Hard working and friendly people! I went here for the first time yesterday and Lacie did a fabulous pedicure and gel manicure for me. We’ll see how it holds up, but she was very detailed and thorough!

The first time I went I had the greatest experience and my gel pedicure lasted nearly a month. The second time an older man did them and within a week and a half the polished chipped on several toes😢. I’m going back today, 3rd times a charm….I hope

So I needed my stuff done ASAP .. Got on google and saw that they close at 8. I arrived a little after 7:30. Still was able to get a take off, full set, pedicure and eyebrows before 9:30. Andy is my favorite. This was my first time here. Great first impression. 😍😍❗

Best pedicure ever! $45 for the deluxe which includes several upgrades and hot rock massage.

This place do good work if you use Andy, Lisa or Tony. I had so not so good experience with other Nail technicians with burning me with the drill. So I will not let any one eles in there touch my hands.

Tony and Lisa are the owners and are always on staff, working alongside the others. They are very strict with COVID guidelines, professional and they have the best, updated equipment!!

The atmosphere just wasnt very inviting. Did not feel like a relaxing experience that a pedicure should. Staff was pushy. Asking for payment before my toes were even polished. Felt very rushed. I come to the nail salon to have some peaceful me time and this wasnt that.

I’m very intentional about a review, because I’m rating a business for public to view. I smudge my nail twice, so I understand some frustration, however the guy became very angry and unprofessional with nasty attitude. At that point, I asked for another nail tech to fix. WHAT he wasn’t gonna do was fix my nails.

The staff are very attentive. I got a manicure and a pedicure. Both were completed in a professional manner. They offer many types of nail services along with free wine, water or soft drinks. This place is better than the nail salon in Columbian Mall.

My Nail Technician Nancy was Awesome. I am definitely pleased with my nails. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done again.

Me and two of my siblings went here yesterday and I must say that we loved the experience and we will definitely be back.

I would really give this place a 2.5 stars because they were below average. I went for a simple dip powder removal and have a regular polish. As shown in the picture, I left with a poor polish job with polish on skin that I could have done at home. And they arent that friendly. The only reason I didnt rank lower was because the young lady who polished my nails was nice though her technique was poor.

He literally did the bare minimum. Will not be returning.

My husband and I went for a pedicure. The only technician available had a bad attitude so she chooses my husband to do first. No one ran any water for my feet to soak while I waited. I needed my fingernails done and a pedicure. Gel polish on my finger nails still needed to soak in addition to being repolished. Yet the lady with the bad attitude rushed and did my husbands feet in under 20 minutes. Shes going so fast Shes causing him discomfort. Shes basically finished him before any one even begins working on me so a service went to enjoy together was ruined all because staff was unprofessional.

I saw this nail salon next door to the place that I had an appointment at. They were well priced. Not too expensive. They had an array of pedicures and manicures to offer you. The young guy took his time on my pedicure and manicure! When I’m in the area, I will go back again.

ATTITUDE! Lisa has one of the WORST attitudes that a human being could possess in life. When asking her questions for clarity or asking her to perform a certain type of style she becomes very snappy but will try to laugh it off as she is joking when in reality she is very serious. I have been a loyal patron for years to this establishment, but I will NEVER step foot back in this place again. All she cares about is persuading you to get pricy services and tips. The consumer reserves the right to ask questions and should never have to feel nervous about asking. Goodbye and good riddance!

I was charged $55 for dip powder and I only got one tip on my index finger. I called today to ask them how much it cost for dip powder and they said its $40. When I asked why was I charged $55 he told me I had the wrong place.

Great place! It never takes long to get serviced and everyone is so nice! Tam does my nails and is so gentle and his attention to detail always leaves me happy!

One of my dip powder nails chipped after only one week, so I went to get it repaired. It was $5....okay, no problem. The female manager/owner, her name is Lisa I believe, who repaired my nail was very unprofessional and rude. Her vibe was off from the beginning. She became annoyed, got a visible attitude, and gave a smart remark after I told her that the nail she repaired and reshaped didn’t match the other opposite nail in shape. She also told me that the shapes were different because the finger is bigger than the other one (like I was born 5 minutes ago). When it was time to pay, I didn’t know $15 was the minimum purchase to use a card. I didn’t have $5 in cash to pay for the single nail repair. Lisa again gets an attitude about the card like I was giving her a hard time. She told me to pay when I came back next time. I told her I will go to the grocery store next to the salon and get cash to pay, because why would I ever come back to this salon to get my nails done after how I was just treated? I returned 5 minutes later and gave her the $5.Advice to the co-owner: good customer service, respect, professionalism, and a good attitude from all employees towards customers, regardless of their race, age, status, etc. is a MUST in order for your business to grow and thrive. When another customer of a “lighter hue” than me walked in, Lisa’s attitude did a complete 180. After this incident, you just lost a faithful customer, potential customers, and $$.

Great service and value. Hot rocks and towells are awesome. More men should get pedicures yall. Nice chairs that massage and they really do a great job for their money. Tip them well they deservedly deserve it!🤙🤙🇱🇷🇱🇷

The only place I go for nail service! Lisa always does an amazing job (and I’m kinda picky), I always leave happy and feeling beautiful.

