My nails broke off in 5 days. Nails are not even the same shape. All of them are different widths & lengths. It looks terrible. And for nails to break so easy without even removing my real nail, I know this worker is not experienced with acrylic at all. I was left waiting 20 mins waiting for my nail to be polished while he did someone else that just came in instead. I asked for long nails told him the length but he ended up filing to a length I didn’t even want anyways. I don’t recommend. First time going & I won’t be back. I even tipped even though I hated them :(

The staff are practice Covid guidelines very well. The studio is pleasant. Most importantly they do a great cut that looks good for six weeks. My best style ever!

Andrew is EXTREMELY FAST! I was booked for a Dip Nail Manicure with extensions and it’s like a 45 minute appointment they block out, -I was out in just 30! That’s like us talking and checkout all included. Super fast and did an awesome job.Only complaint is I wasn’t really asked what shape I was going for, and had to stop him before he put on gel to get the nails shaped into an almond shape. But that’s no biggy, I love my nails, they’re beautiful and strong, and I got great advice on how to maintain their health! Thank you Andrew!

My nails look great! I got a gel manicure and they look fantastic. The girl that did my nails was so sweet. For me appearances here were a little deceiving (were they professionally dressed? No, but they were doing their jobs well!) and it was a bit of an awkward start but overall the place was clean, used distancing measures, and I loved the service I received!

My experience was very lovely. The woman who gave me my mani pedi was very nice and conversational. The facility is clean and well lit. It was a relaxing experience.

I literally drive across town just to have Andrew do my nails. He does AMAZING polygel nails, and Ive never had one complaint. They sanitize everything, and especially with Covid, everyone is socially distanced. Hes super honest about what works and what doesnt, and its WELL appreciated. I cracked a nail a couple of days after I got them done once (absolutely my fault, nails are not tools), and I called to see when and how much it would be to get it fixed, and he fixed it for free because Id just had them done. Everyone that works there is great, and I will never go anywhere else.

This has been the only place I will go to get my manis and pedis. Its tucked away from the madness of Sawmill. I always feel welcome, comfortable and know that I will have a great experience. My nails are always well taken care of, and are beautiful! And the best part is that everyone working here does a top notch job...Andrew, Jenn, Dorothy, Tony, Laihra kudos to you all.

Love this place! Andrew does gorgeous and fun nail art and I always feel welcome! They are very conscious and aware of the Covid-19 implications and have taken many measures to make you feel safe. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon!!

I just got dip powder done for the first time. I absolutely love it. Tony did an amazing job. The store is super clean . They are doing a great job making sure their clients feel comfortable during covid-19. Cant wait to go back.

Service and staff were very nice. Place was very clean and neat and timing was perfect.

At first, I was really excited to see all the colors they had to choose from and from watching, all the nail techs seemed really nice. Tony did my nails and quickly changed my perspective. He left previous dip residue on my nails and I choose a light color so it showed. I stopped him two nails in because you could see the old nail polish. He was rough, not kind and literally FLEW through doing my nails. I understand that they were busy but I am paying for what should have been quality service. There was nail polish all along the sides of my nails, hair stuck to my nails in the gel polish. He had no concern for how I was doing. He used the drill so much my pinky nail was starting to burn. If they weren’t so busy I would have asked for a different technician. Needless to say, when I got to my car I burst in tears. Since (3 hours ago), I’ve completely redone my nails. Wish I had a different experience because it is an adorable spa.

For starters, the salon is immaculate. Any complaints about cleanliness need to factor in that the drills create dust from acrylic residue, XYZ. It is a nail salon...This is my 3rd visit, second consecutively and I have nothing negative to say. I like that the staff members are very personable and it is a laidback environment. Quick service, solid nails, and reasonable prices.

We followed the owner from a previous salon and have since been seen by all of his employees and weve never had an issue. The online booking option is really handy and they have great polish selection!

I wanted to try this nail bar out since it’s closer to my home in comparison to my existing nail bar but I definitely regret my choice. I did my normal dip powder on my natural nails and regardless of my specific request of making sure ALL my nails are smooth and free on lumps, it was to no avail. Not to mention you can clearly see parts where parts of nails have some “see through patches” from the lack of coverage with the dip. It’s just best to say I could have done a better job myself blindfolded.

11/10 would recommend. The spa is very clean, the nail techs are friendly, and their color selection is expansive. Suzanna has been taking care of us for years, and I’ve never had a complaint. My nails ALWAYS look perfect when I leave and the polish really lasts. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone!

Suzanna is wonderful!!!! Super friendly, easy to talk with and does wonderful work! She is super patient as well. I am very indecisive about nail color and she was patient and helped me pick out two go to nail colors. She does wonderful detailed work and my nails last for weeks and my nails underneath still feel strong (she does not drill my nails to remove the old polish, which I love). She is great! Highly recommend her!!!

