Ive been going to this nail shop since 2017 and this is the FIRST time Ive experienced such horrible service. The older lady did my nails and charged $60 for a $25 length! I usually go to the husband or wife but they werent there. The older lady will never ever touch my nails again! I am beyond upset about this!

First time and it was an excellent experience!! The Salon was sparkling clean!!!I was there on Tuesday and it wasn’t busy and a great time to go there!! Tom, the Nail Tech. always does such an Excellent job on my nails. They are so well done and I walk out feeling like they look so attractive!! A couple of hours that make me feel pampered and ready to slip on my pretty sandals and go Shopping!! LOL 😂

Great place to go!!! My nails where super perfect. The nail tech was awesome. She took her time to detail from the shape and polish. Also they were cheaper than my usual spot....Theyre not nearly this good!!!

Worst service ever tech had my daughters nails leaning to the side and you could see thur the polish they let 3 people ahead of us with no appt charges $82 for a pedi (no polish) a toe polish for my daughter and a terrible acrylic set for my other daughter after I asked for a gel set!!! Will never go to them again!!!

I love my nails! Thu was very thorough with her work. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered! I also enjoy getting my pedicures done here and who doesnt like to get pampered at a discount!

We were looking for a nail salon without a lot of people that was practicing Covid regulations!!!! They are amazing! Sanitizing, social distancing, shield in between the client and the technician.

I absolutely love coming here. The ambience is amazing. They always ask you if they can get you something to drink. It’s a very family oriented establishment. Tony gives the absolute best pedicures. My gel mani and pedi always last . I just love this place!!!

Nail Tech Also Did Brows I Didnt Mind. But Was Disappointed When She Begin To Rush On My Nails Once More People Came In To Get Their Brows Done. I Ended Up Staying At The Salon for more than 1 1/2 for a simply polish changed. She didnt apologized or and to top it off my polished stared to chip thr very next day. Dont waste your time or money

I got a gel manicure on Monday and my polish is already chipping and I paid 37.00 for that when I could have paid 10 for a regular manicure. Def. Not happy as its only friday. I have had gel manicure before and they last at least 2 to 3 weeks. I will not be going back there.

Under new ownership. Salon has been remodeled, looks very nice. Very comfy pedi chairs! New staff is very friendly and do awesome work.

My french manicure chipped the very same night after I got my nails done. The next morning 4 nails were chipped badly. The manicurist cut my cuticle and it was bleeding and he cut one of my nails too short because he was busy on FaceTime while doing my manicure. He tried to say my nail broke, but he cut it. Lastly, the manicure is curved and when I asked him to fix it, he said it was because my finger was shaped that way. Any other manicurist does a perfect french tip. They dont shape it to the way my finger curves. I will never go back. I went because I was on Devine street and it was convenient at the time, but I regret going there.

I do not recommend no one to go to this nail salon dont do good work at all very poor customer service

This was my first time going to this place. The man started filing my polish off and didnt even put a towel down first. The station still had nail dust from previous person and he put my hands right on it. He cut up 3 of my cuticles before i asked him to stop. He grabbed my hand back said sorry and hed do better. He then took the nail drill and used it on the tips of my nails which hurt really bad. I told him to stop working on me. Afterwards he looked at my hands and went to the back room. I complained and showed everyone how bad he tore up my nails and cuticles where he drew blood. Another lady took over and did a good finish. I still wouldnt recommend going here. Very unfriendly

I asked for a gel manicure and they sat me down and started painting my nails without the manicure then argue with me about what I wanted. Requested Hurt who was suggested to me to see and someone else did the job. Technician didnt speak to me the entire time except to ask do you want manicure. Well duh you just took the other crap off because of that. 20 left on gift certificate and Ill be done with this place. My first trip they screwed my eyebrows up. Only went back because I was given a gift certificate.

I was a walk in, they had me sit at one of the stations. The guy doing my nails kept going back and forth between me an another customer working on both our nails. He was not managing his clients nor time well. Very dissatisfied.

My nails look horrible not what I asked for and they argued with me when I asked them to fix them and they to high for poor service and soon as she was done it looks like I need a fill in

They half did my wife nails, she went there to have her real nails done and they are now breaking and sore from breaking we have pictures to prove it we dont recommend know one to go there go at your own risk .

The young guy has a smart mouth went word from word with me I told him respect me and stop cutting me off while I talk I told him to stop doing my nails I waited on the next person and Lee put a woman BEFORE me I was very unhappy and my nails were not done the way I asked