Great place if you request one of the owners to do your finger nails. Most of them do pedicures very well. Just try to call ahead and request who you want. Be prepared to wait whenever you go. Earlier in the week (unless a holiday) and earlier in the day is usually faster.

Wife went with my young daughter. Totally creepy behavior. Kept taking my 4 year old daughter 4 or 5 chairs away despite how much my wife insisted she sit beside her. Also asking where she lived and how many other kids she had and how beautiful her daughter was a million times. Male worker followed my wife out of the store when they were done.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lisa & the entire staff go the extra mile to take care of their customers and do great quality work. I am always pleased with every service I get from them!

I absolutely love Super Nails 1. Lisa is the best! The entire staff is very nice & helpful as well! They go over and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. My very FAVORITE PLACE FOR MY MANI-PEDI. Ive been going here for possibly about 2½yrs now & they always know exactly what I want & they use me as their “Let’s Try This” girl, but I love it!!! I definitely dont mind... Matter a fact going back very soon, need more Summer time Colors!!

Workers do not know about cleanliness. This is an infection just waiting to happen. I was pressed for time as I just arrived to Columbia for a bridal shower. I should have just waited to get my pedicures when I got back home. Workers put all used tools back into the water WHILE your feet is still in there. First and last time. YUCK!

The Best!! I’ve been getting sets, dips, manis and pedis for as long as I can remember. Super Nails is top notch!! Lisa and Tony are very nice, friendly and always professional, as are all of the techs. Their shop is very clean and sanitary. Trust me.. I pay attention! I am usually there in the evening and witness their nightly cleaning routine. Quite Impressive. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of their services. A big plus is that they are open 7 days a week! I work full time during the week and they are always willing to accommodate my crazy life schedule. I so appreciate that. In addition, they offer complimentary beverages including wine! Who doesn’t love that after a long day! Give them a try. I’m sure you will be very happy and Super Nails will become your “go to” salon. It certainly became mine!!

I use to be a regular at this nail salon. Today 09/21/2017 I went there with no appointment for a fill in and pedicure. Lisa (owner) told me there would be a wait. I was ok with that. What pissed me off that as I waited for at least 30 minutes two more people came in after me. They stated what they wanted.., immediately they got service in fact someone came from the back to service them. I was like what the hell? I got my things and proceeded to leave. She said to me Im almost finished. The person in the chair barely had one hand completed. Not a good way to treat loyal customers.

They do really good nails but lost several customers due to not taking people in order they arrived. Can improve on customer service skills.Wait time was 40 minutes as they took three others that came in after us first.

I was there for less than 30 minutes. The next day my nail polish chipped off. I’m very upset and I feel like nobody there has their license to work.

Pedicure was rushed, rough and sloppy. The scrub pads and other tools were obviously used before me and didnt look sanitized. I hope I dont get an infection. While the staff was pleasant, its not a place I will revisit. I would rather go across town to my old salon or do the pedicure myself.

I went right in, picked my color and was waved back to a chair. In and out in about 45 minutes including dry time! Pedicure was nice, my technician was quiet but that was ok as I was watching something on TV. I loved that they use the plastic liners in the pedicure bowls, everything was clean and well managed! I was getting this pedi on my lunch hour so time was very important. Great Job!

After walking in to a different salon one Saturday morning and told they were booked the entire day, my daughter and I chose this salon just out of location. We walked in and both wanted manicures and pedicures and within 5-10 mins were seated for our pedicures. Afterwards, we were able to get seated immediately for our manicures! Very friendly staff, clean facility, and our nails looked great. The best pedicure I have had in a long time as far as quality and results! Based on our first time, walk in visit, we will be back!

Longest 15 min cough (45 minute wait) ever if you have all day to sit in the Pedicure chair, and NOT get your toes done this is the place for you!

Great nail salon, but please avoid the younger guy. He’s terrible, he rushes his work and rough on the toes. Every time I get stuck with him, my polish look a mess. Next time I’ll wait on someone else. No complaints about the other technicians. 🙄

I was there couple days ago I gotta say the person who did my puddy he was nice and the person who panted my kids nails also was nice but soon as I got my full set from the lady that sit at the first booth she was very nasty and rude I showed her the nail design I wanted she said she can do I told her what color I wanted she said she did not witch she did I was looking at it she goes to tell me I know what Im talking about I do nails hear and when I showed the guy who did my my pedicure he looked at me like he dont know what Im talking about when I showed him first while he was doing my pedicure him and another guy was standing next to her while she was doing my nails lucky I tipped her and the guy because they both where unprofessional when she was doing my nails and they looking at me and laughing speaking in there language I will not be returning to them I bad enough i spent 177 $ there way to much bad enough it did not last long to be dip powder

Terrible. Went for a fill in on my natural nails. As the nail tech did my nails another tech was standing over me just staring. Some of my nails were filed oval and some square and to make matters worse acrylic on one of my nails chipped off the same day. I’m a house wife so i don’t do hard work at all so this has never happened before. First and last time going
