10/10 would recommend. I appreciate the app a lot. It makes everything so simple and easy to check in, bring a guest, or to find amazing workouts. I also enjoy the no nonsense aspect of Planet Fitness. Everyone leaves everyone alone and I’m able to get in and out without feeling like people are watching and judging me.

The facility is good and clean .. staff are nice and helpful .. the value for ur money is worth it if u use it .. I never had the time ..Negative tho .. I canceled my membership in writing by mail and it never got canceled and they set it up to come directly from ur account instead of a debit card so be sure to cancel in person I didnt realize I could I was sure the contract said cancel in writing .. I paid almost a year and didnt use it .. and only got my money back for 2 months

This planet fitness is nice and clean but quite small compared to the one I went to where I lived previously. However, the staff is very friendly, they answer any questions the best of their abilities and are willing to help in any way they can.

A clean gym to work out in, I live by the lake of the ozarks its a 90minute ride for me but worth it!!!💪👍🇺🇲

No one was interested in helping me join, see if I had any questions, or show me around. I cancelled minutes after I joined.

Equipment and facility is nice, but I was not pleased with the customer service. I personally was not happy with how they chose to handle their membership process. I was charged for a membership that was no longer active. Instead of notifying me and asking me if I wanted to pay for another yearly membership, they failed to send any type of notification and just went ahead and charged my account anyway when I had full intent to cancel once my membership expired. Felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Being a student and working to put food on the table and a roof over my head makes every cent count, so I was not happy when I had a large amount of money taken from me for no use or no reason. I don’t recommend giving them your business.

From day one trying to get a membership I have had problems. Mostly with the judgmental staff. The staff always seem too bothered to help you in anyway and roll their eyes when you have a question, or if you are just trying to check in you get the feeling you are just a bother to them for interrupting their conversations. When I signed up, it was like pulling teeth, no one showed me around or explained anything. it was very annoying, I thought maybe it was this one girl and maybe she was new or something. Nope, but my family goes to planet fitness around the country and they have good experiences, so I signed up against my better judgment. My family has personal trainers at other locations, and I had asked about them mentioned a personal trainer, had to make an appointment with the ONE trainer they had. We sat down and after she gave me a generic printed out form for people (like 5 push-ups 5 sit ups kinda thing). I after reading I promptly threw it away; she did not listen to me at all so I really felt like it was a waste of time. The reason this is not a 1 star review, I like the equipment and the TVs that you can plug in and watch as you run. And I think having the “Lunk alarm” is SUPER judgmental for a “judgment free zone” just saying.

Staff is amazing. Always clean. Yes its small but the atmosphere is huge. Ive always been able to use machines. Ive gone at 8,,,,830,,, not bad. I recently went at 10. Not crowded. I like to go at non peak times. I love the black card access. Price is good.I feel comfortable working out at planet fitness.

Five stars given the context of this gyms location vs its offerings. Compared to other PF gyms, its small, however, they offer a broad variety of machines, a dedicated circuit training area, free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machine, and a stretching/ab area. Their basic membership is affordable and their upgraded membership includes massage chairs, tanning beds, and a vibration platform, as well as the ability to roam to other PF locations. Staff are friendly and are often seen cleaning the area (although the night crew gets pretty chatty with each other). No pool or classes available, but I think they offer customized training regimens.

Have been going here for a week now. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Gym has been clean every time I go.I like the layout and have been using the 30min workout room as my routine for now.Slacking on my fitness for a year has caused me to gain 58lbs. Looking forward to coming back every day to make a change for the better.

Lovely place to work out- no pool or work out classes.

Staff is super nice. Facility is always clean. Love the extras (massage, tanning, total body) I really enjoy the 30 minute express area and never had to wait for cardio machines. So glad to have an affordable gym with extras in town! I look forward to my workouts.

It comes at a really good price. The facility is clean. There are plenty of machines for both cardio and muscle-intensive exercises that offer a well-rounded workout. The staff is friendly. The air conditioning works. Im really impressed by the facility!

Everyone at this gym in warrensburg, is incredibly nice and their facility is always super clean. Have not had a single complaint in the almost year Ive been going.

