Best pedicure for the price anywhere in Mo. I was a walk in and on a busy day was helped within 20 min. My feet feel so amazing!

The staff is great! Very friendly people you can easily talk to. They do great pedicures and pay amazing attention to detail. Also, my gel polish was perfect and lasted almost 3 weeks!

I’ve been super pleased with their acrylic nails thus far! I’ve been to them the last 4 times and they’ve had a great eye for detail and making sure everything is perfect before I leave😊

The pedicure was not good. The woman who did my pedicure did not put forth effort like the male did. No massaging or squeezing. She seemed tired even though it was 1:00. She only did the painting good. The man beside me did a great pedicure from what I saw. Not sure they even get a lot of black customers which is my race. I will not be back.

I will never come back here, this place is awful. I was there take a day to get French tip with black instead of white and they did a completely awful job. The lines are uneven as hell and he didn’t even bother to clean the black nail polish off of my skin around my fingernails it looks extremely sloppy and he didn’t even shape some of my nails.

It was busy but I called and made an appointment before hand and didnt have to wait long for my dip manicure. They did take walk ins though, the wait was just a bit longer. I like my nails and they still look great after a week and a few days.

The polish application was nice but I think it was very weird that they use dish detergent on you during a pedicure. Everyone else didn’t seem to mind, but that’s not a normal thing. I have never seen another salon do that... dish detergent. Everything else was fine.

The person who did my pedicure was very polite and respectful.

I’ve been going here for awhile.. the person who did my pedicure was horrible!!! Rude, I feltLike I was intruding in her life! She did not use any cuticle lotion etc!!! The entire process took 15 minutes and then she was quick to ask for the money!

The manicurist is very good and pays attention to details. The shop is dirty. English is not the primary language spoken.

Loved how they seem to really care about my nails and didnt pressure me into something that would not work for me.

My friend and I went to Pro Nail for two pedicures today and we took her little who is only 2.5 years old. The staff at Pro Nail was so polite and so kind. They even let our little put her feet in the tub with mom and gave her the sugar scrub, she was absolutely thrilled to be a part of the big kid activities and everyone at the salon was happy to see her joy. Both of our pedicures turned out wonderfully and our little got her toes painted too, the lady who painted them was so patient and gentle and the whole experience was incredible. 100% recommend!

Paid way too much for the service I requested. I felt rushed as by the time I went to wag my hands there was another customer already in my seat. What happened to sanitizing in between customers? And they moved my purse and my phone (you should ask before touching someone’s belongings). As if that wasn’t enough, I was given a final price that was $10 over the amount listed on board and they could not give an explanation as to why. Fingernails are crooked and uneven, will not be coming back for sure.

Despite all of the negative reviews I read, I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt. Im visiting family here in Columbia traveling from Los Angeles California, and the sweet young girl who did my pedicure gave me the best one Ive ever had. She massaged, was detailed, and I was more than satisfied with the services. The employers were also very welcoming, I decided to book the next day for a full set.

I was recommended here by a friend. They stated that they close at 7:30pm online. I called during the afternoon to check if they needed appointments and no one answered the phone and there was no opportunity to leave a message. This was January 25th evening.I showed up 50 minutes before closing and was met by the staff person who stated she cannot serve me. She said they’re closed and she is done for the day and was visibly avoiding eye contact and counting receipts. The service I needed would have taken 15 minutes total. I found the demeanor slightly dismissive and was not impressed that she did not explain why she could not serve me in the time. So I have not received service here yet, but the customer service so far has made me feel less enthusiastic to return. Unsure if I will return.

I love this nail salon. I love the services, love staffs and everything here. They always give me the best manicure and pedicure each time I visit here. The salon is clean and price is affordable. The staffs always make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

I just spent $40 on the WORST nails I have ever gotten in my life. I’m at another nail salon right now about to get them taken off and redone in the same day I got them. The people there seem sweet just very inexperienced. The gel is splotchy and doesn’t cover all the nail and there is a lot on the cuticles and skin. Every nail is a different shape and length and r tilting upward. Would not recommend, don’t go there.

