Just bought a home in Chapin and was searching for a nail salon with reputable reviews and walked into this establishment feeling as if no one cared that I even walked in. From there, no one greeted me or said hello just stared at me oddly as if I were to just come in and yell out what I need. The waiting chair area definitely needs some tidying up as there was bags of fast food bags sitting in one chair and no one around eating it. I love a first impression and this definitely wasn’t it for me. I’ll try elsewhere.

I went to top ten for the first time 3weeks ago and miss Sandra hooked me up! I got a full set and it’s been three week so far!! And they still look amazing!! Plus I’m somewhat of a Tom boy 💪🏾 Lol and I bartend!! So I’m very rough! Not one break nor did a single diamond 💎 come off!! I even took my mom on her bday for a manicure and pedicure!! Best in Columbia!! Hands down

I started coming to this nail salon when mine closed for Covid renovations. Worst mistake ever. I’ve always kept my nails up to par, and they were always healthy. I removed my nails from my usual salon a few weeks prior to coming to top ten nails. I loved the full set the gentleman gave me. Great shape, length, and prices were great as well. I came back for several refills. After a my second refill my nails started tearing from the root. I went to have my acrylic set professional removed and reason for my nails tearing from the root.... I contracted a fungus. I now have one nail completely gone, and two partially gone. Another One which is the process of deteriorating. Four out of ten are infected. I was told it will take approximately 18 months for the nail to grow back. If I could give -50 stars I would.

Love how they do Pedicures, but how they do nails is not all dat good to Me. The Gel Polish dont last long, so I just get My feet done and dats it. I have Blacc owned Queen who does My Nails tho!!!!💯💪🏿😉💜✊🏿

Sandra did my nails perfect. I got pink powder and charms. I called and she told me to come on in. Highly recommend!! I will always return here. I can tell that Sandra actually cares about the quality of your nails.

Walked in and asked for a pedicure and they told me they weren’t doing any pedicures today when they already had three people getting their feet done. Instead of her telling me it would be a long wait she just told me they couldn’t do it.

Filthy!!!This was my salon when Ryan and Tina owned it but now the place is filthy and a mess. I dont think they ever clean! I am surprised that the health department has not shut them down!

Today was my first time there, and I will definitely be back! The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I wanted!

I love love love Sandra, she is one of the best nail technicians Ive came across in a while, shes very good at her cratf, corrects mistakes(without yhe attitude), offer you drink n snacks etc. She is also a very quick worker and very down to earth. I would have given 5 stars if the pricing stayed the same when I go but her work is so good that I dont even mind paying whatever she quotes. LOVE HER

My first visit was great! I got an acrylic full set and only paid $30 due to $5 charge for coffin shape. The gentleman that sat in chair #5 did great with my nails. We decided to keep a clear coat due to the fact that I was so impressed with the sculpting. I got plenty of compliments. I decided to go back for a fill in and pedicure. Pedicure was done horribly. I got in the car and realized she didnt even paint one of my pinky toes. She scrubbed my good but only because I asked her to. Basically had to guide her through the pedicure. My fill in was done by a different employee; shape was not as great as the first time. Will recommend for nails but DO NOT GO FOR PEDICURE !!!!!!!!!!!

Eyebrow waxing bed needs disposable paper sheets. It’s unsanitary to be laying each customer on the same cloth, but I was in and out. I did like that about the place, and the woman speaks good English.

Been going to them for about 2 months now. Its hardly busy in there which I love, the woman that does my pedicures is always great. The polish lasts for at least 3 weeks. Will be returning.

So i went to get a permanent french fill in but was informed that my cuticles is part of a manicure which will cost more. Then the male that did my nails clipped the sides but there was a line showing where he clipped them. He said that he could put regular polish on gel nails. I also had to pay for him to replace the two that HE clipped. He never apologized to me but apologized to a female ne t to me. Oh, he had the nerve to try to start her when he was not finished with me. I am a great tipper and spend money for him to treat that way. No tip for you and no need to set me up for my pedi or eyebrows!!!! Never again!

Went to get a mani pedi took forever to get started and on top of that the gel manicure was peeling as soon as I got to the car. Went back and had them fix it but I would not recommend. They are understaffed in the afternoon.

Went there last Thursday wanted coffin nails a new guy that did them did a terrible job They looked aweful!!! I had to pay another place to fix them! I have been going there for awhile now and will NEVER go back, they seem like they dont care and dont appreciate their customers.

They do a fabulous job on my acrylic nails, they last a little over 2 months, and they are very nice people!

Slow service not many techs and they had roaches 🤦🏾‍♀️

Minimal effort and overpriced for a basic gel pedicure. $45 for what?! I will never return here.
