I visited this colorful salon today for a full SNS/ Dip Nails Set. The technician was very kind and polite. She thanked me for waiting and assisted me with picking colors for my nails (Wanted to try something new).They were actually closing soon and I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get out. She took her time and made sure everything was nice and smooth.They were also priced reasonably and my total wasn’t an off the wall total. I’ll be back in a few weeks to visit these ladies.

The artist who done my nails moved shortly after my visit Charlena moved to Alanta so if youre ever down there look a sister up!✨ Shes good!💪🏾

Great neighborhood nail salon. Prices are fair and there are no hidden costs/fees. Staff is very friendly & they always do a wonderful job! I get spa pedicures here regularly. They are also very accommodating to walk-ins - short wait times. I would highly recommend.

Love this place! Their gel manicures are great and their staff is so nice and personable. The last gel manicure I got there lasted over 3 weeks and never chipped. I only got it redone because my nails had grown out so far and it was starting to look a little strange. Ive had some great conversations with the nail artists there, it makes my day to go there! Diane, and Lynn are great! Their busiest times are Friday and Saturday after noon but Ive never had to wait long. They have a lot of staff and can handle a lot of customers at once without having to rush.

Great service.My friend and I went for pedicures and were really glad we did! This place is clean and very nice inside.They had lots of colors to choose from and the pedicure chairs were comfortable.It was a great experience for a pretty good price! I would definitely come back.

Lynn always does an amazing job on my gel manicures. So sweet and personable, and perfection every time. Great experience. Wonderful selection of colors. The staff is really nice too. Also, excellent shoulder massage too. Enjoyed my time!

I highly recommend this nail salon. Everyone is very friendly. The salon is extremely clean. Lynn did anc nails for me. She is excellent and very concerned that you are happy. When I walked in she greeted me like we knew each other for awhile. She is very gracious and also wants you to leave pleased. I was and I will return.

Walking in nervous with damaged nails from dipping powder but the owner explained to me exactly what she was going to do and how I can go about fixing my nails. You can feel how genuine she is after just talking to her for a few minutes. Not to mention the massage and hot stone was almost magical. Customer service, quality, not rushed and great pricing. Will for sure be going back from here on out.

Well my feelings have changed 2 nails came completely off not broke just completely off so i dont think ill be going back

Ok, heres the deal. This was my first time at TLC Nail Spa LLC, and I am DEFINITELY coming back! My nail tech, Diane did a fantastic set of nails.The atmosphere was professional, all of the coworkers were complementary of each others work and the music was fabulous!If you want your nails to be done right, come here.

Ill admit, I could potentially have an obsession with the perfect manicure. Every woman has her thing shes super vain about. For me, its my nails.Ive been back home for over a year and FINALLY I found the holy grail of nail salons.Place is spotless. Super convenient. Pricing is barely on the higher end of non-salon but its worth every damn penny. And, they do silk wraps which is an almost extinct service, like one of the lost arts in nail care.Kim on top is the owner. She understands the value of creating customer loyalty.This place is A+++

Was a walk in client, was greeted immediately with some friendly staff, was quickly attended to by Diane.He was very meticulous with my polish change, provided gel nail service and picked out a beautiful color which I never would have expected!! Definitely will return here for fill in!!!

Started doing the dip powder polish and I will never going back to gel! This stuff makes my nails so strong and it even lasts longer. This was one of the best services Ive experienced at a nail salon! Will be back.

**** I went for a pedicure a few months ago.For a place, super clean, and good service, it was pretty cheap. Best part was they give a good discount if you are a student.The wait time was pretty short, they took a good amount of time and effort with the massages and cleaning and painting. Absolutely loved the experience and the ladies were super nice.

Theyre amazing really nice and friendly. They have a few people working so if you walk-in its a rather quick wait. Im really happy the way my acrylic nails came out. Good prices.

Im traveling for work and desperately needed to get my nails looking better for client meetings. I called TLC Nail Spa LLC this morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a full acrylic set and spoke with Lynn. I explained to her that I wanted a nail tech that was comfortable creating shorter business looking acrylics that werent overly thick. She made me an appointment and I ended of seeing her personally when I came in.Lynn was AMAZING! She repeated back to me our conversation (which shocked me she actually listened AND remembered because most nail salons do not) and then she asked me if I had ever had my nails dipped before. I told her no and she suggested that I might be happier with a dip because it would go over my actual nail, it required much less prep and filing, it would be must thinner than acrylic and it should be healthier for my nail in the long term (even over gels). She could tell I was nervous about trying something new but I could see she was sincerely wanting to make sure I was genuinely happy with my final product. I said yes.And I am SOOO glad I did!!!! Lynn was very gentle with may nails and cuticles. She did not over file them at all and yet they looked clean and shapely when she was finished. The dip is super easy and you leave with hard nails at the finish. Plus....it only took 45 minutes!!!! OMG!!!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Seriously the most stylish nail salon Ive ever been to! The decor was incredible! So sleek and clean too Like we are talkin spotless! My nail girl was Lynn- was so sweet and AMAZING. Did such a great job.....ahhhhh..... my nails look perfect. Cant wait to go back!!

