I have been going to Kelly’s for 5 years now. They always treat me so well and give the best mani-pedis! I have tried other salons but none of them compare.

Cute shop, Kelly is gorgeous, my nails always look great when shes done and its always timely.

LOVE this place. Ive never had a bad manicure or pedicure. The two ladies that work here always do a fantastic job. They always remember everything about you too (Ive gone 6 months without coming and they still remember me and details of my life). I dont go anywhere else!

My mom and I go here every time we go on vacation. They know exactly what we like and they are very personal! I went to other nail places in columbus and i wasn’t happy with anything else. you don’t know how good you have it until you leave. Kelly’s is our favorite place by far!!

Wasnt to fond of this place. Was my 1st time going here b.c. my regular nail tech was closed. Showed a pic of what I wanted, my nail didnt really look like it was supposed to. Nails were uneven and bumpy, I told the lady and she said they were fine. Also they are higher than Im use to paying, about 2x the amount.

I am traveling across the United States its hard to find a nail place you can trust. Kellys is one of them. Very professional and shop very cleanNail tech was awesome.

Very rude! Came in because sign says they are open until 8pm. I asked for a fill and polish change on toes, no problem. When one of the girls started my pedicure, she asked if I wanted them cut down. I asked for thier prices b/c they arent posted anywhere. I then asked if she had time to just do a pedicure, sure she said. 10 minutes into my pedicure I was told they wouldnt have time to do my nails. I asked why, she said they close at 7. I explained had they told me, I would have stuck with my original plan. Very disappointed, first and last time here!

A very clean and organized salon. Only complaint...nail color polishes need to be higher up.