Nail tools not sanitized. Poor ventilation. Controller for massager on pedicure chair broke, making it impossible to use. Asked for no gel polish and what did I get? Gel. When I got to the register the price was almost 20$ more than the listed price. The nail tech was polite and worked hard which was the only plus. Also the salon was dirty with dust everywhere. I will never go back nor recommend.

Overall a really good place. I came in today with a friend who has been telling me about the place forever and I finally got a chance to go together. The place is pretty clean and well organized. I am usually not very comfortable with the smell of chemicals at many other places but not this one, they kept it at minimum. Chairs and equipment are very clean and comfortable. They clean up and sterilize equipment after every use. The lady was very nice and gentle. She took her time and kept asking me if everything is right during the process. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended

For a full set acrylic they were pretty inexpensive and did an alright job. People are also very friendly and nice. However, the place is very dirty. They didn’t change towels between customers, the tools were dirty, and space they used was very clutter. I wouldn’t go back just because of gross it was..

Such a nice nail salon. I think this place is underrated. Their services that I experienced last time  was much better  than other reviews. The salon was clean and nice. They cleaned everything after every customer. The lady worked on my mani and pedicure was really nice, she took her time on every detail of my nails. Love how it came out. Whatever they said, thumb up for this place. Would like to come back.

Probably the best pedicure I have ever had.I have been to so many places in Columbia, Jefferson City and Fulton and this is probably the best pedicure I have received. The older lady that did it was very precise and paid close attention to detail, when it seems like other places just rush through painting your nails and miss the edges and are sloppy. Also, the pedicure massage I received was different than anything else I’ve had also.

I rarely leave reviews so it had to be pretty awful or pretty amazing for me to take the time to sit down and write one. My mother and I came for pedicures. I dont think anyone ever smiled, asked for our preferences, or asked if we wanted anything differently. My toenails were cut way too short to the point that its painful. She continued to go back and try to trim the cuticles on my great toe until I asked her to stop because it was hurting. Very little buffing on my heels, etc so you cant tell I just had a pedicure because there is still callus. Very little filing of my toenails-they are jagged, uneven, and it looks like a child cut them. And as others have reviewed, I could buy polish and do a better paint job myself. Their idea of massage or reflexology is to slap your feet and calves for a few minutes while looking annoyed.Not impressed. I wont go back, and will warn others not to go.

Payed too much for the quality I got, their other stores in like Columbia or Fulton that execute its way better

Jenn is the best-HANDS DOWN! I love, love, love her and her work. I feel comfortable with her and trust her with my nails..and her only. I did stop going to this place and to her due to my nails being done wrong in the passed, but now that shes there, I will go back. She is awesome!

Absolutely my favorite nail salon in all of Columbia. Everyone that works there is so nice and attentive and they do a great job and making everyone feel welcome. Theyre also super cheap and do an amazing job. I go in every 2 weeks to get fills and they always do an amazing job.Also, I recently broke off 3 nails while I was down at the lake. I went in to get them replaced and they didnt want to charge me at all but ended up just charging me $5.

I went in this morning to get a regular acrylic nail fill at about 935 this morning i have three cuts on my fingers from the grinders. That i can deal with but to top it off i got it done this morning and it is bubbly and the top coat is already coming off not real impressed. They were really nice though but i am not satisfied.

I came here on a whim as I usually go to Sky nails. The customer service at Pro Nails is a million times better. They actually greet you when you come in and ask what you want as you sign in. Im 7 months pregnant and the nail tech who did my pedicure was very attentive. Her attention to detail was on point and she actually helped me out of my chair! I watched another lady get her nails done and she was high maintenance. They were patient with her and gave her what she needed. I will definitely use them again and send my friends!

By far in Columbia this is the best nail place. My children and my mom even approved. You guys truly are PRO nail salon

Great salon! The staff is exciting and engaging. It is very clean and inexpensive. I go in every 2 weeks to get a pedicure and manicure. If you arent into waiting for someone to service you this is the place to go.

Horrible experience here, the guy who did my nails didnt even cut them straight and I mentioned it to him he told me they were fine. Then I asked for French tips and had to repeat myself 12 times to them I even showed them a photo of it. I came home to fix my own nails cause they told me it would be extra to fix the nails after they had already messed them up to begin with! I refuse to go back or refer any one to them.

