Edit: 8/13/21 Ask for Jenny. She did my peach nails perfectly.VIP always does a thorough job and the staff is always polite. They were able to do nail designs on short nails and will make sure your nails look like the photo you show them of the nails you want.

First time coming here and I loved how my nail came out. Definitely will be coming back.

I like how clean the salon is. As well as how diligently they work to get everyone serviced. It’s reasonably priced.

I love this nail salon!! Very clean & friendly. Most of the time you can book a same day appointment with them & if you prefer to do a walk in there is no extremely long wait times to be seen by someone. I have never had a nail break or call off because they don’t do a rush job on your nails.

I have been here a couple of times but my.last two visits I have been disappointed in. I requested sculpted gel nails and they were super thick. After about 2 weeks they started lifting and breaking so I went back to have them removed. Although they applied my sculpted full gel set, they seemed to not know how to take them off. Soaking in acetone did nothing so they proceeded to file it off and over filed my nails. Now my nail bed is extremely soft tender. At one point I had to tell him to not file my nails anymore. Im also not sure why a gel manicure costs so much more than a regular manicure when the only difference is the type of polish used. If I bring my own gel polish what will the price be? I think I will just stick to the basics or find me a new shop. They do well with basics. I have no complaints with my pedicure or my dip polish that I have gotten in the past but if you want something trendy this not place.

I went for a pedicure and manicure which was the worst I’ve ever received. Do not go give these people your hard earned money. My fingers are still trying to heal from how cut up they turned out.

Due to my birthday, I decided to get manicures here instead of driving to Rockville where I usually go. What a mistake I made. Bleeding cuts and one day lasting polish. When I get my manicures from the place I usually go, it lasts 5 to 6 days. I even could not enjoy it on my birthday. After my birthday, when I went back there to tell them, she made me wait. I thought they could do the polish which did not last a day. Instead, she said if it were gel manicures, we could fix it. Nothing to do, Bye So, made me wait to say that. Besides the bad service, they ignored the customers time and frustration.If you don’t want to feel upset upon the service you get, just stay away

I absolutely love this place. They’re sooooo professional, the prices are reasonable. They also follow all CDC protocols. Jimmy is an EXCELLENT nail technician. This is my new nail salon.

You can easily book an appointment but the service isnt worth the prices they charge. I always go here for pedicures but the nail polish always comes off within a few days. And I always hear customers getting upset for being told one proce but when its time to pay, they are charged a different amount.

Awful costumer service. Do not waste even your precious time to google their name I was there for manicure and told in 5 to 10 minutes my service will start.... but After more than 1 hour being there got frustrated and left their disrespectful so called VIP NAIL SPA without getting any service.... a lady came more than 15 minutes after me and had no appointments but got the service at her arrival, because she wanted Gel manicure and I wanted classic one...if someone wanted a classic manicure does not mean the client is poor...but their unprofessional behavior was shouting that!

Place was REALLY clean, people were friendly, and my nails are AMAZING! Just moved out here from San a Diego, so glad to say I found my new go-to nail shop. Highly recommend and will be bringing my roommate from here on out. 😁

I was looking for a place to get a pedicure with more of a spa atmosphere rather than a salon atmosphere and was very pleased. There was relaxing music playing instead of tv noise. The technician did a great job and the massage portion was longer than most places- worth the extra few bucks. Amazing selection of polish colors. Will be back. *edited to add I have never ever ever had ( pedicure) polish chip/come off to the extreme mine did from here. Next time I will select OPI or Essie brand and hope for better.

Beautiful salon, my nails still look great after a week and a half and I didnt even get gel.The polish is barely starting to chip. Normally at any other salon nails would have broken by now, but they are still all well and in tact. Great job guys!!

This is a very CLEAN and professional salon. Very good pricing! The staff are very nice and talented. They offer you beverages while you have your service done. David did an excellent job on my set, best Ive ever had!

I came here by accident about a month ago because of convenience. It was the best nails I have had in so long! The price was also amazing! It was $38 for a fill (I think). I could not believe how good they looked and in this area, you just can’t beat that price. I usually get coffin shape acrylic nails with gel polish. I came back today and got foil on my nails. They look so good! I am so glad I found this place!!!

UPDATE: PLEASE READ!!! I just removed my fake nail & my fingernail is green!! They do not clean utensils or the powder is full of bacteria. Please be wise when going here!!They took me short notice, which was great, but the girl who initially started my nails didn’t know what she was doing. I was so nervous because it was my first time there. She didn’t know how to glue on the nails, cut or file. Needless to say, someone took over, which was cool, but it took over 2 hrs for a powder dip full set. I do not like my nails so much. Some are thick, some are thin, but I didn’t have time to debate. $65 too much.

This is actually my first review ever but the reason I am writing it is because this place was truly that great. David did my Christmas nails and I love the turn out. They take their time to really make sure your nails will look great!

The one guy constantly comes out and smokes immediately outside of the door and makes everyone outside choke on the smoke. Youre supposed to smoke 50ft away from any store.

I took my niece here and she let me know when we got home that there were bubbles on her nails. Two of my nails started chipping two days after and I got a gel manicure. It was a waste of $123.

Newly opened, calming environment which is great if you’re coming to relax. Staff was courteous and non-pushy.
