Our air conditioner was over 30 years only and needed to be replaced. Scott stopped by our home at a time that was convenient. He showed us several options that would benefit our needs. We were on a budget of course, with that in mind Scott helped us choose an affordable high efficiency unit and even included a filter that eliminates almost all of the dust particles to give us a less dusty home. There was never any pressure to buy or “tactics” like the price is only good today. I will look to Logan for any future hvac needs.

I recently had our aging Air Conditioning unit replaced by Logan AC, and it was a totally exceptional experience. The Logan team was on time and were thoroughly professional and very courteous. My experience with Logan was positive from start to finish. My install team Treneil,Chuck and Dustin called ahead the morning my furnace/ac was scheduled to let me know TOA and sent a picture ID as well. Derec came out and got us all set up with a quote. it was competitive with other estimates and they seemed like good people to work with. So we decided to have them do it. We needed to move up the install and they were able to oblige us in our request. Kyle Q. and Jared did my install yesterday. They were great. Very pleasant to work with and friendly. Install took roughly 8 hours from start to finish. Only way you could tell they were here was the gleaming brand new hard to stop, trane system and the cooler air. It was nearly 90 outside and by 8 pm only 2 hours after they left house was down to 72. Thanks guys! Highly recommend these honest guys. They seemed like good quality people that I would have as friends!

I had a great experience with Logan. Called them to come look at my AC unit on a Wednesday. The guy who looked at my unit, Nathan D., was very well informed and gave us a lot of options with pros/cons of each and his own recommendations. Ultimately decided to replace the AC unit and furnace as both were 17+ years old and would benefit from a newer models efficiency. He made everything after that easy including financing with 0% for 5 years. The installation was set for the following Tuesday but they ended up being able to make it just two days later on Friday!The two installers, Travis R. And Ronnie D., did great work on installation. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew everything I needed to know before leaving and went above and beyond to make sure my system was set up correctly.Definitely recommend using Logan services and will use again.

Hunter and Josh did a great job installing our new heat pump and air handler. It was an all day job removing our old system inside and out and replacing it, and they were so quiet and respectful going in and out of the house while we worked remotely. They gave helpful tips on how to keep the new system running well and explained how to use the thermostat with the app. Install job looks very clean and neat!

Great sales rep with years of previous installation experience (Derec) walked us through all of the information and educated us on what to look for when choosing a company. Within 48 hours of deciding to go with Logan Services, we had a new A/C and furnace installed.The installation techs (3 total including Matt O. on the paperwork) were awesome, respectful, and enthusiastic. It’s ironic that they usually perform their jobs when the A/C is not working and have to leave when it fixed/repaired/replaced.We estimate to save ~ 25% off our electric bill based on current model efficiency versus old model efficiency. That’s a decent savings off the monthly cost of electricity (if financed).

My AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer. Had same day repair, opted to have both systems which were 21+ years old replaced the next day. The team arrived on time, respectful of my property, explained both systems well.

Logan charged my elderly mother $323 for the Little Giant condensation pump. They are available for $40.61 on Amazon, and I assume even cheaper if you buy them in bulk as Logan probably does. This is not even absurd but borders on criminal. She also paid the $109 service charge. We are now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with the State Attorney General. If you are an elderly person or living alone especially a woman, I would not use this company. Their ethics are absolutely in the toilet. Their initial install job of the furnace and AC unit 3 years ago was substandard, overpriced and the salesman reminded me us of Larry Dallas, theshady used car salesman on Threes Company...

Logan provided a solid customer experience. From the initial quote and talking through all the options available and explained the pros and cons of each system. The installation team showed up on time and was very professional. They identified a defect with the AC unit and went back to the shop to change it out. The installation was completed timely and the final look was very clean and tidy.

After so many calls to several places with no answers to our problems Logan came out on a Monday and by Wednesday we had a new A.C. unit and furnace installed. It was prompt with no pushy sales pitches. All involved were professional and courteous and on time. We are very pleased with our purchase. We Highly recommend their services and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

Rick and Willie did a wonderful job taking care of us today. They removed the old equipment and installed our new furnace and A/C and even repaired a few issue with the ducting. They were punctual and even stayed a little longer to complete the job right the first time. Our A/C wasnt blowing cold air. We called Logan and they had someone come out the next day (it was not an emergency). The guy that came out was great. He told me that could put freon in but it was about $200 per pound, and our unit was about 4 lbs low. He said it could last a year, it could last a day, but there was no way to know. With our current A/C and furnace being 25 years old we decided to bite the bullet and get new units. They got us in a day early when we asked as it was extremely hot and muggy. Well they called this morning and said the truck broke down and they couldnt come today. We asked if there was anything they could do and they had someone from Dayton come to install for us instead. Amazing service! They came and got it all replaced and the unit is working great! Thanks to our initial service guy, Nathan Dodds, and the 2 installers, Bobby Frye and Brendan H. Everyone was very thorough and friendly!

