This place and its trained employees are horrible. They lie about the charges. When you show up to retrieve your vehicle, extra days and fees have been added. So take a couple of hundred extra with you if really want your vehicle released. if not they will keep it and charge you more. Then to top it off, theyll talk to you as if comprehension is a problem on the customers end. Complete trash and a disgrace to humanity. be blessed

These people are scumbags. I bought my ex a car in June because she was pregnant with twins. In November, at about 7.5 months pregnant, she had a heart attack at 23 years old, while driving. She had to call an ambulance of course and the car was parked. This company, URVMS Nashville, impounded the car, and sent me a threatening letter today that I am waiving my rights to the title, so they can sell it. These impound lots are a total scam. What a trash company to take a girls car when she has a heart attack at Xmas.
