I have used KMA for my last 3-4 electrical issues/upgrades. I like that they have multiple technicians, they arrive on time, and they explain everything in detail. Wayne D fixed a 3-way switch a month or 2 ago, and returned to upgrade the circuit panel earlier this month. He kept me updated on the progress and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the excellent service!

Andrew Montella is very good at explaining what his diagnosis of why my ac unit was not working and gave me options of what can be done to get it working again. He tried different options to see if he could repair it and unfortunately it isnt an easy fix. He gave me alternatives solutions to fix the issues with my ac unit and also took a look at my furnace and gave me advice on fixing it also. He definitely deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Had a family member use them for some pretty extensive work. They were always on time, worked for very long periods to make certain everything was done within as few days as possible, and made certain that what they did was up to code. Unlike most contractors they cleaned up their mess. One of very few electricians that responded. This family member called numerous other electricians in the area and in every instance they failed to follow up, KMA stepped up to the plate and I highly recommend them.

I scheduled the maintenance visit easily online. They confirmed the visit via text and sent a reminder the day before. On the day of the visit they texted a picture of the technician Ken Miller and approximately what time he would arrive. During the visit, Ken was professional, efficient and friendly. He adjusted my AC so it would run more efficiently. He also helped me by letting me know how I could save money by choosing a yearly maintenance plan. I was surprised at the low cost. KMA installed my furnace and AC. I would recommend them for installation and maintenance.

The estimates I requested were done efficiently by the technician (Matt) as was the job I asked them to do (placement of a new exterior outlet - also done by Matt). Matt was friendly, professional and did great work.My issue with KMA is that each time I made an appointment (first for the estimate and then for the job), they did not show up on the appointment day, and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. Each time, they rescheduled and came the next day, but in this age of instant communication and tracking of service people, I think a call or text letting me know they were going to miss an appointment should be a standard part of doing business.So my overall 3-star rating is really a 5 for the work done and a 0 for communication regarding missed appointments.

My Technician Dustin was outstanding. He came from an appointment in Columbus to me in Delaware after having had s 12 hour day already just to fit me inafter the office messed up . He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. There seems however, to be a disconnect between the office and the field techs. The communication is poor and the office staff makes a lot of mistakes. I would give the office 1 star.

Walter came to see what was needed to restore our electric service. We need a new box, a disconnect, and other things. A price was quoted for the service and we agreed to have the work done with the 12 month SAC financing. We have not heard anything since he left. Our power is on only because my husband jerry-rigged something. I do not feel safe.

Im a returning customer & will never use any other company. Piece of mind, fair & honest price, & the folks go out of their way to take care of you no matter what the problem may be. In fact, I had an issue awhile back that turned out to not be related to my furnace. Anthony & Dustin not only checked that the problem wasnt the furnace, they checked in regularly to check on how the problem was getting solved. Completely unrelated to the furnace. But concerned about my issue nevertheless! Also a shout out to Chris for his electrical expertise. A+++++ service!

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. I called for an estimate to install a ceiling light (needed electricity run to it) and have an outlet put on my deck. The estimation was outrageous compared to other estimates I received. Will not call them again.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are expensive. Although I did accept the quote(because they were already on site to fix an urgent matter), call it buyers remorse but by my account I was charged almost $200/Hr. The urgent quote was fair, the add on stuff not so much. The tech was great and a really nice guy.

Commissioned KMA for inground pool wiring, bonding, etc. I can say it was a good experience overall. My only gripe was there was some break down in communication but KMA did honor the agreement and made good on the work. The techs were all great, very professional, timely and they did excellent work. I will most certainly recommend them and plan to hire them for out spa instal hopefully next summer.

The service was excellent. However, trying to get the job completed was like pulling teeth. While the office help was polite and courteous, we were unable to speak with a manager and the job stretched out to over 6 weeks.

Repaced worn out gfi switch, checked electrical panel wiring and labels.

Our realtor told us that we needed to remove the knob-and-tube wiring from our 100+ year old home before we could sell it. We called KMA and they arrived within the hour. Thats when we learned alot about knob-and-tube wiring. We were given professional advice on how our breaker panel could be updated with NOT having to rewire our entire home. What a relief! Everything was easily understandable as the entire process was explained clearly and concise. There was no future date offered for KMAs service, their electrician offered to do it right there, right now. Wow! Needless to say that we are quite happy with KMA and our updated breakers. We had no problems selling our home after that. Thanks KMA...

If I could give Mr. Mesler 100 stars, I would. He was very professional, very courteous, explained everything to where we could understand, and had an all around phenomenal sense of knowledge of what he was talking about and explaining. Even though we plan to take on the service he recommended in the near future anyways, he did not force himself on us to take that day. He was very polite to our son, and it made us feel like we have known him longer than just a couple hours. KMA has a great asset when it comes to him.

I had KMA come out and give me a estimation replacing my 28 year old furnace and AC unit which I do not have. The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was hoping to get the Free Furnace deal for March, But I found out it was only a 80% furnace that is free and I have a 90% furnace so there was a upcharge. which was not in the Advertisement.

I requested a quote and got called back and scheduled a time within the hour. Walter gave me a time quote of 3-4 hours, had it done in 3 with no issues, and our new outlet looks great. Highly recommend!

KMA gave me an estimate on upgrading my electrical 100 to 200 amp service. I’m not certain it’s within my reach financially, but they gave me three estimates based on the type and quality of breaker box and breakers. The technician was courteous and pleasant.

They did a great job. Tuned up my furnace with no upsell. Wore a mask, arrived on time, called ahead. Second time Ive worked with them and have no complaints. Both good experiences.

KMA Electric is a very good business for the customer that fits its needs. I am not one of them customers. Researching a business, and its pricing and what it has to offer the customer is very informative and by doing so in the past carries onto today. Theyre is not a second chance to be repentant to me accompanied by commitment to and actual actions that show and prove a change for the better. Realization is clear that some businesses are for greed and instead, longing relationships. Ratification in most businesses is coherent to the customer in a meaningful manner, you are bound to a contract if the parties intended to show their consent by such an act. Customers hopefully in there research can authorize that contract in a business relationship for many years to come.

Got an estimate to install a ceiling fan. They want $245 dollars per ceiling fan. Bracket and box is already in the ceiling. Had another estimate from another electric company. It was $145 dollars CHEAPER, per fan. KMA is should be ashamed of themselves for ripping folks off like that.

Pleased with results and also the technician was great. Only complaint was out of his control. The cost was quite hefty for replacing 1 outlet.

The duct work in my house is ancient and unfortunately isnt able to be cleaned with modern equipment. Jake was awesome and very professional. I definitely recommend this company.
