Called to get a quote for a Wi-Fi thermostat. Very Unprofessional on the phone. I heard her talking to someone about what the cost would be without asking me any questions she was told to tell me.... About a Thousand dollars I am no expert in this field but $1000.00 for a thermostat and labor. I Dont Think so. Stay Away from this Company.

We had a new air conditioner/furnace installed at a very resonable price. They installed it very quickly and were very professional in their work. We highly recommend them for new installations or any type of service work. Our electic bills have decreased considerably after installing both of these units.!

We are new in Columbus and had our furnace quit working on a sunday. We came home and it was 49 degrees in the house with outside temp of 32. We didnt know who to call. By chance we called ellers and got their answering service. I was connected with a service technician within a minute. He was at our house in 30 minutes and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. I consider that excellent service and will definitely do business with them again.

Someone came in and bought out the existing company. Very dissapointed with lack of coustomer service. The previous owners genuinly cared about each and every coustomer. Im afraid this isnt the case with Ellers. A new business overcharging amd having trouble building a strong coustomer base. Dont waste your time here. Better off elsewhere. Not Morally and ethically sound.
