Excellent customer service. Great attention to detail (see photo paper protector. Literally no wait at 8am on a Friday. I asked the staff to check some extra things because I was taking a trip. They did a great job, found a broken wiper blade (replaced at a reasonable cost).What I appreciated was the proactivity and attention to detail. That is why I keep coming back.

I took my car to the Maple Shade Jiffy Lube for an oil change. When they topped off the fluids they Put antifreeze in where the windshield fluid goes, and windshield fluid in the radiator. Had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. $270 later. They refused to admit they made a mistake. Said it happened elsewhere. They have poor customer service. I recommend to stay away. If I could they would get a negative star rating.

I went to the Jiffy Lube to get my front brakes done. I have a 2012 Chrysler and needed brakes pads and they were I believe $169 for just the pads, but I needed rotors which I knew I needed. The brake pads and rotors came to $299 plus tax. They did an excellent job on my brakes and the young guys working there are friendly. I had fun conversation with them and some of the customers as well. I went to Jiffy Lube rather than my dealer because the pricing was upfront. I knew how much it would cost without the dealership drama. I will go back to Jiffy Lube for back brakes when they need it. Oh, it is first come first serve. So, I do not have to make an appointment either. Thats win for me.

An emission system problem alert randomly showed up on my dashboard on a Saturday night after both the dealership was closed so I called Jiffy Lube on Sunday morning to see if they could diagnose the problem to give me a head start on the issue once the dealership opened. Both the customer service representatives and the manager there immediately reassured me that they could at least give a diagnosis and had their computer hooked up and getting a reading within 5 minutes of me pulling onto the property. I use Jiffy Lube for every oil change already, but will be using them for many services in the future after this experience. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

I popped into Jiffy Lube last Thursday, 15July2021, and they fixed my AC, thank the Lord, & all of the mechanics were great! The only drawback is that I must go elsewhere to have my “check engine” light taken care of. Thanks…..NECS🐾🖤🐾

I came in to get an oil change and it was not time for the next oil change. Some places would or may try charge you eventhough you were not due. The manager came over and said your not due for an oil change yet, your oil notification gage just needed to be reset the guys reset it and we were Thankful. Staff is great except the red haired guy who always seems lost. I go here with my company fleet vehicle and he had no clue what the fleet charge card was. You would think someone in that industry would know. All of the other employees knew. Maybe he needs some training?

My wife and I visited this Jiffy Lube this past Saturday to get oil changes for our cars. Weve used other Jiffy Lubes in the area for oil changes and other minor maintenance work and have had only good experiences so far. This visit seemed to be the same experience for us at first. We were greeted when we first arrived and my wifes Civic was taken in to the garage to be worked on right away. After a few minutes of waiting, she was called to the front to discuss specifics on the work to be done. One item of recommended work to get done that day, among others, was to get her transmission fluid changed. We were told it was at the mileage frequency to get it changed and that they recommended we get it done. Since we plan to keep the Civic for a long time we decided to trust them and to get it done. Better safe than sorry, since its recommended. We were told the cost would be $150, which we agreed to and then sat down. My wifes Civic was finished pretty quick and so was my car, which was worked on in the same stall as the Civic. We arrived and left the location within 34 minutes, which we thought was really quick (as other reviewers have mentioned).Once we left we both had a gut feeling something wasnt right about our visit. We were recommended to get a few other fluids and some filters changed. We moved forward with some of the recommendations (one of which was her transmission fluid) and decided to take more time to decide on the rest. We researched how often Honda recommended her specific year and models transmission fluid to be changed and were shocked to learn it was more than double the mileage our Civic was at yesterday. We called my wifes father, who works on cars frequently, to get his opinion and he confirmed for us that we did not need to get it done this early.To be completely fair, my wife and I do not know what the jiffy lube staff saw Saturday. Maybe they heard a suspect sound or saw some dirty fluid and made recommendations based off that. Were not sure. What I do know is we feel like we were taken advantage of and we were recommended at least 1, if not more, unnecessary sets of work to be done to charge us more money.To conclude, we will be educating ourselves to prevent this from happening again, we will be more leery of getting service done, especially at Jiffy Lubes, and we will not be returning to this establishment.

Been there twice, so far. Great experience both times. Scott P. is a very respectable man. Service was done in a timely manner and the technicians were great. No complaints from me.

I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. One of the technicians recommended also changing my brake fluid. I agreed. I later found out that because my car was new, this did not need to be done. Worse was when they changed my brake fluid, the mechanics didnt put the undercarriage clips back. The undercarriage cover was hanging off and dragged on the ground. Poor workmanship! And I was sold a service I didnt need! Im never going back to Jiffy Lube and telling everyone I know to avoid going there.

The team is awesome!! I always go back because communication is key. Sometimes I just do not have the finances for certain car things however, I appreciate their knowledge and looking out.

Great Service by the female manager. I brought my car and my mom’s car and she took the time to let us know what needed to be done. She didn’t try to talk down to us about services or push something we didn’t need. (I worked at a quick oil place in collage and knew all the tricks). It’s a little out of our way (we live in Philadelphia) it we will be taking our there from now on.

