THIS IS THE BEST! GREAT customer service, quality product, safe and pain free nail treatment, warm and friendly atmosphere. I was a walk-in and I was treated like VIP. Love rhe Codi lotion, feels silky smooth! Their loyal customers also came in for service, and they just bragged on how wonderful they love coming back. And yes I will be returning as a loyal customer too🥰🤗

Nail Tek is a fantastic salon runned by a beautiful local family. I was pampered, had wonderful care, and left refreshed. For sure, I will be a regular at Nail Tek!

Toes were done and it was outstanding, didnt too much like the last that did my nails, she cared more about her phone than her customer and I was the only one in shop so no excuses, very rude and didnt do my nails appropriately, too fat and chunky and my nails have several waves in them, would not recommend!

She is kind of rude! And my nails were horrible! I paid $135 for a full set and pedicure. I was so disappointed but so ready to go!

I asked for the cheapest pedicure, $27. No problem. I then went up to pay. $57...they told me gel costs $20 extra...last I checked my math, they overcharged me $10. No regular pedicure is worth $57. Do not go here.

This salon is the best in Columbus. Family owned and small business but Omg, she does the best work. She talked to me the whole time in English and was easy to understand and was so friendly. She made me so comfortable and was genuinely so nice. Will definitely go back.

Love this place. They get you in and out on time. The owner, Spring, is very efficient. Kevin is also very nice, and I enjoy how they both run the business. Very kid friendly so my kids and I love to come here all of the time for a fun day out! My pedicures last for such a long time, so I definitely see their services as a good investment.

I have tried several nail salons. This is my favorite by far. Staff is excellent and customer oriented. The work stations are very clean and sanitized. Relaxing and soothing massage chairs. Ms. Mary, one of the owners, doesnt speak English well enough to make conversation. However, she and the entire staff understand what you want and they deliver.Very positive an healing energy surrounds the work area.Also, the message technique used the for my legs and arms refleve my pain and swelling. I highly recommend this for those suffering with stiff joints in arm and legs. Always consult your physician first.With permission I have a picture to share with you from Ms. Mary, my therapist for feet and hands. After my stroke last September, I only allow this shop to work on my feet. There are several salons to choose in my area and I have tried several of them with a degree of satisfaction and they are good. However, after trying them, for my money and time, I chose NailTek of Columbus Ga.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they looked amazing, but then I got acrylics. I picked my color, and we began. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails until I asked for coffin, and she said it was too late to determine that, which is fine. But when she Began square shaping them she cut me, and I started bleeding. She continued using her nail filer on the bleeding skin! I’m sure she didn’t clean it. I don’t have anything, but beware of that. My nails are several different lengths, and the color has air pockets underneath it. It costs just as much to go here, as would going to a NICE nail salon, that takes their time, and makes sure everything is good. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

This is one of my favorite salons in Columbus by far. The thing I look for the most is sanitation because I have gotten an infection before at a different salon. They wash their tubs very thoroughly with bleach and hot water after each pedicure (Ive watched them do it), use a fresh set of tools for each client, and put their tools in an autoclave. They also have plastic liners available if you want them for your tub. Aside from that, they are super nice and always make me super appreciated each time I visit! Theyre very accommodating and the techs are easy to talk to.

If you pay with a card watch out for them they told me one thing then charged my card another and add a tip that I didnt want them to have. I dont mind tipping but I didnt like the work the dude half polished my nails and then get mad if you say anything about it.

I personally handle some aspects of their advertising.. and have for going on 3 years. The owner is an amazing person and the establishment is absolutely top notch. I personally do not use nail salons but my family loves Nail Tek. Very clean, very professional and very friendly.

I wouldnt even give this place one starThe owner tried to up charge me a few different times. Their not honest at all. Im new to the area and I was looking for a place to go get my nails done so I called and ask for a price for a set of nails over the phone she gave me a good price the right price, then when I got there me and my friend walked in the door and maybe she thought I was someone else Im not sure so she told me $10 more then when she told me over the phone. I asked her why it was more and she said because I was getting a French manicure and she said thats $5 more but she just quoted me something $10 more so I asked her wouldnt it be this price instead of that price? So she was like yeah and laughed it off but I Let It Go and paid $35 for a short set. A couple weeks later me and my friend were once again looking to go get our nails done this time all I needed was a fill and we were having some problems finding so I called Nail Tek just to see if maybe their prices were Fair this time since we knew where it was and she told me over the phone $25 for a fill. I asked her how was it fill $25 when I had just got a full set for 35? She hung up on me. Im someone who appreciates honesty and I do not want to spend my money somewhere with someone who is just trying to get over on people.

I’m new to the area and got a regular mani. I think they could benefit from different drying techniques for regular polish and more attention to detail on even coats

Its been awhile since Ive got my nails done, and Ive been everywhere over Columbus I have to say this place is now home. I will never go anywhere else. The lady who done my nails done this just how I wanted them. They are perfectly shaped and they have beautiful colors. They are very clean and great customer service!!! I will suggest you come try them!!!!!!!

Whats crazy is I read the reviews before going but I try to give ppl a chance and see for myself!! Just horrible service.. for starters he struggled polishing my toes, shaping my nails and he wanted and needed help and the owner didnt even help!! I ended up filing my own damn nails for him!!! Then the owner had the nerve to ask me how I like everything and when I kindly expressed to her I was unsatisfied she did or said nothing about it! How they are in business who knows thats the last $62 youll ever get from me and please guys dont waste you time or money!!

The lady who did my nails was so rude. You can tell she didn’t even wanna be there. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Highly recommend not going here.

Spring the owner does the best SNS and Acrylic nails in town. I’ve been going here for four years. Once I broke my toe and I was afraid to get a pedicure. Spring’s mom was very gentle with that pedicure. To my amazement Spring was able to paint acrylic now over the broken nail.It immediately stop the pain of my toe rubbing on my shoe. I was able to keep the acrylic nail on until my real toenail healed. I’m newly engaged and I got more compliments on my nails and my engagement ring.

The nail tech (#6) was nice but my fill in is trash. Very thick acrylic & my nails are uneven. Only went because my usual nail salon was closed but I’ll never be back

If you have that ugly foot problem. And cant wear sandals cause your feet are ugly . They will get your feet looking right at Nail Tek. 20 years of excellent service for my family .

I just left and didn’t even get my nails done I had asked for help finding a color and she just walked off they don’t have nail swatches and half the bottles don’t even sure what colors they are Do they seriously expect you to stay in there and open each bottle ?!?

My wife had a terrible experience here today. They 1) cut her twice; 2) attempted to use dirty instruments and were rude when she objected to it; and 3) her nails look like they were painted by a child. A complete and total waste of money.

The WORST manicure I have EVER had done. They cut my skin not once, but three times. The SNS dip was all over the skin around my nails and I had to ask them to fix it before I left. I will not be going back to this nail salon.
