Indoor solutions, is definitely not the solution to your HVAC issues. Prior to calling indoor solutions, I had 3 other HVAC Companies come out, in the attempt to diagnose and repair my AC.When I called indoor solutions, I spoke to a very friendly lady, and I advised her, that not only had I had several other companies come out, but the bottom 1/2 of my attic ladder was broken, and the technician would need to bring a ladder. With that information in her possession, she proceeded to schedule the appointment.Jesse Gordon, was the technician that came out, when he arrived I explained to him what the issue was with my Theramastat and I advised him of the location for the breaker box, as well as reiterate that he would need a ladder to access the attic.Long story short. Jesse Gordon was able to safely access my attic, and rewire and replace my fuse. While he was there, he told me that once my new Theramastat arrived I would just need to put the new face on it, and everything would be up and running.He engaged with my infant God daughter, and explained to me about his grandkids, and newborn baby pigs.When my Theramastat arrived, I did exactly what he said, and the Theramastat powered on, however, there was not any air of any kind blowing out.I called indoor solutions back, and I advised I would like the same technician to assist me, since he seemed to be the most knowledgeable, and he was the last person to work on my unit. The receptionist advised he was on vacation and would be back Monday.My three kids and I waited in 95 degree weather, until Jesses returned from his vacation. On Monday I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning.On Tuesday, which is today June 29th. Chris called me, who I presumed to be Jesses supervisor, and stated Jesse would be on his way, but he wanted to know if I repaired my attic stairs, I advised him, I am not able to do so at this time, but I do have a 8ft metal ladder he could use. He stated Jesses would call me in a few.Jesse called me, and asked me how I was doing, I told him, I was hott and frustrated. I advised him, I have a 8ft metal ladder available, he stated he could still fall, from climbing up 4 steps on a metal ladder that would lay firmly in the attic entry way.I advised him that many other companies come out, with their own ladders, and its never a safety issue. He stated he did not care what other companies did, he wasnt doing it. Which left me bewildered, because he access my attic without a ladder the first time, and if it was against policy, why was my appointment scheduled, and my payment collected to begin with.Jesse was inconsiderate and unprofessional. And indoor solutions has never stated, that if my attic stairs needs repair, they can not assist. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a real solution.

*STAY AVAY CROOKS AND LIERS WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!They came out charged me $400 and put a booster on my unit to have it running and told me in a few hrs it was going to blow cold air but by the next day it was still no cold air. They came back and quote me $2000 for a new compressor wich I thought was crazy since the unit was 3 years old and still was under the 10 years parts warranty. I called a nother A/C company to give me a quote they end up changing a selenoid and had it up running. I called for a reu fund but they have been giving me excuses that the owner is on vacation for weeks and never returned back the money! I’m thinking to take them to small claim court they are BIG CROOKS AND BIG LIERS STAY AWAY

I’ll say our tech was super nice and helpful, along with the service manager that called me back after we had issues and had to call the second time around. The young lady that answers the phone is, too, and because of that, I’ll give more than one star. Customer service is a huge pro to this company, but here is my experience.We signed up for the yearly service, not because anything was wrong, just because we felt after nearly two years of owning, it was time. I spent a little over $450 the first time because of things that were supposedly wrong. They said there may be a leak but were going to charge a pretty penny just to check. I mentioned the fact our master not cooling but downstairs being like an ice box was the only issue. Despite that, the system COOLED and cooled well. Had to call back yesterday, a week later, because since spending the $450 the system quit cooling like it was before. Aka I wasn’t really having any major issues UNTIL they came out. I was charged another $250 and quoted near $2k to replace coils. I’m dumbfounded to be honest. I’ve lived in the south most of my life and never spent so much in repairs to still not have a fix.

Took a couple visits to determine what the repeative failure codes were on my top of the line system that they installed in 2014. It was completely new but did not do new duct work. Had they only told me that “best” is to have duct work cleaned if not putting in new. Might not be in my situation. My system now has a clogged evaporate coil and has to be removed in order to cleaned and the ducts cleaned. As I am finding system has to have Freon removed coil cut out removed from attic unit cleaned outside, brought back welded back in and ducts cleaned out as well. Word to the wise!! If you get a New AC and use current ducts have the installer clean the ducts to ensure you will not run into my issue in a couple years. $$$$ (they do great work).