When I must have an oil change and cant make it to the dealership, Jiffy Lube is my go-to provider. I usually go to a different location but tried this one due to time constraints, and I was not disappointed. The staff were no-nonsense and had my car done in under fifteen minutes, which I think must be some kind of record. I was impressed and will be going back to this location again the next time I need their services.

Took my fleet of trucks here for the most recent oil change and was pleased with the results. My last visit was a little bit of sticker shock when I took my 2016 Colorado in for an oil change. Because it was synthetic oil that need to be used the bill came to close to $100. Wasnt expecting that but it is what it is. They did a little extra and vacuumed out the interior which was a nice surprise. Be sure to use any online coupons for 10 or $12 off their oil changes. Youll need it.

I honestly can not tell enough people to go to jiffy lube for an oil change. Theyre quick, efficient AND even top off your windshield wiper fluid! This past visit I even locked my key in my car and they were able to get it out and were SO nice about it. Definitely go here

They broke my wheel lock key when I went in for a tire rotation and blamed it on the last shop I had my car. They did not apologize or offer any discount on the oil change I was also getting there (which by the way was outrageously priced at $87). They also neglected to mention to me that they left me without one of my front lug nuts, which my boyfriend noticed after my car was driving differently. Absolutely would recommend anyone who values their vehicle to stay away from this place.

This location is 5 minutes away from my job. I went there on my lunch hour. I was pleased with the service and the pricing. My only issue was that they were a bit backed up today. I was there for almost an hour and a half for an oil change and had to call my boss to let him know I will be getting back to work late. Other than that the entire experience was pleasant. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Just needed a lube and go they had me in and out they didnt have mobil full synthetic though had to use mobile 10000 mile oil that cost 80$ thats the only part I didnt like obviously but staff was on point

Friendly people and excellent service

This used to be my go to place for a reliable oil change. Not any more. On 3/23/19 I went in at 0745 for an oil change. I was early. I shut off my Jeep sitting in front of the garage bay and sat in it. A male in a cream colored beater car angrily started honking at me and making obscene gestures. I got kinda scared. He backed in to a parking space on the side of the building. He then got out. I was afraid. I saw him go into the building. I was waved in by an employee who I told I was afraid of the other guy. He blew me off. I then saw angry man jump into the oil changing pit. There was a female manager. I pulled her aside and told her what happened. She didnt really say much but told me to go sit down and wait. I saw her go over to the employees. She was talking about me as they all kept looking over at me. I got out of there as fast as I could. HOWEVER, my Jeep was leaking oil from a negligent oil change which I personally had to redo. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AFTER BEING A LOYAL 5 YEAR CUSTOMER! And you shouldnt either. Unless you want angry guy harming your vehicle.

I used them about 4 years ago. I pulled in my driveway to a giant puddle of fresh oil under her car..they forgot to replace the cap on the oil filter. When I returned they cleaned my engine with washer fluid. Less than a week later my cam shaft sensor went bad..no doubt do to the moisture from the washer fluid. I vowed never to return. I was in a big hurry and tried them again September 2016. I explained to them I was very unhappy due to prior visit and told they have new owners and things are now better. So once my car finally got in the garage they tell me my car takes synthetic and it will cost more...how about $89 for an oil change. By the way my manual says synthetic blend is recommended not required. They tried to recommend an air filter and cabin filter to add more to the price but I refused. Not only was their price extremely high but when I checked my oil it was down over a quart...my car has no oil leaks and only 45K on the odometer..it does not burn or leak oil. So how do you explain over 1 quart low a month later? Never again will I use jiffy lube.I have to edit my response because they told me to email them which I did immediately and the never responded...just goes to show these guys are a joke!

Manager there runs a great shop, She was a pleasure seeing and doing business with since I switched over to a new place to have my car serviced.

Went there at 4:35pm, they published their closing time as 5pm, I was told that they closed because they did not have enough customers to keep open. Then publish your hours as closing at 430 so we dont drive there for nothing. Very unprofessional staff, he cared less if there was a customer waiting or not. Will never use them again!

I walked in on (what appeared to be) a very busy day. The person handling the front of the office pleasantly greeted me and said it would be no problem. The guy who spoke to me (and Im assuming worked on my car) was very nice as he gave me my estimate and never tried to hard sell me on anything extra. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube.

Ive used this Jiffy lube multiple times, and Ive never had an issue here, but today was even better than normal. I needed my headlights replaced fast (both had burned out). Luis, Walter, Chris, and Paul at Maple Shade got me in and out within 10 minutes, with no appointment, and for less money than another company I had called who told me I would have to make an appointment and quoted me a price about $40 more than maple shade. Thank you so much to these guys! Very friendly, joking around with me, and so quick I wasnt even late to work during rush hour.

Very quick and informative, as soon as I walked in somebody asked what I needed outside and grabbed my keys to immediately start working on it.Then after about 15 minutes they walked me through what they were doing and what they found needed to be done.Very streamlined and all of the people in the store worked together to make it a quick and very understandable process.

