If you enjoy rude and poor customer service this place is for you! I was rushed out of a chair in an empty nail salon. She told me “Moveeee”, as if I’m taking to long. I don’t know who this place is still in business! Just buy the foot tub and gel polish supplies yourself.

The absolute only lady I will let do my eye brows! I drive 40 miles for her!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend . They don’t listen . I asked the lady to keep my eyebrows thick, she made them so small that I barely have brows now . They rushed on my paint . Only did one coat of polish on my feet, and a sloppy job at that . They had attitudes and I was over charged .

When I walked in the lady was extremely rude. She talk to me like I didnt have money. She did not do my pedicure a younger man did and he did a great job with a great attitude

Not sure if she was the owner or just a nail tech but lady was VERY rude, didn’t listen to anything i asked or told her to do to my nails. i’m not from here so i will be finding a new nail salon next time definitely.

Terrible customer service. I would give negative stars if possible. I walked in for a simple color change. There were 3 workers, no customers and all 3 workers looked at me and then one asked what I wanted. I told them and I was asked to come back later! No thanks! I left and went somewhere else.

I will never have my nails done again here, my nails were burning she did not do my paint right. The shape on some of my nails were wrong, and she was just talking away on the phone while doing my nails. The only thing I go for here now is to get my feet done because they use the hot wax and it works wonders.

Worst costumer service ever! The prices are never the same,Paid 40 dollars for a set of nails that barely covered my real nails, I posted a picture of my gold nails so everybody could see what they charged me 40$ for!!! They will never get my service again!

The service was horrible experience as my friend said she had but against my better judgement I went.The guy had an attitude. I knew going in i needed to get a new set but didnt have time to soak off old overlay.Money wasnt the issue the poor attitude was a deal breaker..

I would give negative stars if possible! I used to come here years ago and loved it. Unfortunately they have changed. First the nasty rude Chinese woman expected me to pay in advance, then wanted more money before she finished to cut my nails down. This is something I have never been charged for before at ANY nail shop! When she was finished the work she did on my nails was deplorable!!! It is no wonder they want paid in advance because no one would pay at the end with this crappy job and extremely rude service!

I received a pedicure here and they did the most rushed job ever. He barely scrubbed my feet and he didn’t cut my cuticles. The polish looked okay but I get a pedicure so my feet will be soft not just for the polish.

Very rude and unprofessional. My lady friend went there yesterday and they wanted to be paid in advance. After the nasty nail job they did on her I can easily understand why they want payment first. Second point - I have been in multi cultural Malaysia numerous times and the Malays always say the Chinese are rude and money hungry. Unfortunately the Chinese woman who runs this place fits that stereotype perfectly! DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

I got regular acrylic nails done and they did a good job on mine, smooth no bumps they were thin enough to look like real nails and after 2 weeks they still look fresh I would recommend them.

Im currently in the chair now the lady is so rude and she dosent listen at all. I show her a picture 3 times and 1 before she started painting my nails. Then the older man straightens the tops of my nails because she acted as if I was complaining because they wasnt even. Then they left paint on them from when I change it. I got a mani and pedi i will never come back here to get my nails done again.

The young man who did my nails was very rude. Every time I asked a question he got an attitude. My nails were average I did not feel like he took his time or put much effort into my nails or feet. He said his name was TY not sure if thats his real name but avoid him if you can.

I came in this morning this lady at this nail shop tryed to over charger me my car was getting service up the street from this horrible nail shop so I go in I usually go down the since it was convenient hey Ill go to Ty nails omg right off the back the ol weird lady was looking at me crazy nothing new I said I would like a fill for gel nails or whatever n she had got this note pad n started writing prices like 60 bucks really I dont pay that much for a fill or gel color change I corrected her of course she didnt like it so she told her husband to KICK ME Tf OUT Her shop very rude n unprofessional ladies n gents you dont no customers like that exspeacially if they spending they hard working money Im not idiot to this bad service I rate them a 0