Our home inspector dropped the ball and we ended up moving into our home with 0 air conditioning, yay. Our service tech was able to come out the next day and was great, had to completely rewire the dinosaur age unit to get it to start. Very affordable, and we have sufficient ac until we can save enough to have them install a new unit for us.

Until recently I had great experiences with this company. However, the last few times I hadnt. Within three months I have had to have a capacitor replaced. My biggest problem is that they determine the issue and NOT inform us before changing it out or completing the job. Thats at least a $100 charge for a $20 replacement. What if I didnt have the money to cover the cost of the part and labor cost? Therefore, I have started looking for a new company for my HVAC needs because the service from this company is changing and not in a good way.

A couple of hours later than appointment time but I understand about this time of year. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Quickly found the problem and repaired. Explained the cost and parts used . All in all a very good service.

Quick, timely, professional,competent, in call arrival, diagnostics, and repair. Motor module on air handler failed. Tech quickly identified problem, got part under warranty, and installed. Effortless, cost effective experience. Thankyou ISI.

Very disappointed. Had them come out to fix my unit. Paid them close to $3,000.00. My unit is still not operating. They have had to come to my house at least 6 times. I had someone come out from a different business to do a diagnosis on my unit. He told me the compressor that I paid over $1,000.00 for is damaged. Indoor Solutions offered me a solution Buy a new unit. The least expensive one is around $8,000.00.

Our unit was serviced in December 2019. The technician, Darius, was very thorough and courteous. Indoor Solutions provides quality service at a good value.

Ive been very pleased with service since the first day my unit was installed and I purchased the service agreement. This year, I almost missed the renewal date of 8/29 however because I did not get an email alert reminding me. Fortunately I caught it on the last day and was able to renew with no problem. Representative said they had changed their computer system and that had caused the glitch. I hope they get customers like me reinstalled in their reminder system because it helps to have them remind me. Still, he said even if I had missed the expiration date, I could have renewed without a problem. This company is very responsive and their service people are very courteous.

My a/c broke on a Friday night. I called ISI on Saturday morning and within 1 hour Jesse Gordon arrived and quickly fixed my a/c. Jesse was respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. Ive used ISI several times and havent had any problems. But this time they outdid themselves in customer service, arriving less than an hour on a Saturday shocked me.

Our air conditioner died so I called Indoor Solutions for a quote. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to up sell and replace parts of our system that were still serviceable.After discussing our old system and looking at replacement options, we decided on a more basic unit, which was more efficient than our old AC, but far less expensive than the systems pushed by other HVAC dealers that I talked to. After researching online, I determined that the more expensive systems were more efficient but not enough to offset the price difference with lower electric bills.We also appreciated the fact that they worked us in on the day following our decision to purchase. After having no AC for more than a week in July, we were extremely grateful for their quick installation.The unit we bought was a Bryant while other dealers quoted Carrier systems. Online research showed that Bryant and Carrier are owned by the same company and most of the air conditioner models sold by the two companies are exactly the same except for the price. Both systems also have 10-year warranty.The crew that installed the AC was clean cut and professional. Installation took less than a day, including a glitch that required some help from an additional tech.The only complaint I had was that zero percent financing was not available on the system we bought, although I understand it is available on higher-end systems. This was not a big deal.So far, we’ve been happy with our choice. The Bryant AC is working great and all of our contacts with Indoor Solutions have also been very good. I was also very happy at the prospect of saving $1500.Would definitely recommend.

Had the yearly maintenance membership with Indoor Solutions (IS) and done a summer maintenance check two weeks ago. Few days ago, AC unit started blowing a hot air and they found that the Compressor has been blown. So much for the maintenance program and did not prevent the issue. Wonder what they checked on the AC in the maintenance visit. Why do I need the membership?