This place used to be my go-to place for getting my oil changes and pretty much everything else. They can be really clutch especially if you come as soon as they open. You’ll be first in line and get your oil changed in 10-15 minutes.The reason behind my rating is that the last time I was there, they mentioned that I should get my transmission flushed for $150. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima. I called the dealership to check pricing and they told me that my car has a closed transmission that doesn’t have to be flushed at all. They also mentioned that some shops that do this also replace your fluid with lesser quality which could have caused my car to become damaged. I have lost all trust. I’ll be going to the dealership now for my car needs. Clearly these people are just trying to take your money unless they really don’t know cars which might be worse. ✌🏽

I had the most unpleasant phone call with a employee named Dave from maple shade jiffy lube today 7/7/19. He was very arrogant and ignorant to me, maybe even high. Almost like my money was no good there. I felt pushed away. If this is how maple shade jiffy lube is run then im sorry, i will go elsewhere. Even the manager, patty i think her name was had nothing to say about this. Something needs to be done. Dav. is a problem he couldnt even say his name clearly. The manager should have made me feel welcome after his mouth but instead asked me what my problem was. I was treated better at the jiffy lube in north Philadelphia!! Maple shade will not get business from me!!!!

Sadly I have to write a bad review. I have always been happy with the service here and have always told my girlfriends to go there for quick, easy, and trusting service. Last week I went for my oil change - it was still quick and easy, but I was asked if I wanted to change my air filters. I was shown a dirty air filter and a semi dirty air filter. They recommended that I at least change the very dirty one because I am breathing in that air. I asked the price and after hearing that it was above $30 for ONE, I said no thank you because I thought I might be able to ask my dad to change it for me if I buy one at an auto parts store. I was heading to my parents house the next day when I mentioned my story to my dad. He wanted to show me where my filters are- turns out...BOTH filters were mostly CLEAN! Jiffy Lube must have shown me two used, old filters that didnt even belong to my car! Im not sure if its because Im a blonde female or they are in need of revenue, but they just lost my business.

Low price and fast service. Only annoyance, the fact they try to sell you services/items at the time of giving you the final cost. I sat and watched him tell the same spiel to two more females. Not the men though.

I called ahead to make sure theyd take me if I arrived at 6:30 pm, the employee on the phones response was, of course. Phew! A great start!The operation was well organized, I didnt feel bad or rushed arriving less than an hour before closing, all the employees I encountered were friendly and courteous.Not one step in the jiffy lube service was skipped, and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes.They didnt make me feel like a pariah for arriving close to closing, and gave off no vibe of annoyance to the people that arrived after me. Ive been to a number of Jiffy Lube locations, and generally the staff get the work done quickly and are friendly and helpful. These guys are running a particularly smooth operation, though, and every one I dealt with was professional and positive.

Went down road to Firestone where my rental company said to go. Was told it was gonna be 4 hours for a oil change and wiper replacement cause they go over vehicle and arent a quick lube. Found out jiffy lube is also a place the company uses so went there. 27 minutes later had oil change done new wipers and they also went over vehicle which is a rental so only a couple years old with low mileage so nothing else had to be done. Thanks alot guys for getting me in and out and for great professional work. Will refer everyone here who wants a good job done right and not have half a day to wait.

They did all I asked

My first time here was a breeze. My second time however, while I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated, they found my tires air valve was broken. So they said theyd fix it for free, and sent me on my way. The next day I wake up, go to use my car (for the first time since it was worked on) and find the tire is absolutely flat. Ive never been so scared of going a mile in my life.I go back to Jiffy Lube, and they tell me that they cant fix it- so after a hour they put a donut on. When I go down the street to get it fixed as I had a huge trip shortly there after, I found out that the free fix was really one costing me about $100. I appreciate the attempt to work on my tire for free, but if you are unable to fix something, know your limits. I wonder if I could have repaired this tire had I gone to a tire store, instead of replacing it.

My car broke down as soon as I left the shop after I got an oil change on my 08 Toyota Prius. I asked them to come out and look at my car. They came out three time and tried to find the problem . They were never rude and in my opinion did the best they could considering they arent mechanics. In the end, I took it to the dealer and it was a dead battery. Not Jiffy Lubes fault, I appreciate all their effort and their good attitude .

The manager at this location is incompetent. I will NEVER return here for service. I beought my own oil which I am usually given a discount for and as I am in the waiting room she comes to tell me my oil change will be full price even though I brought my own oil. I asked why and she stated that her franchise doesnt give discounts when you bring your own oil. This statement ended up being a lie because when her associate was showing me what they recommend he selected own oil and it automatically gave me the discount. I also had a coupon for $15 off which she said I can not have another discount because they gave me a discount for beinging my own oil and the computer will not allow for another discount. I have gone to 4 different Jiffy Lubes and this has NEVER been the case. I always bring my own oil and a coupon and I have never had a problem using both. Had I not needed my oil changed desperately I would have left immediately.
