Customer service is amazing! Ive never walked out dissatisfied! Will is my #1...if you want it, he can do it!

It was CROWDED! BUT I felt attended to. They really tried to accommodate everyone and I didnt witness any unhappy customers. I was very pleased with the services.

Highly recommended. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon service was amazing. Had a pedicure add tip on toe & full set coffin shape set of nails done by kim. I was there about 2.5hrs but left completely satisfied. Decent priced and experienced nail techs.

They do a good job on eyebrow waxing, I went as a walk in one day. The wait time was about 10 minutes. Went back another morning to let them do my nails, they open the doors earlier than posted and did not have their ac on in July. All the seats where taking so needless to say I wasnt going to be seen within the hour so I have yet to experience their nail service

Love them they are fast. Gary is the bomb. I only have to get my nails done once every month that how good there product is.

It was ok coming in. I observed others and eyebrow persons was talking rude to a customer that had a number and waiting for service. I had to come back because the nail polish had came off my pedicure. They redid it with no problem, but the next day it was off again. I will not be returning.

Ive been going for a few months because I really like one of the nail techs, however I pay too much money for my gel nails to last a few days. They always tell me I can come back, however I dont have time to come twice a week. Im very disappointed because I always enjoy my time there. However, its time to find another nail salon.

I don’t want to slander VIP but all this glue piled up on lashes then calling them individual ms? I think not! Horrible lash install!! I wish I could post a picture of this caked up glue everywhere. My eyes are watery and itchy as well

The greater at this shop is very rude the guy thats over the shop. This attitude is very unprofessional and this has happen more than once but I love Kelly work. This business will not grow with this kind of disrespect because no one wants to pay their money and be mistreated.

Dont visit anymore.. Poor customer service... The manager is fine but the technician that I had should never ever work with the public... Have MOT returned

ONLY nail salon I go to get my lashes done and I regularly go every two weeks. I let whoever do mines, Im really not particular when it comes to getting my eyelashes done. All of them do great but I usually get the medium and full and I get my eyebrows waxed, I get them filled in all together I think I usually spend about $40 thats including the tip that I usually give them.. OVERALL EXPERIENCE is always GREAT !

To crowded and not enough tech to take of you, have you waiting to long. Eyelashes and eyebrow was they are the bomb, I go back every time for those 2 things.

Wonderful place. Nu is awesome, young man that has station (0), thats where he was today, told me his name is Zero is the best for nails. I have natural long nails that I had 2 broken, he repaired, the look so natural. All that to say this place VIP NAILS is the place to get ur nail, feet and eyebrows, eyelashes done. One observation, too many children at stations where service is being done. I am a retired nurse, those chemicals are terrible, small kids should not consume those thise chemicals. Children should not be allowed. I rate this place a 10.

I love VIP nail shop I was a nail tech at the salon I must tell you we did and we did the best nails eyelashes and pedicures around town and the salon atmosphere is very comfortable Love & Hip Hop on a TV or what it is if you want to see anyway check them out and I want to come back and live in Columbus just to work there I miss you guys keep up the good work

My co-worker got an infection in her feet from a pedi from this place and I had an infected hang nail that Im still recovering from because they placed acrylic on top of my skin which made my nail grow into the skin. The only reason they get 3 stars is because I love to go here to get my lashes done. If I knew another place that does that as good without a wait I would go somewhere else.

Cory always does a great job Im never dissatisfied and if i think I dont like something he fixes on the spot.

Ive been here before, and the experience was good. This last time, I made the mistake of not having someone fix something I didnt like right away. I waited to come back and try getting it fixed a few days later. My toes are beautiful, but my nails do look a mess. I told the guy I had an issue right after he finished, but he gave me an excuse about how the acrylic has to be so far away from the cuticle. Truth be told, I didnt have time to sit and have them fixed the day of. It was a rushed job, in the first place. I dont like that glue was all over my hands either. I went back to see if they could do something, and the owner/manager says I should have told them then. This was last minute for me, but I will not be returning here for services. I have attached a photo of how my nails look after one week, one Wednesday to the next. My nails dont usually look this way until two weeks or more. Judge for yourself.

This was the most horrible place that I have ever had my nails done at! My son paid for me to have them done it took me three months to get the nails off I lost over half of a fingernail from a fungus on one hand also got fungus under my thumb and under my toenail I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want fungus eating your nails and your toenails off!!!

Decent clean place and fast service on mondays n tuesdays. Dont go on weekend too crowded!!

Absolutely the worst ! Extremely rough, my fingertips actually hurt .First time customer, trying to find a place closer .Ill drive to Northside town, pay $15 instead of $20 for fill in especially for a man to be rude and rough. Brought my own nail polish, still ended fixing the Polish at home !

I like some of the technicians work but I had one getting mad at me because he did not let me know that he was put in jail on my nails prior to and I felt like he was overcharging me because I did not get no color or anything on the thing I had was acrylic

This is the only nail place my family will go too. I can agree that yes some of the techs have an extreme attitude but when the manager sees them he nips them in the butt right away. There is usually quite a long wait however a lot of people make appointments and the walk ins are insane so the wait is more than expected. Also Ive noticed that they are a little pricier than other salons BUT a lot of their spa treatments are vegan/organic therefore more expensive for them as well so I dont mind at all. Personally the only bad experience I had was when this lady was putting my flip flop back on I had a spasm and she yelled at me the whole time of fixing my toe I was mortified and couldnt stop apologizing but the other techs comforted me and I can assure you shortly there after she left for another salon. Doesnt mean there isnt still attitudes around there but the general environment is so friendly and they all know what theyre doing some are just more experienced than others (≧∇≦)

In all the years I have been coming here. I have never been treated so rudely. By management and their staff. Had me wait for 2 hour for me to get a mini pedi. Ugh!! Now Im going have to find another nail shop. The ladies who does eye lashes are the best.

My husband and I get our toes done here all the time. I give 3 star because not everyone is experienced at giving pedicures. We only let 2 people touch our feet. Others are too rough or just dont do it right.

My experience was not a good one. First off I called the shop before I went I was told it was 25 to get gel acrylic and regular was 20, it also is on the site- when I got there the man David who did my nails said it was 30 and he would do it for 28, never the less once he finished and i left. I saw that he had filed down my nails to the point that I wish I wouldve spent my money, they were way short and I also noticed that they were not even. On my index finger the acrylic us way thicker on the right side of the nail than the left side and they are way thicker than I would like them to be. I will call tomorrow to see if someone else can fix them but if not I wont be going back there at all. No one had money to waste like that. I mean if I just wanted to spend some money and not see what I spent it on I wouldnt taken my son to stars and strike or some place, we couldve ate fastfood or something.

Ok prices great service! They dont try to force their product on you they dont have to you will want their service.

Horrible experience while I was down there during my sons surgery. Worst pedicure IvI ever received from a man that told me I needed a moisturizing scrub on my foot, then afterwards told me it would be $5 extra. Went to let him start on my manicure, which I cant use polish, but asked him just to buff my nails anno polish, he said buffing would be 5 more!! I told him to stop! Never go there again

The nail technician stated that most customers dont like their nails polished at the cubicles. I find that difficult to believe because one would be returning to the nail shop weekly, which should not be the case.
