This is my third time coming here and I love it. They always do a great job and are very professional.

My Pedicure and Fingernail Appointments are always great here. They use Products that are Great for your Skin and are pleasant to the Nose. A real Spa experience. I got the Hawaiian Pedicure today and he used real Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (cucumber) to mask my legs with and to help moisturize and exfoliate.

Liz took her time and did an excellent job. The leg and arm/hand massages were so relaxing. My nails look great. I will be a regular customer and will always ask for Liz. Also, the shop has a very relaxing atmosphere. It was nice to chill out for a bit.

Great place to get your nails done! The manicure and pedicures are amazing!!! I get my services done by Nina and I tell you, she’s amazing, super nice and takes her time to make sure her job is perfect. She does my nails like the ones you see on instagram 🥰 Super recommend!

I have been to many nail salons and this one is by far, the best that I have been to. I like that they have different pedicure options and they take their time and you don’t feel rushed. Extremely clean and I like how they use new filers and buffers because I brought my own not knowing if they did, but I didn’t have to use it. I will definitely be going here for my nail needs!

Absolutely love Royal Nails and Spa! I have been going for years now. They are very welcoming to new customers and always greet you with a smile. I can walk in and tell Liz what I want and she makes it happen. I will always recommend everyone to atleast go there and try it out.

Yesterday was only my second time coming here since Ive moved to the area and it was definitely better than the first. Instead of letting them choose who to do my nails (which seems to be a big problem there because of greed), I decided to book with someone specifically. It was the BEST decision I could have made!!!! Nina did my nails so fast and efficiently, and I didnt even have to ask her to shape my nails more (which I usually have to do). She definitely gave me the best service Ive ever had at any nail salon EVER and shes so nice! I will be booking with her from now on!!!

My “go to” place for my nails! So clean and spacious and the techs are excellent! Also great place to go with a friend or friends since they have more than 2 dozen pedicure chairs! Even cute kids and bridal party sections.

I come here whenever I need a pedicure and choose to the jelly pedicure. It’s always amazing. Brian always does a great job. He’s my absolute favorite. I was so impressed by his fine workmanship. My feet are literally in heaven and I am so relaxed. This treatment also lasts longer, which is wonderful for my busy schedule.

Usually go to this salon. Today, just wanted manicure and eyebrow waxing. Manicure, no polish was just okay. Eyebrows, different story. Was very explicit about eyebrow. NO thin line and do Not wax any area that will thin my brow. Guess what I ended up with...1 1/2 brows. Now I have to fill in until my brows grow back. Very disappointed. Will not have my eyebrows waxed again unless I draw lines where I want them waxed...

I just had the BEST foot massage of my life! The business if busy but I didnt feel rushed out of the chair, and definitely got my moneys worth with the green tea and honey pedicure! Highly recommend!

They are wonderful. Finally a nail salon that does the gel nails with the liquid. And my daughter ENJOYED her pedicure they even got on her level to help her pick a color for her toes and she’s only 2. They were professional and very patient when dealing with a busy toddler.

This was my first time at Royal Nails, but it will certainly not be the last. Nina was EXCELLENT! I wanted the Hawaii pedi, but she suggested the new Serum Spa Pedi. I am so glad I took her recommendation. My feet and heels have never felt better!

Tina was great as are all the (artists) technicians! Ive been a couple times and have been pleased with my mani and pedi. My daughter and husband have gone with and both are really happy as well. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail. Cant recommend them highly enough!

This is my second time going to Royal and they never disappoint. Very streamlined with appointments and allotting time for walk-ins. Hannah is very professional and amiable to requests. Ive given her a picture both visits and somehow she makes it look better. I isually have problems with nail extensions hurting me but when she does it, theyre feel like part of my fingernails, I forget theyre there. My first set of SNS and extension lasted almost 4 weeks and the only reason they didnt last longer was because my nails were growing too long and I wanted a new design.

The last few times Iv gone has been very poor! I always spend over $100 each visit . The nails were done poorly and broke 4 times in one week I just ended up taking them off. Bad powder then they tried to blame me for there issue! Iv been getting my nails done for over 10 years . They tried to tell me I was wrong then tried to make it seem like a favor they had to fix. The discount sign card will only be signed if u use cash no exception. And then it’s only 10% off. They have gone down hill fast after opening a year ago

Love this place. Beautiful setting. Service is very attentive and well executed.

It was very busy, but not crowded. They take your temperature before allowing you to receive service. They make you wash your hands before any service. The pedicure stations have the clear barriers which are not short enough to cover their faces and are close to one another, but the customers spaced out to every other station. Same for the manicure stations. They have two children’s pedicure chairs and about 5 red royal pedicure chairs. The red royal pedicure chairs don’t have any massage capabilities, they are just pretty chairs with pretty pedicure stations. But, if you are having a pedi-party with a few friends, it will suit that purpose!!! Bathrooms are very clean too!!! I did see that they had a separate room for eyebrows and possibly eyelashes.

It was my first visit since Covid! I was happy to see them taking awesome precautions to keep everyone safe! Liz was excellent the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this salon!

I called in at 5:30 to schedule a last minute appointment and got scheduled at 6 got there at 5:45 and as soon as I walked in I got greeted and sat right on down, service was great! Everything was nice and very cleaned and definitely safe! First timer and I think I found my new spot!

I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails she had short brownish reddish hair she did a AMAZING job on my nails I’ve had nail salons tell me they can’t do coffin shirt nails and she did them perfectly also she gave great massages. Wow! I am in awe of the utter professionalism and kindness of the staff. If I could think of one word to describe this business, I would say DIVINE. This is the best service that I’ve EVER received at a nail salon in the triad area. The workers are friendly, kind and hospitable. They take their time and truly give their clients the royal treatment. They have cute little snacks and beverages for all of their guests and they even give shoulder massages. My pedicure was a slice of heaven. They didn’t rush through the process, they were very intentional and really made me feel like a Queen. The use hot stones to top off a perfect classic pedicure. I haven’t received service like this in years. I am definitely coming back here for all of my pedicure and manicure needs. It’s also very clean and sanitary. Wow, just wow!!!

I have been going to Royal Nails for over a year now. I receive excellent service every time! Liz is my fav but they all are great! Very professional and it is gorgeous inside.

Nice nail salon. Visited to take my 10 year old daughter on her birthday to get her nails done and I got a pedicure with her. Service was okay on my pedicure, but nothing special. My daughter got taken care of well, so happy about that.
