The gal that did my pedicure was AMAZING! Id pay extra for her every time. As for my manicure, I wanted a gel polish french manicure design. Youd think I was asking for some intricate, detailed painting on my nails. It took some time for the tech to figure out how to do it. In the end, Im happy withwhat my nails look like, even if it wasnt exactly what I want.

Got a pedicure for the first time and it was AMAZING. This was my 2nd time going there. Theyre really the best in the city of Columbus.

Initially theyre a bit rude. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Theyre great at giving a treatment/ painted nails etc. that last. Every two weeks I go in and my nails dont fall off or lift. A part from my first visit when I think a younger nail tech was in training. I went back after a bad experience elsewhere. I will keep going despite the bad attitudes the ladies have.

If I could give negative stars I would. Very rushed service, extremely pushy about getting extra services and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Rude and made my friend’s nails bleed from grinding into her cuticles instead of pushing them back. Will never be returning. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the person who did my pedicure did a pretty good job.

Very nice people, I went in about an hour before closing and they were all very nice and my nails look amazing. Pricing is excellent as well

It says 10 for eyebrows waxed but they tell u at the last min that they charge a extra 2 dollars if u paying with 10’s -and 20’s and 100’s in cash like its no sign in there says that and they aint tell u that when u told em u want eyebrows waxed especially if u new coming a sign should be up i paid 12 dollars fa a 10 dollars eyebrow waxed i wont be coming back they be tryna over charge u

The women that did my fingers rushed and grinded into my cuticles. However, the man that did my pedicure did a fantastic job. He did not rush or hurt me at all.

Very nice and clean place. My only problem was that two fingers were cut and I and still bleeding as I type. I understand it was a mistake and it happens, but there was no apology or remorse. There also was no cut in the thirty dollar price for gel.

I was very disappointed in this nail salon. I told the nail tech several times that I wanted acrylic on my 2 big toes because I wanted a neat look. Well, my toes soaked about 5 minutes, in which I told them the water was lukewarm and would like hotter water. I never got hot water and the acrylic on my toes was uneven and extremely out of shape. A false tip was applied on one toe and not the other when both my nails were quite the same length to start with. I specified several times what I wanted and yet they did what they wanted to do. The owner is rude and she treat the other employees like slaves. She’s the only loud one in there. To her defense, it’s always that she “understood what the service should have been!”My issue with nails salons is that they never listen to your needs. If you’re a service based business, it is your job to provide the service in which you are trained to do. The staff needs training on how to properly do nails. You never prepare the nail bed for polish or acrylic without first prepping the nail bed. Acrylic was applied and my cuticles were not shaped, no skin was removed. This should be done before anything touched my nails. The owner should get rid of her bossy ways and stop making excuses and train her employees.

No no and no! dont do it to yourself, they are rushy, unfriendly and cut multiple of my fingers. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! -------- if you dont want your cuticles sliced and diced and fingers burning and sore dont do it!! take your business elsewhere I know its new and nice, but they are getting over, cutting people and still charging them

Great place to get your nails done! Ask for Ha for the best ombré nails. Everyone is very patient and professional and pricing isn’t bad at all.

It was very clean, but im not satisfied with my nails at all. They were suppose to charge me 20 dollars for a fill in with gel they charged me 30. My nails look like a 3 year old did them. Im not happy and wont be going back.

Terrible experience the lady was very rude and decided to try and argue with me because she never started on my aunts nails in the hour that we were there. She literally went and did someone else nails that came in after us instead of helping my aunt. My aunt left and even left the money for the soak off with unfinished nails. Very very terrible customer service. Do not recommend at all.
