Had a Gel overlay that kept bubbling up. Instead of switching the color they tried four times to buff it out. I had to get a different hue of pink on my pedicure which did the sa ame. No discount and matched match nails. The technicians was more concerned about closing at 9PM versus having empathy for a customer who patiently waited to be serviced and allowing them to attempt to rectify there mistake. I had been there since 4:30pm. They asked me to come back tomorrow which is totally unreasonable. I dont recommend. 123.00 for garbage.

I called ahead of time to set a appointment for 6 because i finally have a off day and I wanna do something for myself. I called 6 hours ahead of time. I even told them what I wanted. I arrive there just to be told that the person that was supposed to be doing my nails left for the day. All the lady had to say about it is we’re sorry. Unprofessional at the highest. Waste of time. It was my first time and my last time there.

I love it here ! Theyre knowledgeable and,friendly! The shop is always clean with a wonderful atmosphere. The equipment is up to date and trendy. They truly work as a team and support one another and its conveyed through their work. They take walk-ins but its best that you have an appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment! I wouldve rated a 5 but I have to travel 20 mins !

This nail salon was decent. Definitely not anything close to what I am used to. It was nice to be able to get in within 5 to 10 minutes without having an appointment. However they sat me in a pedicure chair and I did not get a nail technician to work on my toes or at least 15 minutes. They seems to be understaffed at the time of my appointment.however I got the deluxe spa pedicure and I found it to be very relaxing and nice. My nail technician did not talk to me at all but that did not bother me too much, I know things like that may bother some other people though. So if you are looking for a nail salon that has nail technicians that talk to you, do not go to this place.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I have had to have a full set corrected once and a set of lashes corrected once. I have no real complaints. I refer all of my friends and co-workers. Great service! Depending on when you go the wait can be long...due to the overflow customers looking for quality work. Worth the wait!!

I have been going for years 4+ and overall I liked it until today. I walked in and was the only one waiting so I stayed...... For almost an hour just to have someone walk-in and sit right down. I asked why I was skipped and the stated the customer had an appointment. I feel as if I should have been told that I would not be next. I will NEVER return. EVER

The nails that I got done from Nail Tech. Horrible. They were lumped. To make things worst my nails were not the same shape, when doing a finger comparison. The man who did my nails had no formal training. Horrible, job and place as well.**Update. Please do not waste your time and more importantly your money. Walked and walked right back out. Not even going to risk my time and money in this place.

They do a great job on eyebrows. Very affordable. Im usually in and out very fast with little wait time.

I was turned away at 6:06 when it was said that they closed at 7 because I needed a balance... the girl was rude and it was my first time ever coming to the salon. First impression are important and that experience left a bad taste in my mouth there were 3 technicians in the shop

I had my nails done by the same nail tech and she was amazing. However I went in and she was really busy so I had Tina do my nails. Tina did a horrible job the nails werent the same size and starting lifting the next day and the gel polish was also peeling off of the acrylic. When I went in I just wanted my money back I didnt want them to fix it and Hana just told me they were perfect nails. I get it, it says no services are refundable but the fact that she tried to tell me they were quality nails is beyond me. As a professional you should know better and its ok to accept responsibility when something isnt right. All she had to do was apologize and ask that I come back in to let the nail tech that normally does my nails fix this mess. She didnt even want to help she just walked away after telling me they were perfect and placing the blame on me. I will not be going back unfortunately! I want a nail salon that truly cares about their customers and their product and if the owner doesnt care then why should the nail techs? I apologize in advance for the great nail tech they do have.

I give my nail tech, Ivory, 5 stars but Ive learned not to come here for anyone else. Brows are like a one-size-fits-all shape for everyone and Ive even tried tinting my brows here which I immediately regretted. Ive had other nail techs jack my nails up before too.

Horrible with nails, not only did I get charged extra because my nails were long but the tech barely used any acrylic and Ive broke 2 nails since I was there, she must not have been doing nails for a long time or she just didnt care, needless to say Ill not be returning. I wouldnt recommend anyone visit this salon.

Bad customer service, and poor quality, solar nails lasted five days then started to lift, nail polish chipped off feet in 2 days, called in and spoke with Hannah she told me to come in for no reason at all. Hannah would not even look at my receipt to see when I had been in and also told me that lifting was normal. I will never go back to nail tech again, highly disappointed.

Customer service is horrible! My nails are mis-shapened, thick & bulky. During the filing process I brought this to get attention only to have it ignored. I told them I wanted rhinestones covering my whole nails no matter the price only to have the request ignored. So look disrespectful. I will never go there again.

It was my first time ever getting acrylics in a professional salon. The service was terrible, the technician didnt hardly talk to me and even answered her cellphone during service! She continously tried to get me to add $10 (to my already $40 total) for gel polish. I kept saying I wasnt interested in gel and she kept trying to tell me that I need it. After she polished my nails the polish wouldnt dry at all and I had to take it off at home and repaint them myself. She put all extra acrylic product under the tips of my nails which is very poor looking in my opinion. Ive had these nails for a week and theyre already lifting. I definitely wont be going back. (I was also put off on how I was supposed to pay for my nails. Instead of having me pay at the register myself the technician took my card and walked away with it and then came back with my receipt..)Edit: lol they even stole a pic from a popular instagram page and added it to their pics as their own work...

My experience was horrible. I called in to make an appointment and they told me to come in at 2, once I got there they said they dont do appointments so I had to wat for an hour and the lady that did my nails was rushing so much she tried to charge me more and more everytime. She did gel and over filled my nails and tried to fix it but once it didnt work she just let it go and my nails were very thick and bulky they dont even have the colors you ask for🙄Smh worst experience ever

Wow, the lady that done my feet was so rude, the money that i spent, she shouldve been kissing my feet!!! The staff at this place needs to keep their comments to their self. So if you want to spend alot of money and have workers talk to you crazy then this is the place to go.

This place is dirty plus I had my eyelashes done here and the lady got the glue everywhere even in my eyes, it was burning so bad and plus they were comming off the same night. Just awful stay far away from this place. When I went back the next day the lady said she didnt do my lashes and wouldnt fix them. They should b shut down.