Great atmosphere, lots of chairs and tech stations so I walked in and was able to be seen immediately. Andrew was great! Very relaxed, we talked when I wanted be he let me relax when I wanted to... Only thing I would say is its a bit pricey so make sure you view website before you go. I paid $100 for classic pedi and gel French manicure however I tip very well😉

Polish Nail Spa is a cut above the all rest. This salon is beautifully styled with very chic and glamorous furnishings. They use quality products. The technicians were all very professional and courteous. This was more than a trip to the nail salon, it was a relaxing and refreshing experience. Special shout out to Andrew and Amy for making my birthday weekend all the more beautiful.

A man started speaking to another customer and never addressed me. I sat down and no one welcomed me or addressed my needs. Polish! is the only place I will go! Susanna is amazing! I have been consistently going to her for the past two years. She’s friendly, professional, and really cares about her clients. By far the best that I’ve been to!

The nail techs there let me know that dip nails were much better for my nails and the price difference was hardly any from an acrylic full set! Andrew was sweet, fast, and my nails looks awesome!

After reading a few reviews of Polish, I made an appointment to get an acrylic balance for later that same day with Andrew. So glad i did! What a great place. Was greeted quickly upon entering, picked a color and was knee deep in conversation in about five minutes. The salon is well kept, the employees are incredibly cordial and Andrew did a fantastic job on my nails even noticing something I wanted changed before I mentioned it. Ive gotten so many compliments on my nails! While I was there decided to get my eyebrows done and Jennifer the owner did those. She did a great job and even helped me figure out what needed to be done next time to make the shape even better as they are a bit skinny at the moment. They also do pedicures and facials. Ill be back!

Not worth going back again. They had me wait for 40 minutes for pedicure, meanwhile their other regular customers were taken care of very quickly. I had made an appointment but was completely useless because I still had to wait that long.

I was in Columbus to run errands and I called to see if they had a walk-in apt available and they did. Vicky was my manicurist and she did an excellent job on my feet. My feet have never felt so smooth before. I asked for the classic pedicure and Vicky performed her job well while making sure I was satisfied. The salon itself is very clean and classy looking. One more point I would like to make is that the salon staff wasnt pushy about their services which is a case with a lot of the salons these days.Great job!

Felt very uncomfortable with a not so friendly staff. Nails were done well except for ridges on one - was rushed at the end because of another client waiting. I honestly did give this location 3 tries hoping it was going to be a place I looked forward to getting my nails done as it is so close to home but I do not reward a business who makes me feel like Im a bother.

Made an appointment for me and my two daughters. We all went at separate times. My appt was at one and I was done and then my youngest daughter didn’t get started until 1:50. Nail tech kept yelling at my daughter to relax.l and stay still. They’ve had numerous pedicures before and never been yelled at. Shouldn’t offer “kid” options if you aren’t going to be “kid friendly

My nails have been done for almost 2 weeks now, I got a French manicure with gel. They looked fine when I left, I loved them and I was excited, but after I left and had better lighting, I noticed there were bubbles in the white part, they were super chunky, and the edges by the skin were risin. Then a few days in, the white part had turned to a yellow kinda color and its even chipping! Im definitely not coming back. Ive had French manicures with gel before and i was able to leave it for almost a month with no issues.

The only place Ill go! Always clean and professional. Staff is super friendly and social with clients! I love Ping, shes so sweet and gives me the perfect manicure.

Additional Edit 9/26/18 - I am unfortunately going to have to wash my hands of this salon. I went in for a basic pedicure before my engagement party that same night. The tech did not trim my nails whatsoever so they were extremely long. I specifically asked for a certain thing to be done 3 times an it was not. I didnt get a top coat on my polish, and the pedicure shoes were put on AFTER the entire pedicure (painting and all) was done. I will not be back, and this time for real. Please get it together Polish, I really used to enjoy coming here.EDITED 4/16/18 - I am updating my review as the salon was very gracious and made the situation right. Thanks Polish!Preview review -I have been to this salon about 4 times and the first 3 were really great. Todays trip was not. I came in to get a set of acrylics just to add length to my nails as my natural nails are splitting and chipping. I do my own gel nails and have done so for the past 8 years, I just needed some length. I should not have told the girl who did them that I was getting gel elsewhere because she did an atrocious job. She didnt seem to care about the actual application process as they were chunky and totally uneven. On top of that she was not very nice. I tried to engage in conversation but she wasnt having it. 30 minutes of near silence while I watched her demolish my nails. When they were done they were much too thick and parts of the acrylic were sticking to my skin. Rather than having her fix them and endure another 20 minutes of awkward silence I just left. I spent 20 minutes at home trying to make them look at least presentable, needing to pull apart the places where it was attached to my skin. I doubt these will last me even a week as they are already starting to lift. What a waste of time and money. I will not be back here any time soon, and thats a bummer because my other experiences here were good, and the atmosphere is lovely.UPDATE: It is now 7:30 PM, I got my nails done at noon. 2 acrylics have popped off. There is zero damage done to my natural nail and the popped off quite easily, so I know it was a case of the acrylic just not being applied correctly. I will be calling tomorrow to get my money back.

