This was my first time meeting them today, I must say ..they had excellent customer service skills, very understanding, warm and friendly during my time with them. I had to view my blue pearl...thats what I called my car, it was a 2018 Honda Civic Lx.

The employees in the yard will cut off catalytic converters. 2nd vehicle I bought in one week with freshly cut off cats. Especially theft recovered vehicles. Harder to pin it on them. Beware.

Sent my driver 4 hours to pick up a burnt volvo semi truck but was turned away. Iaa charged a load out fee but claimed it was too heavy, had to send another truck with a landoll from 4 hours away to pick up truck that they wouldnt load.

Good place to buy fixable cars. Got to have buyers license tho. Does not sell to the public.

They have no consideration for your property much less your vehicle when I got my car back they had broken into it through the window now it leaks not counting the scratches all over the hood of my car items were broken and thrown in a box.

Our truck was totaled and per our Insurance company it was towed here. When my husband went to retrieve his personal items someone had already helped themselves. Several items were missing out of his truck. I spoke with the manager (who sounded like he was 12 and could care less) Brent Fraiser, he claimed they only threw away the trash. Who are they to say what was trash or not. Why were they in the vehicle anyway? The manager tried to blame our insurance adjuster for taking the items. Never apologized just avoided taking responsibility for it. Im supposed to hear from him today (I will glady change my review but I doubt he will make things right).
