My husband and I went to delicate touch for a date night last, our first night out together since February 2020, night and it was amazing. Everything was very clean and we felt totally safe in regard to COVID. I saw Tina and I am THRILLED with how my nails turned out, will absolutely be coming here regularly!

I love this nail salon the ladies that run the salon are so sweet and nice. They always remember your name and ask about ur family. Wonderful place that makes you feel apart of there family. Keep up the great work

Love coming here and Thuy is one of the best nail techs Ive ever had! Her gels last longer than my nails grow out been coming here for months since salons reopened!

Very good experience. I went in with a horrible situation from a previous experience. My nail tech went to work on my thick humpy nails. It took some time to reverse the situation but when she finished, my nails were beautiful

Han is just a magical nail technician. She has spectacular ideas for nail color/designs when I have no idea what to do. A clean friendly salon that I highly recommend!

I had an appointment at 6:30pm, I walked in and I was greeted right away. Mimi was my manicurist and pedicurist and she was FANTASTIC!!!! I cannot wait to go back and work with her again. She also waxed my eyebrows for me and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend going to Delicate Touch, it is a very clean facility and everyone is very nice. They take the time to know your name and ask you questions about you. I felt very comfortable there they make you feel like it is literally all about you and not making money off you like at some other salons. Its more expensive then I am use to but that old saying you get what you pay for holds true here. It maybe more but it is totally worth it. If you want a good nail salon go DELICATE TOUCH!!

My favorite nail salon of all times. Ive been coming over here for 10 years. When I tried to go to other salons closer to my home, I was highly disappointed. The ladies are so friendly and know you by name when you walk in the door. Tina has been my tech for all these years and she is still the best!

I do like Elegant Touch. I get the gels once in a while and I absolutely love them. They last 2-3 weeks, not like any other place Ive been going to...(Columbia Mall & the nail salon on Dobbin next to Party City).My only complaints is that they are very pushy~ Get your eyebrow wax!, You want nail design? Get your pedicure done ...Other then giving you major guilt trips, they are good.

I love going there. Im about to be 21 and I have been going to them since I was 13-14 years old and I wouldnt go to anyone else. I love how they make you feel like family. I enjoy every experience.

Have been getting my nails done there by Mimi for about 6 months now. Ive never had anything less than a great manicure from her. I get gel manicures because they make my nails virtually indestructible so I dont have to protect them from rough usage. They also last 3 weeks. Other people complain to me that gel manicures peel but Ive never had that happen with any of the ones Ive gotten here.

At other places I have to get my nails done every 12-14 days, but here and with Twee I can go 3 or 4 weeks! My gel nails never lift and she is super friendly! Make an appointment in advance

Great, friendly service in a clean, low-key environment. Appointments are necessary, but Ive always been able to get in with a couple of days notice.

I live in Elkridge and tried a couple of local places and was not happy with the service. I goggled manicures & pedicures on Saturday the 6th and Delicate Touch came up, I drove to their location and entered. I was greeted by a friendly lady who asked me what type of service I wanted after telling her she asked me to sit down. Shortly after that a woman came over to me and said hi my name is Mimi. I started with a pedicure and it was one of the best I have had. We then went over the the manicure station where Mimi did an outstanding job. I am very happy that I found this place the service is fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Mimi is a asset to this place.

Loved this Salon!!!My roomie and I found this place through Google Search on our phones and decided to go. We didnt know what time they were open until, and just showed up at 7:07pm on Friday evening. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted. We had a short wait and then were right into our pedicure chairs. Tina and another associate did our pedicures and then did Tina did my gel manicure. It was my first and she explained everything about it and why it was better than acrylics, which I used to get all the time at other places. They both did an amazing job. Since I got French, I was so happy with the results!!! Tina took so much care with my nails and paid attention to me, asked me my name, etc. She also explained to call to make an appointment and ask for her, giving me her card etc. I felt like they were super pleasant and attentive and the salon was very clean. Before leaving at almost 8:30pm I found out that they were actually only open until 7pm!!! Which means after walking in AFTER they technically closed, they still helped us WITHOUT attitude, or rushing us, etc. To me, thats EXCELLENT customer serive, and I will definitely be going back as long as I live in this area. They were GREAT! I highly recommend this place!!! :)

Jus got back home from this place, customer service is good by quality not that good at all and way too overprice. Wanted a design on my toe nail but wasnt happy with it, had to ask to remove the design. Not going back. Just moved to this area and looking for a nice professional place.

I went here a couple days ago and my fingers were bleeding when I left my nails are also coming off and I just had them put on!! Im going to find someone else that can fix them with out makin my hands bleed

Went to check out the hype! Hours state they close at 5:00 pm on Sunday. At 2:30 doors locked and lights out. No answer on the phone. Stating hours and not honoring them is called false advertising.