I went to Polish on 1-21-18 and left a little disappointed but due to having a sick child I didnt have time to ask to have my nails redone. I sent an email the next day and received a prompt response as well as having an appointment set to have my nails redone. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jennifer she not only did an amazing job but she was very friendly and apologetic. I have realized in life nothing is perfect but the businesses that stand by their world makes all the worlds difference! I will definitely go back.

Had a bad experience my first visit, but decided to try it out again. I came in for a new set and had my hands stuck in acetone for over an hour while my tech did an entire dip set on another client. My tech didn’t listen to any of my requests (shape or length, while charging extra for them). Within two days most of my nails had gel peeling off. Way better salons in the area.

Everyone was very friendly in the studio. I had a pedicure and it was enjoyable and my toes look great. Everything was clean and instruments were sterilized.

The lady that did my nails was really nice and did a great job. The place was a nice place, but was super dirty, dusty, and it looked like has not been cleaned in years. Ive never seen a nail salon soooo dirty.

Im new to the area so Ive been trying to find a good place to get my acrylics done. After reading a lot of horror stories about other salons, I decided to give this one a go. While I did have to wait about 20 minutes, it was well worth it. Ive had this full set for about 3 weeks now and I am getting a fill this week. There has been no lifting! Love it.for

Did not have a good experience here and when I was told I would be getting a discount for services that I had scheduled that could not be performed, I was still charged full price. They did do a good job on my mani though and the place is really clean.

Ive been to this nail salon 3x because I live in the area...the 1st time the lady didnt say hello just have a seat but greeted 2 other patrons who happen to be white immediately after me. The 2nd time I went on my lunch break after calling for an appointment and I was there for 90 minutes for a basic pedicure then had come back after work for another hour because the Essie polish was peeling. 3x they overcharged me and when I said thats not what I asked for the clerk went to get backup: then stood in the entry way aggressively trying to argue in front of other customers. DO NOT PATRON this establishment if you want to be treated like a paying customer and have your polish last more than 4 hours.

Still looking for a good place to have a great job since i do pay for service. The Guys that serviced me acted like he was doing me a favor. Baby i pay for your service and on top of that i tip you. Please be more polite and thankfull with your other customers. Its the firt time he does my nails amd deft the last time. Lumpy final top not even lotion or cuticle oil was even put on.

Called on a Sunday with a large group, got lost and was late( which we felt awefaw about )+ they still took us and were impeccably nice and accommodating! Pristine spa and THE MOST NAIL POLISH COLORS I HAVE EVER SEEN!! (i have traveled quite a bit and gone to many nail salons in many cities: Atlanta, new york, new orleans, boulder, navshille, memphis,louisville,naples,miami etc.) Extremely professional staff,the sugar scrub pedi is primo! Yes! Yes! Yes! You want to go here and visit Susanna! This is a nicer salon in an excellent location off Sawmill. I have been visiting Susanna for years and swear she is the best nail tech I have ever experienced. I visit every other week for a gel mani, regularly for a pedi, and have even hosted parties here! They have plenty of pedi chairs for a birthday or shower celebration. Dont bother going anywhere else - this Polish! has it all!!!

They always do a great job and very friendly. Gel lasts longer from here than any of the big salon/spas.

Good selection of gel polish, quick work and the gel soak off is included in the price...thats awesome!

Very disappointed.I went there for the first time last week on a Thursday. My friend and I were the only ones there. the place is very nice, clean, upscale & modern. I loved it. The woman who did my mani pedi was really sweet but that was it. I paid $100 for lumpy gel nails and a pedicure that was mediocre at best. I still had spots of peeling skin on my feet when I walked out. Still I tipped because like I said, she was really sweet & Im not The type of person to not tip. Loved the look and atmosphere, not so much the service.

I called ahead about an eyebrow waxing at 2:10, was told it would be about 30 minutes. I got there at about 2:25, I walked in and was not greeted by the staff. The woman who walked in ahead of me was greeted and told it would take about 10 mins for her nail tech to be ready to do her mani/pedi. I stood at the front desk for about a minute waiting to be acknowledged. Finally I gave up, signed in, and sat down. I left at 3:10 after not being spoken to or told how much longer it would take. Enough was enough and I did not want my time wasted any further. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning to Polish.

I had one of the worst pedicures I have ever had! Andrew was my technician. I even had my toe nails trimmed because my previous technician left them so sharp. I told him I had 4 ingrown nails. He didnt do anything about them. I came home that night and dug out oneof my nails. The other three are still sore. He put callous remover on an abrasive sponge and rubbed really hard. He rubbed some of my skin off the arch of my foot. He answered the phone and helped someone at the front desk. I was still done before the lady sitting next to me that had been there before me. I was wearing a dress. It would have been nice to be given a towel for my lap. What a waste of money and time!!

Waste of money. Susanna did a sloppy job on my gel manicure and two days later every nail peeled off except my thumbs 😒👎

I will never go back here. I was over charged by a new tech and he did a horrible job. I called 30 mins after I left to complain and was told I could have a refund but when I called back to talk to the manager he would not refund or do anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
