt want to drive home. Now if you want super clean and perfect definitely not. There was a swisher on the side of one of the beds which we had two because thats all they had left. So I didnt see it till I was picking up the next morning. It was a smoking room so not to surprising but obviously overlooked by staff. No fridge, no pool, no microwave, Again we didnt need any of this just stating for the sake of the review. We would stay if we just needed something on the spot for 80 buck 100 after taxes and fees. Other than that it was just ok.

Advertised free internet, which is false. The lady at the front desk told us we couldnt get a refund after finding out the internet was not available even though wed only been in the room for 20 minutes (perhaps a fair policy for those who have to clean the rooms). A bit unfair, however, was her assurance that our room key could get us snacks from the vending machines; you have to get into that room with your key, but said key pays for nothing.
