Did an amazing job and great service very friendly

Ive been coming here for about 4 years and Ive never been disappointed... until today. I brought a friend after bragging about how great the place is and we were both treated horribly. I understand the woman before was an awful person but we didnt deserve to be treated rudely. My friend was asking questions and was spoken to like she was stupid. I asked my technician 3 times not to round off my nails before I was eventually switched to a very talented young lady who always does the job very well. Really sad that people act like wanting a job done correctly is a bad thing.

The salon is clean and the staff is polite. I got both a gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I’m very pleased with the nail technician’s work. They look so good! Think I’ve found my new nail spot.

Drive 1.5 hours and they were AMAZING!! Worth the drive!!! I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had. awesome hospitality and very nice. Highly recommend if you are around!!!

Came here because my toes were all jacked up from ranger school. They got me all cleaned up and fixed an in-grown nail in an hour, 10/10 would recommend the deluxe pedicure if you’re feet are nasty from army stuff.

So I searched on Google for atleast 30 min reading reviews and trying to find a good nail salon. Im so happy I decided to go with this one. I came in for a Pedicure, I had An and he was great! I chose the Deluxe Pedicure in a box and the price was very good. I didnt wait long at all, An took his time on my toes. He didnt rush and was gentle. I dont have any complaints. Definitely will be returning and requesting him. Great service!

They always do such a great job. The best time to go is right when they open. Otherwise you will be waiting for at least an hour before they start. Eyebrow service, pedicures, manicures, etc. On the opposite side of the building is also a nice massage parlor.

They are awesome!!! They get right to you and make sure you like what they have done or they will do it over to your liking!! I enjoy them and would reccomend them for sure

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service! I went in there earlier and waited on the couch for about 45 minutes. I didn’t complain, I was patient. The part that made me mad is the guy in the front told me to sit at table number 2 or 3 and the guy who was supposed to do my nails just stood there watching another worker do nails. I sat there patiently once again for about 20 minutes while he just stood there in front of me. I finally got up and just left. Nobody acknowledged the situation! It was my first and last visit! Don’t go to this nail shop!!!

Litterally called before I came then get to the salon and he tells me to come tomorrow very bad customer service second time I have came and it’s a issue with getting serviced they pick n choose who they service so beware!

They did a wonderful job. I went with my cousin, she got a pedicure with a beautiful lavender polish and I got a fill-in with a gorgeous red gel polish (A16).

Helen is the best; friendly & professional.Went to her after nail tek did an horrible job & she saved them. Was in & out in no time. Will be going here from now on.

Do not come during hours that are busy (afterwork)..service goes down....I feel like Im being rushed or theyre trying to get me to come back another time....(nope cant do it thats why Im here now)....on the 15th of the month HOLLYWOOD your gonna be busy....so hire more people.....I should feel relaxed and I dont feels like Im under pressure atmosphere not relaxing
