I had the absolute best time at Shades today! Gabby did my toes and she was the absolute sweetest and nicest!And Chai did the most stunning gel manicure with nail art.Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had and do nicely priced.

Husband and I got pedicures for his birthday. Shades was amazing! It was clean, the atmosphere is AMAZING. Travis is hands down the best! Gabby and Carol did our feet and we’re great, laughed and talked with us. We will be back and bringing others with us for sure!!!!

Absolutely recommend!! Calvin did my pedicure but all of their staff is very friendly and fun! The atmosphere is great, very clean and first class experience!I especially love the “queen” style massage chairs, takes pampering to a whole new level! I came for the first time last week, and had a wonderful experience! Clean, professional, and an overall nice atmosphere. Unfortunately one of my dip nails chipped pretty badly less than a week after application. I went back to see if they’d fix it and they went above and beyond, at no cost! Things happen and our nails take a beating, and Shades definitely understood and helped a girl out - no questions asked. Will be back!

They do a fantastic job! I went to Sandra & she was super detail oriented. These nails are a week and a half old or so & they’re holding up so well!

Great experience today! Tracy was super nice and did a great job. I am very particular about my nails and hate my cuticles trimmed. Tracy was patient and didn’t hurt me! Lol! Beautiful gel color and recommendation for long term service. I already scheduled my next appointment!

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON. From the first time I’ve been there to now this being my third time, I’ve had beyond great experiences. I’m always greeted and asked if I want coffee or water, they made great conversation and make you feel like you’re wanted and appreciated as a customer which is something I haven’t found in ANY other nail place. They talk TO you not to each other. The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Calvin is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

I had the best pedicure at shades!! What I liked the most is that everything was so clean. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, the tub where you place your feet had a plastic covering that they take out after each client. Even still with the covering I watched as they cleaned it and then placed a new covering. I also really liked that they used a brand new set of pedicure tools (file, pumice stone, etc.) for each person. The staff were so friendly and professional. They offered me beverages and just overall created just a really relaxing experience.

Secondly, I would like to thank everyone for making my birthday so special and relaxing and fabulous. If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with celebrity pampering I highly recommend their services. Everyone was so kind and original! The facility was absolutely stunning and modern. Not only did I leave with the trendiest nail-set and the softest legs and feet after receiving the Lavish pedicure, I left feeling like I made new friends and a spot where my family can also come to when we need a luxury get away.

I’ve had some issues with this nail bar. I went to Calvin once for dip overlays to transition out of acrylics. He applied it so halfassed because I didn’t seem like one of his normal clients who get expensive nails. They chipped about 2 days later. And I never went back. Before that his wife did my nails twice, she does a beautiful shape. But got mad once when I asked her to add more acrylic on a spot that was missing some. From that point on she had an attitude with me whenever I came in. I also had her add an acrylic flower to my nails once and it looked horrible! But she thought it looked good enough to not fix it and send me on my way. That’s when I decided to stop getting acrylics. And fixed the nails myself when I got home.

This is a very beautiful salon! Very clean and very friendly staff. I was greeted immediately when I came in. I asked what product/ service I wanted. The older gentleman grabbed the product (rose gold chrome). He showed me how beautiful the color was. Then while I was still waiting, he came over again and said hello and shook my hand. Very .ice people and beautiful salon. I will be back!

Excellent place! I was a walk-in and wanted to get a French manicure as a trial run for my wedding in a couple of months. Calvin did my gel manicure, and he was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back for my wedding nails!

Just got a manicure with gel polish and let me tell you the service was AMAZING! I highly recommend Son to do your nails!! Great atmosphere and had me laughing and smilIng the whole time! Definitely will be back!

The first time I got dip at this place, my nails chipped that night and over the next 2 days. Went back 3 days later to get a different set of dip, was charged full price. Nails chipped the next day, and it’s been less than a week and 6 of my nails have chipped pretty horribly. I called them and they said they could fix them, but what’s the point? I would rather just get a refund and avoid wasting my time again.

Calvin and his staff are the kindest and funniest people around. They take pride in their work and are the best nail techs in the state. I will never go anywhere else ever again. You have a lifetime customer in me!

Great environment - personable staff - excellent service

Every visit is always a wonderful experience at Shades Nail Bar. Everyone is so kind, nurturing, and extremely hospitable.

The salon is lovely, but I won’t be going back due to my experience. Followed 2 really great nail techs from another salon. Was talked into doing the Dip process. Four of my nails chipped in two days. Texted the one who did my nails, and she said she was off, but I should call the salon. I did so and made an appt to go in. Calvin removed the top coat from all nails and put the Dip top coat on. When I originally had them done the gel top coat was applied. Thought my issue was fixed. Two days later, chipping started again. Texted my tech again to tell her that in 4 days, 8 nails had chipped. Told her I was just letting her know and was asking for nothing, thinking she would know this wasn’t a good business practice and would redo my nails. I was a regular at the other salon for 4 years! She just texted back that she was sorry I had that happen. Well, as of yesterday, they have now all chipped. Yesterday was 10/30 and I had them originally done on 10/19 and “fixed” on 10/22! I was charged $75 for a Dip mani and regular pedi and left a $15 tip. Thus, in my estimation, a waste of $90 cash. If I had used a CC, I could file a dispute—lesson to be learned. I think the product used was probably not good or perhaps a Dip step was missed. Never having had that procedure before, I really don’t know. Hate to leave great nail techs, and a nice salon, but when someone does not value my business nor take care of me, I refuse to add to their income. Hope everyone else who goes there never has any issues!