I had a horrible experience at another salon and went here to get it fixed. They were so helpful and paid very close attention to what I wanted. I came out with healthy beautiful nails. They did so great I decided to stay for a pedicure, it was so relaxing and I loved every minute of it. Will definitely be going back.

Edit: the old lady is great. The old man is the worst person I have ever encountered. I will never go back. Im new to the area and Ive tried so many nail salons that just didnt work out. I love this place! They did everything just right. It was a great experience.

They rush your nail color selection, they did not file my nails or my toes even after I asked them to. I told her how I like my nails to be shaped & the length & she just rushed through it & filed maybe 7 out of my ten nails. The paint job was less than satisfactory. I do a better job. In less than 24 my nails are chipped, have lost their sheen, & I had to reshape them myself. When I do my own nails with drugstore polish, they last 5 days before they look like they do now. For the price I paid to have my nails done, this is unacceptable. I will never go back to this salon. I honestly am hesitant to even give it one star.

My girls and I went for pedicures the employees informed us we would be next. We waited for 15 minutes then 3 other ladies walked in for pedicures. They immediately took the the ladies to pedicure chairs. When I asked why they were seated before us they informed us these ladies were in earlier and had waited a long time. The place was dingy and small.We will never go there again.

Went in for a Mani pedi they used no products in the foot spa they did not file my toe nails, clean up my cuticles, the Polish was all over my toes and tech did not even attempt to clean it off. They did not massage my feet or legs. On to the manicure, the tech was super rough, I had to stop her several times all she could say was so sorry, again no cuticle care no massage of the hand or forearm so I opted for no Polish as I still have plenty that she did not remove. My experience was horrible, and now I have to pay again at another salon to fix the awful job the tech did . She was quite proud of her work stating much better as she took my money. I will never go there again and I will let everyone know that I know not to go there either.

Had a great experience going in here at 9 months pregnant. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The place didnt like smell like toxic chemicals, and my Mani/ Pedi looked great!

Not the best work on my hands, they really don’t listen that much when you ask for different item on your nails like gel etc...It’s not that good their just other nail shops in like Fulton the one I go to that are better:Pro Nail - Fulton

I got my first dipping powder SNS mani here. They only have one guy that can do the dipping powder, but he did an excellent job. He takes pride in his work and was very careful to make sure he did a job job. I have beautiful nails that Im very happy with!

I received a nice pedicure however, my manicure was unacceptable. First, I asked for a simple french manicure with an acrylic full set. 24 hours after leaving the salon the edges of my nails were lifting and cracking as if it were weeks old. Secondly, the nail technician (the older guy with the hand stitched face mask) rushed my manicure and shaped all of my nails very oddly. Third he threw on a clear gel polish without asking me then charged me an additional $15 for ONE COAT OF (unrequested) CLEAR GEL POLISH . He was kinda rude and overall didn’t provide quality customer service. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here because (even if you diligently use gloves to wash you hair, do your makeup and clean the dishes) your nails won’t even last a week.P.S I also had to go home and reshape ALL of my nails.

I would not recommend going here. I got a manicure/pedicure today. Not on par with the other places I have been to here in Columbia. They cut the cuticle on one of my toenails way too short and now it is hurting. The salon was in disarray, and while the guy working on me was pleasant, it felt like the entire process was very rushed. Took about half the time of the same treatment in a different salon.

They do a great job everytime. I been going for a year now and if I take a break and go back they treat you like you never left they do a wonderful job everytime. My favorite now is the dipping powder. Thanks tlPro Nail Spa!!

Went to get a full set acrylic and the lady was sloppy with her acrylic work. Some of my nails have thicker acrylic than others. She ended up cutting to of my nails on the cuticle bed. Also didnt cut my nails the length I wanted them. They seem to be a good group but I didnt have a good experience.

The women are wonderful. The old man not so much. Ive been here a few times for pedis & always had a good experience. I talked my 2 friends into going with me. They got the mother & daughter and the old man did my pedi. He was so rude. He was supposed to me massaging but kept banging my feet around then telling me i needed to sit still. Then when i asked if he could put a clover on them he said they cant do that while his wife was putting a beautiful flower design on my friends & he kept rolling his eyes at me. So I just sat there quiet the whole time as not to make his bad mood worse. Ive never had such a bad experience anywhere.

