After calling a few dental clinics I finally landed on Mydental. Lily’s welcoming vibe persuaded me to make an appointment. Most of my questions about pricing for a cleaning, X-rays, and fillings were answered by phone and she made me aware of their payment plan, as I’m uninsured.Diane the hygienist was very gentle and thorough with the cleaning. Great job!Josh gave me the low down on what needs to be done and how much it will cost. He explained the payment options in detail along with the available discounts through their in-house dental care plan, which is actually a decent deal at $19 per month. He was kind and patient during both visits. Spinning the gift wheel was fun - loved the chill vibes in this office!Dr. Dudeen provided much needed insight as to why my two back teeth only hurt once in a while. Many dentists have been dismissive when I ask for such explanations but he was informative and created a plan to address the issue during a future visit. On to the fillings… so far, so good. My bite is even and my teeth feel better!Ed the dental asst did a great job checking on me throughout my procedure. Thanks for everything!

I do not at all recommend this place. Ive been to many dentists before, and the person who cleaned my teeth did not, at all, care about that she was hurting me, and the dentist wanted x-rays every six months, which feels like a scammy way for them to get more money for unnecessary treatments.My main issue is that I specifically asked not to have another appointment scheduled. Since I left yesterday, Ive received TWO texts telling me of scheduled appointment times that I did NOT consent to. This is so frustrating, especially considering that youre FINED if you dont go to an appointment. When someone says they dont want an appointment, dont schedule one for them.

This team has been through my dental nightmares through thick and thin. They’re all so incredibly personable, keep the facilities safe and clean, and remember who I am lol. Diane did an amazing job with my cleaning, and they’re all very kind and patient when I tell them I a wuss/sensitive. Highly recommend.

Christina was awesome as the office manager making sure I felt comfortable. The biggest thing for me is reminders prior to the appointment. They do texts and calls prior to the appointment making it easier for me. They also ran my insurance prior to the visit which made payment a breeze as my insurance covered the procedures. Will definitely be coming back to this wonderful staff. A big shout out to my hygienist Diane who was the kindest and most efficient staff member I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Dudeen did a great job with filling leaving my chipped tooth looking like new. See you guys in 6 months:)

This review is for professionalism and respect. I had an appointment scheduled and they called and canceled so I rescheduled for the following week. Upon arriving 11 minutes late she refused for my son to attend his appointment and told me in the rudest fashion that I needed to reschedule. I told her this is my second time rescheduling, the first being their fault, she had no sympathy. The office was empty so I assume they werent busy either. Ill be finding a different dentist for my son.

My visit was a wonderful experience with great staff and Leslie was very helpful. She knew what she was doing from the start, and answered all of my concerns. Not to mention, she made sure I was comfortable through my session. Which I really appreciate because I’ve had horrible past experiences with other dental facilities. So far it’s the best dental place I’ve been and will most definitely 10/10 recommend.

I had my top wisdom teeth removed and a deep cleaning done over two days. I had little to no pain at all after without any pain relievers. I always get anxiety whenever I go to dentist appointments but as soon as I walked in, the girls at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. By the time I had to see Dr. Dudeen I was feeling really good. Throughout the whole appointment they kept making sure I felt comfortable, I loved it great costumer service & they have Netflix Yo!!! During this pandemic, I felt comfortable with all their precautions they take, very sanitized, you can smell how clean the office is, I recommend them!!

I gotta give credit where its due, the staff here is fantastic, as is the level of care. The doctor is patient but direct, and takes extra care to make sure youre comfortable at all times. Ive been going here for a few months now, its been great. Really flexible availability, the hygienists are really nice and no one holds it against me that I really, really hate going to the dentist.

This dental office has a very modern, comfortable feel. All of the staff was very warm and friendly. Micah took my x-rays and was very quick and efficient. He then led me into the exam room and would always explain what he was doing and what I could expect next. Dr. Patel was very professional and willing to listen. Overall a very good experience.

I arrived on time for my appointment. They brought me in, did X-Rays and then left me in the room to watch almost all of Jurassic Park: Lost World without any communication. I got a cleaning 6 months prior and everything was fine, when the dentist finally did arrive, he didnt apologize for the wait, he spoke so quick I couldnt even catch his name, he spent 3 minutes talking to me, told me I had 8 cavities, and then said his staff would go over everything with me. I had to get back to work so I couldnt stay for a cleaning or even for anyone to explain to me what was happening, although they tried to tell me I needed to stay longer so they could, even though I told them I was already late for a meeting because no one had been to check in on me for over an hour. They gave me a print out of the plan and the cost was *coincidentally* exactly what my insurance would cover for the year. I wanted to get a second opinion, and since I had to pay for it out of pocket I wanted my x-rays, I had to call 3 times before someone would send them to me, even though each time I was told I should be receiving them shortly. And now they wont stop emailing me even though I unsubscribed, they just keep adding me to different lists, the account they have isnt associated with google so this review probably wont stop them either, but the email I received today, 4 months after my interaction, and unsubscribing at least twice, is what prompted me to write this. And when I got a second opinion I was told I had one very minor cavity, not 8.

Being new to the area, I had some anxiety about finding my son a primary dentist. I was completely blown away at how smooth and quick it was. The dentist was so patient and made us feel completely comfortable.