Honestly I like the employees and the environment, the only reason I canceled was because I am blind and do not always have transportation readily available to the gym and I also have joint problems that made it difficult to exercise. If it were not for those factors I definitely would not have canceled. The employees were always very accommodating and helpful, I loved all of the employees I interacted with.

Staff is very friendly and patient! The only downside is the size, it is a small location, but at the times I tend to go it has never been too crowded. All the equipment is nice and new and very clean.

Planet fitness is a great place to work out. This is smaller than most locations and isnt open 24 hours. Otherwise its not bad. I dont know if it is encouraging or disappointing but I have not seen any staff member here who was in shape.

Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff. The large amount of cardio and weight equipment to use is great.

Staff primarily female frequently congregating and socializing at checkin counter instead of cleaning equipment and checking for other things to be done, Toilets and sinks in mens locker room need more attention on a regular basis. Brought it up with a manager and she said its hard to do... Looking forward to the Sedalia location to open, instead of a 36 mile drive a 10 mi drive. Same owner I hear opening that one, hopefully its bigger, saw the spot next to big lots, dosent seem as it would be any larger by first glance from the storefront. Keep staff busy owner....

Love planet fitness. Have been to several different locations, always make me feel at home. Warrensburg is smaller than some others but every bit as nice.

Just stopped by to see the place for myself. I was given a your and an explanation of equipment. The guy was very friendly and took time with me. Enjoyed my visit.

The gym has great, kind, and very helpful staff. I enjoy the environment. The place is good to have a solid workout and do what you came there to do. The only reason I dont give them a full 5 starts is because when its busy it feels kinda cramped in there. Also the hours can be a little inconvenien sometimes.

I love the Warrensburg PF! Equipment is all nice, new, & clean. Front desk girls were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return when I am in Warrensburg area.

Love this place, Its true what they advertise, it is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE. I am 65 years old and just had both knees replaced a few months back and am determined to keep them in shape since my physical therapy in now done. I do not feel the least bit intimidated to go and work out. I go on a daily basis 6 days a week for an hour and a half. The best decision I have ever made to get strong and remain healthy and PFmakes it enjoyable. Thank you PF for your encouragement thru the available personal training as well. Hydro-massages after workout is relaxing. Tanning is easily accessible, Bonus!!

Be careful when signing up for the black card it is a year contract. It is not a month by month. Besides that the staff is very friendly and also a clean gym.

So I see a lot of people complaining about the size and hours... But let me clear some things up. 1) Warrensburg isnt as big as Kansas City so no, this gym isnt going to be as big as the gyms in Kansas City. 2) The hours are decent and considerate with college kids working there.Lastly, the staff has been extremely kind and helpful every visit and they maintain a very clean and inviting environment. There is definitely plenty of equipment to accommodate everyone that goes there too. Great business and Im happy theyve come to Warrensburg.

Friendly staff. I think their whole you belong theme is kinda ridiculous but you can get a good workout. This summer they are letting teens ages 15-18 workout for free!

Yes it was clean and staff is professional and friendly. The negative is the size. It is very small!!! Equipment is slightly outdated and is frequently taken because of crowding due to the very small size. Please expand!!!!

Allows active duty military discounts, but does not for veterans, combat vets, or wounded veterans . I could care less about the discount, but when they give the active duty soldier a discount right ahead of my friend and brother Marine with a TBI and shrapnel wounds and deny a discount for him, that tells me all I need to know about this place.

I’ve been to many planet fitnesses when I lived down in FL, (Orlando, eustis, Altamonte springs, apopka, etc.), and dispite the smaller scale of this planet fitness, it still has everything I personally need to get in a good workout - and more updated machines, too. I love the timers and the counts on some of the machines, it’s super convenient and an aspect that I didn’t have at the bigger PFs at home. Regardless of what other people have to say about the size, I give this PF a 5/5!

The place is good overall also the staff are great and very nice, but it is very small and missing a lot of machines. secondly, the hours in Saturdays and Sundays closes at 7 pm that will not work for everybody.
