Appointments don’t matter to them! Sat for 30 minutes AFTER appointment time and no one came to do my nails. I scheduled the appointment a week before and was there 10 minutes early to pick my color. So unprofessional and not worth it. Waste of my time. And I get it, I’m just another number to them but still, run your business like our money matters.

I got sns on my nails and it turned out really good. i wanted stars but they didn’t have the colors i wanted. the girl was very rough and i feel like she was rushing. she broke one of my nails by filing it. overall it was a 9/10!

I had come here to get a pedicure because my normal place was all booked up... needless to say I will never be coming back here. The guy that did my pedicure didn’t even paint my whole toenails. I didn’t even want to pay for it, but I did. The massage felt amazing, but the nail polish looks absolutely horrible.

The girl I had never spoke to me 1 time... and my big toe was still bleeding when I left there and my toes were painted! Worse service there ever.. been going for years!! You can see the blood in the picture..

The place smelt clean and fresh and my pedicure was relaxing and turned out beautiful. The three chairs (mine and the two on either side) seemed to have something broken on them and the hot stone massage was quick and light, not so much a massage. If you want skilled nails for a good price then yes! Great place! If you are looking for added spa like touches you may want to try some place else or find your favorite nail stylist.

I have been going here regularly for a little over a month now. It is best to make an appointment,they stay busy. The salon is clean and they play relaxing music. I like the way they have everything partitioned due to the Covid pandemic. Another positive is that we can both sit quietly and maybe exchange a few pleasantries while I enjoy a manicure and she does a wonderful job on my nails. I have been a regular at two other nail salons in the past before Covid and this by far my favorite nail salon in the area.

Nora is my nail tech. She is awesome. When I make appointments she is always ready. Great atmosphere ans wonderful people.

I came at 630 pm on a weekday afternoon after a recommendation by a friend. They were packed and were scheduled to close at 730. I told the man at the counter that I had walked in to see if they had time to do a set of acrylics and a basic pedicure that night but since it was so packed, I figured he would recommend I make an appointment for Saturday. He said they had time that night and sat me at a pedicure chair. I say all this because it was obvious they were busy but they said they could get me, but I waited in the chair 20 minutes before a lady came to start my pedicure and while she did a good job, it took a long time. By 720 they hadnt started on my fingernails so I asked if I needed to make an appointment on Saturday because they were about to close and the same man said it was okay and they could still finish me that night. There were about 7-10 other customers in there with me so I thought possibly the closing time was just a guideline. I went to sit down for a full set of acrylics and the man seemed to rush really fast through it. I understood it was after closing but I had asked twice if I needed to come back on Saturday since they had made me wait for a pedicure for 20 minutes. I had red nail polish on and the man didnt fully remove it from the edges of my nails. I kept assuming he would remove it all throughout the process so by the time it was obvious he wasnt, it was too late and I was changing to light pink polish so the red edges were still visible. The man did help me when I nicked some of the nail polish off while trying to pull cash out of my wallet at the end and the lady who gave me the pedicure was nice, but I was there until 815 and it was obvious they were rushing with everyone to get them out. That is definitely understandable considering how late it was, I just wish they wouldnt have told me they could fit in what I wanted if they didnt have enough staff to do it (especially after I mentioned twice I could come in Saturday). This salon seemed clean and had a nice atmosphere and nice staff, but I would definitely recommend making an early appointment or walking in during the first half of the day only.

Always busy, but Ive never made an appointment and never waited more than 15 minutes. Clean, nice staff and everyone is excellent at what they do. Katie gave me the best gel set with a French Manicure that Ive ever had. She spent two hours on me and it was $40 for the full set. Youll need to pay in cash, but if that keeps their prices down Im all for it!

Great pedicure and manicure! They didnt rush even though it was packed for a Monday mid day. They give you a back massage with your manicure and they give you a really good leg massage during the pedicure! Will be coming back.

They get you into a chair quickly, prices are good and they are skilled at their profession.

I always get the best pedicure and manicure in town @ Village Nail Spa. I have going there for a long time and it is consistently a wonderful experience.

My favorite place to get my nails done. My husband and I like to get pedicures on our days off together and this place makes you feel like a million bucks. We had to try a different when they were closed and we were so disappointed because it felt like they rushed and you got so little for the money. Here they will take their time and make sure you get the most for your money.

I wanted to like this place, I really did. Its close to home and its very clean. I like the theme that they had going on, most nail salons are very tacky but the customer service here is horrible. Pretty much if you dont look like you have money here theyll do your nails real quick and send you away. I was greeted with what do you want, and nothing was said to me when I left. I smiled at the nail artist and I never got a smile back. She would just look at me like I wasnt worth anything. So I gave her a pretty hefty tip. Maybe if I decided to give it a second try, Ill be treated better. Well see.

Stopped in at 930 on a Saturday morning without an appointment and was seated within 5 minutes. The place was packed for so early in the morning! There also seemed to be quite a few regulars there which I always like to see when trying something new. $25 for a gel manicure. I dont get professional manicures often but I thought it was a great price. My manicurist suggested a different neutral color other than what I had picked out and I think it was a great suggestion. I would definitely go back!