My nails look terrible and I would not recommend this place at all. My nails do not look like a professional did them and the amount of time that it took for a fill-in is ridiculous for them to look this bad. My money will not be going here ever again.

I’ve been going to this salon for years. I even promoted the salon to others. I’ve recently had a consistent issue with my dip powder chipping. It leads me in the salon almost once a week for them to be repaired. I visited yesterday and waited an hour to get one nail fixed. As I waited I conversed with another client who had the same issues with the dip powder. I encouraged the lady to give them a chance to repair it. Usually I work with Tony who is always so pleasant and knowledgeable but he wasn’t in. My experience was with the owner or manager. She was unprofessional as I expressed my disappointment with having to wait an hour. The proper expectations were not set when I arrived of the time. It’s only when I noticed two people after me was taken before me that she stated they had appointments. She made gestures to another customer as she was pulling my chair out that the salon was busy. I remained calm and allowed the repair of my nail. I was sitting while my nail was drying and the customer she made the gesture at stated that she noticed the unprofessionalism during the interaction. I simply smiled and told the lady I’m going to take my consistent money else where. It saddens me to leave because I’ve been loyal but I must depart from this salon.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I came on my birthday due to my original nail tech being closed randomly. I came thinking they seem friendly, this is a nice scenary. The lady that did my nails was so nice, however her work was terrible. I paid extra for my tips to be cut coffin-like & they ended up being a mix between circled off & slightly cut- not coffin. Then I requested a design, it’s my birthday wanted to go all out, she told me she couldn’t do any designs & to come back next week to have someone else do it because they were all too busy. I understand what busy is like, but if I tell you what I want before you start- why start then at the end tell me you can do what I asked? Then, a rude, loud customer walked in demanding people to do things for her, cursed one of the technicians out- basically like she owed the place. Regardless of the people who have been waiting paitently, they all went to assist her instead of providing service for those who have been waiting. A few days after I experience that madness, my nail breaks & the paint chips off. I went to a different salon & they advised that this place (TLC) made the acrylic so thin & did not glue the tips on properly, that this is bound to happen & I needed to go back & say something. So I did, I asked for a refund- instead of politely rejecting the refund they intended to talk loudly amongst each other in a different language then said I can not get a refund & they could fix it. Why fix it when they created the mess? So I left without a refund or getting the situation resolved. A few days later 2 more nails pop off just at the tip, then today another. That’s a total of 4 nails that have popped off at the tips without me being rough on my hands. This place is ridiculous & unprofessional. Never go if you want good, long lasting work. It’s honestly not worth the money or time. I can guarantee you will never be satisfied. Ever.

First and last time going. I tried the dip powder the first time so Im not 100% sure if this is the way its supposed to look, but every single nail is bumpy. Little dips between my natural nail and the tips. My eyebrow wax was OK. She left hairs underneath the arch. Also my wait time was so long. There was only one person in there at the time who knew how to do powder nails and eyebrow wax. I went here bc it was close to my house but Ill make the trip to Irmo where I know I wont feel like my $60 went to waste.

I finally found the best nail salon !! These ladies are amazing ... Ive been to so many different salons in Columbia, and they are the BEST !! They have a customer for life ... Her name is Sassie Carnes 🥰

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is so horrible!!!. $70 and 3hrs later I am disgusted I ever came here.. I got a pedicure for me, my daughter and son and all of our nails look like a kid painted them even my sons clear polish!.. They are slow as molasses and at that the work is a hot mess! Dont waste your money and time here..

This place is a disgrace to nail salons all over. I went there 2 weeks ago to redo my dip polish (because my other nail salon tech was out sick) & it took the technician 3 hours & it was clumpy!! On top of that, my nails (that Ive been growing out since December) are all broken off thanks to this place & they were LONG. On top of that, they STILL wanted me to pay full price for it. I will NEVER go here again. Waste of your money & time. I plead with anybody to not go here. They will ruin your spa experience. I wish they had an option to post pictures because I will show you how much of a horrible job they did on my nails.

I went there before seven and waited for them to serve me and they served me after seven and told me it was close. Not only that they did one coat to my gel nails. I would never go there again!