Rick, Willie, and Matt did a great job replacing my furnace and air conditioner. I called Thursday morning and had salesman at my house 2 hours later. Installation was complete by Friday afternoon so I could enjoy A/C that weekend. I couldn’t have expected faster service than that.

When I came back from vacation to a dead AC unit, these guys were the only crew that could come out the next day. I knew it was time to replace rather than repair, and the tech confirmed it. Their quote was fair and a few days later I had a cool house once again. Cant think of a better experience with an HVAC company!

The process of getting a quote was.the best. I got a quote from three different companies and Logan was the only one to really go over everything that was included and explain the difference in each heating unit I could get. I had a new furnace installed so it did take.most of the day, but other than when they first got here and when it was time to wrap up I barely noticed anything was going on.

Skylar and his team (Quenton and Alex) were incredibly professional during the replacement of my previous AC/HC unit. They performed the work in the time indicated and very well. Skylar explained to me what he was doing at every major step, and at the end of the installation, explained to me how to properly use and maintain the system. Even he went out of his way to indicated me that there was a problem with the heater that was not going into phase 2. I indicated him that I was not signing the release form of the work done as I wanted the company to fix the issue as this was a brand new equipment. He fully understood and very politely and courteously called HQ and set an appointment for somebody to come a few days later. No upset, no frustrated, even after a long day of work. I appreciated the professionalism of Clay Nippert and Eli Archer, the technicians who installed my equipment . They worked two straight days in the pouring rain. They were very careful to keep my house clean as they went in and out. When they finished I appreciate how they took the time going over how to use all my new equipment as well as setting up the wi-fi thermostat and linking it to my phone.

Our old system went completely out and was not able to be fixed do to the age of the unit. Had a new HVAC installed last year, end of summer, all winter the heating has been perfect, no issues at all with the heater, but the summer came, and this summer, the house will not cool. I can run the AC 24X7 and it will simply never turn off. My 35 year old Central AC system on 100 degree months would run me 50-85 bucks in electric costs. This new TRANE system is costing me nearly 200.00 to keep cool. Whoever did the quote on this didnt quote a big enough unit, or this thing is just trash, either way.. what a waste of money!Learn from my mistake,Look up the recommendations yourself, and find a dealer that deals with what you find to be the best solution for your home..That said, the installer did a good job, was clean, courteous and did all around good work.. No corners cut, and everything looks well done.. Which is why I gave it 3 stars..

Rick, Mac, and Willie just left my home after installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were polite, hard-working, and careful to lay down tarps to protect my floor. Was in need of a new residential HVAC system. Found Logan via Angi. After making the appointment for an estimate, I visited their website. On the site, I learned they sold Trane, the brand I was interested in and the site provided me with more information about Trane products they offered as well as a link to the Trane website, where I could actually pre-configure a system that would match my home. At this point, I had a positive feeling about Logan because I was walking into the estimate somewhat educated on the products. I met with Derek the next day for the estimate; he arrived early👍. Derek was personable, professional and very knowledgeable about Trane products; he further educated me and informed me on my product choice and the installation process specific to my home👍. He actually got me a better system than I expected for a comparable price👍. Last but not least, he had no issue wearing a mask in my home👍. Derek put together a solid estimate for great system during this meeting and I didn’t hesitate to accept; this was last Thursday. My new system would be installed and all the work completed, yesterday, Monday afternoon 👍 Matt O. and Dustin arrived on time at 9am and explained what they’d be doing and got started👍.They wore their masks and booties and laid down drop clothes👍 They answered and addressed all my concerns in a personable,professional and knowledgeable manner👍. When the work was completed they cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they’d been here, except for the new HVAC system👍. My entire experience with Logan was marked first, by consistency, from the website to the conclusion of the installation. Next, great communication, via text or phone call. Finally and equally important, the person to person interaction was respectful, considerate, professional, personable, knowledgeable and sincere. We not only did good business, we established a new business relationship, as I will continue to work with them for my system maintenance and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I had a a great experience that gave me peace of mind and a comfortable home.

I called regarding a mini-split system for one room of our home. I was interviewed regarding square footage, vaulted ceilings, windows, skylights, etc. and told the information would be passed along to someone who would call me back. I waited five days and didnt receive a call. I called back and was told something happened and the information had not been given to anyone. I was interviewed a second time about all the same information. I received a call back the following day and was interviewed again regarding all of the same information and then told they did not carry the size mini-split system I needed. It shouldnt take a week and three detailed telephone calls to find out they dont carry 30,000 BTU (2.5 ton) or 36,000 BTU (3 ton) mini-split units.

I just wanted to thank Logan AC&Heat Services for providing a great service and experience. From the first initial meeting with Jeff who thoroughly went over our options to the install team of Doug, Dallas, Skyler and Brian. I couldn’t have asked for better professionalism. If you are in need of any heating or cooling services definitely put Logan Services at the top of your list.

I recently had a new AC unit installed by Logan AC & Heating and I am very happy with results. The three technicians (Kyle, Alex & Matt) arrived on time and presented themselves in a very professional. They completed the job within the stated time frame and my wife & I are very happy with our new AC.