This place is terrible. The woman that works there shouldnt be working. She is nice, but bad at her job. My pedicure was so terrible, I had to take it off when I got home. What a waste of money.

I got coffin shaped acrylics with gel polish ($40). The price was decent compared to other salons but I definitely got what I paid for. The polish job was lumpy and some of the nails looked misshapen. After three days my gel began to peel on my thumb.

OK customer service but the gel polish was sloppy. I asked the older gentleman for a palm tree drawn on a nail and got a flower, despite having a picture. Not that the flower wasnt pretty, it just wasnt what I asked for. I also asked for dark glitter and got a light one. I asked to change it and he insisted I will love it. I dont. Its ugly. I was really disappointed about the nails :( The older man was really pushy and insisted I like the nails despite me saying I hate the color and the sloppy job. I asked for it to be fixed and they refused, stating it was fine. I went somewhere else to get it taken off and redone. Dont bother going here unless your ok with then choosing your color and style

Went in for a full set and paid too much for the quality I received. The manicurist was rude and mediocre at best. Nails are very brittle and the acrylics still have paste and bumps. Not happy with my service.

Service is great level of knowledge of the staff is wonderful and the prices wont make you feel overwhelmed.

Had powder dip done and ended up in Urgent Care TWICE because of the infection I got in my index finger. Rushed and dirty - there are better options!

Have been here before and had average work done. I paid for nails that are not even or similar to each other because the tech was in a hurry. Lady that did my nails was rude because she misunderstood what I wanted. Won’t come back again.

Definitely wont be back. Massage chair stopped working in the middle of my pedi and wouldnt turn back on which wasnt a huge disappointment because it sucked to begin with. Foot massage typical of a pedi was barely rubbing lotion on. Couldnt even be bothered to completely remove all my previous polish. This was the second salon I tried and I will be going back to the first. Everything seemed old and worn out. I wanted to try it since it had really good reviews, but I really question how they got them. It seems like maybe it depends who does your nails because the person next to me had someone do a much more thorough job with their pedi

Worst experience hands down! I dont even want to leave 1 star, but I have to, to review!Went here with my sister, while she had a pretty decent time I had a horrible time receiving my gel mani. The lady was extremely rude even swatting my hand away when I was trying to show her an area that needed to be fixed. She refused to do the entirety of the nail EVEN after being asked to fix them several times. I think I got her to paint the entirety of 3 nails total. Complete B.S.! The elderly lady did my pedi that was actually very well done, but the older lady that did my mani absolutely SUCKED! $50 for a mani-pedi is absolutely too much for the amount of rudeness endured here!

Ive been going to a diff nail place for years and the lady stopped working there so, I decided to go to Pro Nails. Worst choice of my life my nails are chunky at the bottom and the guy wasnt understanding of how I wanted them done. He tries to fix it didnt work so I asked for a refund and ended up arguing for 20 minutes with this man I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone

While my sister and I had good nail techs (my moms was just ok), the place itself was horribly dirty. There was a large desiccated insect on the floor of the bathroom which had clearly been there a while. The carpet runner that ran down the center of the place was filthy; covered with nail clippings, nail polish stains and...other things. The chairs were also riddled with stains and dust from filed nails. As I sat down for my manicure, I could not find a clean spot on the floor to set my purse, and the nail station had old acrylic nails lying on it, along with used tools, that were never moved. My sisters nail tech dropped all the tools she intended to use on her on the floor and did not wash them, although it is unclear whether or not she actually used the tools. My nail tech was good and nice to me, even though he was apparently rude to my mom. We all found it difficult to relax and enjoy because we were so nervous about contracting a fungus, or accidentally touching a dead bug, or worse, someones old fingernail.

I come here every time i get my nails done. They know exactly what i want and get it right every time!

Cleanliness of salon is really poor. Based on that alone, I wont be back. The manicurist didnt listen to how I asked for my nails to be shaped.

Went there today and the young guy that did my niece nails did amazing work the older guy did mine sloppy work I think he was upset because I didnt want gel would never go back again
