The lady I used left so I figured I would try the owner Nancy for a pedicure, surely she would be good. I always prep my feet and told her not to cut them. I put on my music and started to relax, until I came up yelling ouch! She had reshaped both my big toes and cut them rounded into the quick! I bled on the left toe. She said she fixed for me. What the hell? I was mortified! Not to mention I am still months later trying to get my toes to grow out of the quick! I should not have paid her but thats not me. I will however NEVER go back!

Great shop and Mr. Vincent took good care of me by taking off full set . They look great, place is clean, and customer service are on point....Ill be back!!

This place is terrible, lady messed up my eyebrows and instead of telling me, she literally did her own thing and left me with no eyebrows.. never again! If I can give it 0 stars I would’ve. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! WARNING!!!!

So far, so good. My Mom had nails trimmed down and painted. I got a pedicure. My nail tech was gentle.

I got a manicure with SNS. The nail tech didnt soak my hands in anything before ripping my cuticles off while they were dry (therefore leaving me with leftover cuticles that needed to be pulled as well as hurting me). There was no lotion or short hand massage at the end either (which I have gotten with every single manicure Ive ever gotten). To top it off, it was way too pricey for that poor job. Ive paid less elsewhere and had a better job done. I wouldnt recommend this place. The only thing I can say is that I came when it was busy and they did accommodate me quickly. I still wont be back for that price.

I’ve finally found my nail place after months of searching since we moved to Columbus. Upon my arrival today, I was met by a very knowledgeable man who helped me decide to try dip powder for my nails due to my previous allergic reaction with acrylics. The technicians that performed my pedicure and dip manicure were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I am so pleased with the manicure especially because this gives me something that won’t chip off yet is gentle enough not to cause any issues using funky chemicals. Thank you to everyone at Golden Nails. I am glad I found you all!

This nail shop is my absolute favorite! It’s new and clean and the employees are genuinely focused on the best customer experience possible. I’ve never had such a consistent shop. Every tech is equally talented and they all truly listen and execute.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The older man that did my pedicure was not friendly and as I was getting my eyebrows done the lady asked if I wanted my lip done and I let her know I didn’t she did my eye brows and sloppy and fast as she could. I will not be going back. Very overpriced and low quality service compared to other places around Columbus.

FINALLY!! After months of trying new places around town, I stumbled accross this quaint location. They have a very friendly staff. The woman that did my deluxe pedicure (did not catch her name) did a phenomenal job. She took the time to take care of my neglected toe nails and gave me a very relaxing foot/ leg masage. They have a good selection of gel and regular colors as well. The atmoshpher is that of a professional Spa. They have relaxing classical music playing while the TVs show relaxing channels as well about nature and the world. I do not go anywhere else to get my nails done and believe me, this place is not close to my house. I travel accross town to be a customer at Golden Nails. Thank you Golden Nail for providing me with a deluxe Spa experience everytime I get my nails done.