Costumer service is very poor. I have gone multiple times hoping for a good experience but for some reason I always have some that seems like they have a nasty attitude and in a rush. I have only liked my nails once out of all the times I have gone

I didnt mind the long wait ....but the gentleman that finally sat down to do my nails completely rushed through the job... horribly polished my nails ... i always leave a tip for my services ... but this was the worst ever and i dont believe i will return again ... i am very disappointed

This place can be full of clients but they always get my eyebrows done in 5 minutes or less and they are done right. I highly recommend this salon

Make an appointment or call ahead because theyre usually really busyThis used to be my go to place, but its gotten worse and worse over the past year or so. I expect to at least have my nails trimmed the same length. Or, not be made to bleed repeatedly when my cuticles are being trimmed. Not even a week later and they already need to be done again because it was done so poorly. The tall guy that used to be there was AMAZING. He was a perfectionist and made sure that it was a relaxing experience, not like it was just trying to be rushed through so they could go to the next person. Their business has really picked up, but I just wish they could learn how to handle the higher volume of customers coming in, without short changing the experience and quality of their work.

Worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever had! Paid close to $70 for SNS French manicure & a pedicure and a day later they were terrible! The guy at the front desk is rude, and they basically ignore you the whole time youre there. They rush you in and out and almost act like theyre annoyed youre there. The pedicure water was cold! Save your money and go to Royal Nails across the parking lot. Trust me!!

Arrived at 1:00 PM on a Friday for a reservation to have SNS nails and a pedicure. Did not leave until 3:20. My SNS has already yellowed (Day 3) and my toenails have chipped. I visit nail salons regularly and know the quality I should get for the money I spend. Dont waste your time or money at this location.

I see I am not the only one with a bad experience at this salon. Customer service is atrocious to say the least. I felt like I was bothering them by coming in for service, then they keep you waiting for so long. There are way too many other places to get my nail service in Clemmons to be subjected to the nonchalance of the workers here.

Booked an appointment with them for my wedding. They called me to move it to 10:30. I arrived at 10:35, we came from across the street at IHOP, it took a minute to get our tickets. 1.) There was another wedding party in there. 2.) They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. This was the day before my wedding so I had PLENTY to do and could not wait. They offerred nothing to accommodate it was their fault they double booked. The Manger wasnt very empathetic about it either, kind of brushed it off. I was definitely disappointed by their customer experience. I dont live in NC but definitely wont be going back when I visit.

A place that should feel relaxing felt extremely cold and uninviting.There was no welcome and it seemed as if they were just running what appeared to be a well oiled machine but it turned out to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.No I will never ever returned due to my experience below and I shouldve trusted my gut instinct and gone to my regular place Nail Palace on Stratford Road (clean, professional, it doesnt smell like a nail salon but instead like a TRUE spa and even if you have to wait you are NEVER overlooked and the complimentary wine, champagne, water is just class)1. went in as a walk-in and for A French manicure and a pedicure Four people followed behind me they were also all walk-ins. One by one I watched as each person was taken before me. 20 minutes later after two more walkins were given service, I was then told to sit in the pedicure chair.2. Not only was the water scalding HOT I dont believe anyone even tested it before I putmy feet in.3. After I sat down another woman walked in and was immediately taken care of. A technician sat her down took her purse and started her pedicure right away.4. I looked at my watch and thought to myself… if someone does not start my pedicure in the next 10 minutes then Im going to leave. I had already been there for 30 minutes.5. At this point still no one had come over to greet me or even told me where the polishes were for me to select a color.6. I got on the phone called my main place and asked what the wait time was. Although it was 20 minutes further away in the opposite direction of my home, I started to pack up my things to leave.7. The manager or women in charge could care less and threw me a towel when she saw I was getting up to take my feet out of the water....Just so her floors wouldnt get wet.8. I was fuming but to avoid making a scene and for the sake of time I walked out and left.If you want good quality service do NOT go to Village nail spa. If I could leave a 0 ratingAnd no stars I would because they dont even deserve a star. Dont waste your time!!!!

Had an appointment at 6:00, finally got seated about 6:30 and waited about 10 more minutes in the chair before anyone started working on my nails. Was very disappointed in the man that did my nails, he seemed very distracted and in a big rush because he didn’t do half the things you do for a manicure. Was also disgusted because he didn’t use any clean utensils when working on my nails, usually they bring a bag that they open in front of you with their tools, he just kept grabbing things from under the table. My nails didn’t turn out very nice at all, they already have chips in them and I just got them done Monday.

The few times I have been they have done a great job with my nails highly recommend this place to go to.

Terrible customer service, will not be back to this salon. Was told my SNS would last 2-3 weeks, after 1 week I had chips on 3 nails which they said they would fix for free. The guy botched my nail repair and had my three nails a completely different shape than the others and terribly uneven. He acted like he was in the biggest rush since he wasnt making money off of me. I wanted to like this place but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got my nails done on Saturday my bad luck I got the guy and he is bad. His more interest in doing his paper work and want everyone else is doing . Hes utensils are not clean ( he keep grabbing things from under the table) and his work area is not clean . Because he was rushing to get finish with me I had more nail polish around my nails and I had to clean around my nails when I got home . If I get him the next time I go there I will just leave because it a waste of money to have him done my nails

My 2nd visit unfortunately was really a bad experience. Manicurist name is Jennifer. She is pregnant and unfriendly to the point of rude. It upset her that I asked her to file my nails a little rounder, since they were really squared. Still too squared for my taste but she was so anoid, I decided to not ask again. While she was filing kept jerking my hands to get them angled to her position, but it was really done in an offensive way. I will try Paradise Nails next time down the street.

I had a manacur and pedacur. She left hang nails. When she put the second coat on she didnt paint near the cuticles.

I will not go back here went in for and SnS. Changed my mind and wanted a soak of and manicure the lady had the ugliest attitude about it from then on I felt my manicure was rushed I dint feel welcomed when I sat down the gentlemen that greeted me when I came in was very friendly I went in at 10 was out by 10:10 not my cup of tea
