I went to Lees Nails today to get my nails done for my birthday. I know things are different adjusting to the new norm but they made everything easy and comfortable. They are so professional and friendly. And my nails look amazing. I look forward to making another appointment for my brows and a pedicure. I was nervous at first making my appointment because I wasnt sure how things would be with all the new safety procedures but if you are feeling unsure like I was...be at ease. They will talk you through everything . Thank you so much!

I seriously LOVE this nail salon. I found this hidden gem right around my birthday which is about the time that the world shut and it is was impossible to get in anywhere. Within anHOUR, They had me in a chair pampering me for my birthday weekend. I tried multiple salons when we moved to Columbus. And this is the one I decided to call home. Miss lily is absolutely wonderful! She took her time doing my nails and made sure it was exactly what I was asking for. miss Nancy is the owner and you can definitely tell how passionate she and her whole team are when it come to making others happy! When I was little (8 or so) I broke the growth plates in one of my toes and it completely stopped growing. Resulting in my middle toe being shorter than the rest of them! I have always been nervous about getting my toes done especially since the few times I did get them done, I’ve had nail techs literally laugh at my feet. Which absolutely wrecked my self esteem considering I had just gotten comfortable wearing flip flops in public! At this salon I dont have to worry about getting judged! Miss Nancy is the ONLY one I will let touch my eyebrows. Crazy to think I had absolutely NO idea what my eyebrows were suppose to look like until miss Nancy showed me. ! Also! They have implemented many covid precautions in place to provide a safe yet enjoyable experience! The salon is extremely well kept! I seriously cannot say enough about this salon and the awesome people that work there! Miss Nancy I hope you see this and let miss lily know that she is a ROCKSTAR!

Nancy at Lee Nails always does. Super job. I’ve been very concerned about safety, and this salon takes pride in protecting their client from Covid. Everyone wears masks, they sanitize after each client, have installed plexiglass barriers and more. Anyone entering the salon must wear a mask. Additionally, Nancy and the employees do an exemplary job whether you want just a mani or petti, or pink & white. Lovely atmosphere as well. I’m glad I discovered them many years ago. They never disappoint.FYI, appointments preferred.

I first came to Lees Spa & Nails several years ago with a friend, and since returning to Columbus after three years overseas, I like coming here to get a pedicure. The staff are always friendly and courteous--one nail techs remembered me when I came in once over a month ago! Good polish selection and very comfortable massage chairs. The salon is very clean and doesnt have that chemically smell, either! Ive never had to wait for a pedicure, although I usually make an appointment. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely keep coming here for my pedicures.

Twice I’ve called an made an APPOINTMENT, and twice I’ve had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour for service. I’ve sat with my hands in nail polish removed for 45 minutes at one of my visits. Today, I called and asked if It would be possible appointment during my lunch break, and I asked if they could guarantee I’d be done in time to make it back to work on time. She assured me I would. I walk in, pick out my color, sit with my hands in nail polish for 10 minutes, take my hands out on my own, and sit for another 15-20 minutes waiting. And waiting. And waiting. No one helped me, so I got up and left. I was there from 1215-1250. I told her I had to be back by 115 and it was a 10 minute drive. I will not be going back.

My experience at Lee’s Spa and Nails was wonderful, as always! It is the cleanest and has the best nail technicians than anywhere else in Columbus!

4 dipped nails cracked under the clear surface after just a few days....never had this happen before no matter how long they were on.

Ive waited until I went to this salon several times before writing a review so I could be thorough. I typically get SNS nails, sometimes with a spa pedicure as well. A few things about this salon that I observed: your SNS nail results will vary greatly depending on who you get, and I dont think Ive seen the same person there more than twice. The first couple of times I got my nails done there, I was very happy with the quality and results. The technician was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was pleased with how it looked. But then after a few times going there, I started to have less than top quality SNS manicures. Sometimes it was a communication issue, sometimes it was because they were too busy to devote enough attention to me. It has been a little disappointing lately because I thought I had found my go-to nail salon. What really turned me off is that I paid premium prices plus a generous tip for less than top-notch service. I dont know if there was a price increase or what but the service to cost value is unequal to me. As for the end result, they arent bad - I just dont LOVE it. And when you pay $100 just to get your nails done, I feel like you should walk out of the salon with stars in your eyes.

I suppose its my own fault for not reading reviews first.... The girl basically faked her way through the entire pedicure. She barely touched my nails with the Emory board or to buff them, or pushing the cuticles or trimming them. The Polish looks HORRIBLE. $23 down the drain. The chair was nice at least.

I ran here real quick while my daughter was at practice and even through it was already 740 they still took me for a full acrylic set. Mindy did a beautiful job and was so meticulous about them. I will be going back!

BEWARE!Let me start by saying, Ive been here before several times. I use to think this place was pretty good. I came today, driving thirty-five minutes to get here, with an out of town family member... and, Im floored at the lack of customer service! I would give them less stars if I could! This place is awful!!! DONT EVER COME HERE! They removed my polish... I was going to get my toe nails painted here, when the woman doing them just gets up and walks off, without even saying anything to me (like, excuse me for a moment), to check out another customer. VERY RUDE! So, I started doing my nails MYSELF. Then, the employee comes back to do my nails, and gets upset that Im doing them, so she walks off, to take care of another customer. So, they removed my polish, and now want to charge me for more than it costs to get a pedicure! RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER come back here!

I used to love this place. went and got a gel manicure today and the owner did my nails, she was constantly talking on her phone and rushing. my manicure sucked and she didnt even fix it.worst $31 Ive ever spent

The manicure and pedicure was terrible. I had to go home and redo my own nails. Also, the job they did on my eyebrows was terrible in the 30 yrs. of getting my eyebrows waxed I never had anyone mess them up. Each eyebrow was done differently. This was such a surprise when I got home and was able to take a good look at them. I will never return and want others to know that you take a risk of getting poor work done at this salon.

I love Lee Nails and Spa. I have been to several nail salons in the area and Lee Nails is the best nail salon in Columbus. Mindy is who I always see there and she is wonderful!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Went today and left to go to another place so they can fix it. I asked for a square nail shape and it looks terrible. Polish job is also terrible. He rushed the entire thing. Then once I decided I didn’t want my nails done by them he changed the price of my pedicure to a higher one. I will not return and I’ll make sure no one I know goes there.

The smell is absolutely absurd. Its smells like someone opened hundreds of nail polish bottles and left them out. They do do a good job though.

I got a regular pedicure and french manicure. It wasnt all too expensive and it was my first ever pedi and mani all myself so I was slightly confused and out of place. However, they did at least somewhat tell me where to sit and got everything prepared pretty fast and efficiently.However, the worst side of my appointment was the french manicure. They somewhat confused me and the lady that did my pedi and mani was very quiet. It kinda pissed me off that everyone else was talking to their person, while mine was just sitting there silently. Plus the french manicure wasnt even that impressive. She painted over my nails even though they still had fuzz on them from washing my hands. And they were filed a bit wrong along with unevenness. It was alright, but Im afraid I dont wanna go there ever again.

It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Cut my toe nails crooked. The paint looks like my 6 year old painted them. Never go there.
