It was our first time here. We arrived at 6 and it is posted on the door that they close at 7(as posted on their door along with walk ins welcome). All we wanted was a simple nail polish change for mani and pedi for my daughter and I for our Mothers Day date. There was one customer inside and 3 staff standing around. When no one greeted me and obviously was avoiding me, I approached the desk and I asked when they take their last appt. She said We close now. They obviously dont want to make any money or build clientele bc I will be sure to pass along this bad review to everyone looking for nail salon recommendations. As Im writing this review they turned the lights off, locked up, and left. Seems like they just wanted to skip out early on a Saturday night. Very, very poor way to do business.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and always takes their time. They have been able to make my nails look amazing with any Pinterest idea I bring to them!! The shop is always very clean and never overcrowded, I would recommend calling in advance for appointments because they can book up. Great place!

I took my mother in law to this spa today. The lady that did her pedicure and nails was amazing with her. My mother-in-law has dementia and I was worried about how she would respond. She was so patient and caring with my MIL. The place is so clean and nice. I highly recommend it!!

Really nice experience with Nikki the salon is not decorated like typical nail salon decor it’s really pretty. The technicians were friendly and detailed. Nice vibe I would go back.

I love Lavish Nail Spa theyre always nice and will do my nails even if its 6:30 pm. Theyre the only ones I trust with my pink acrylic as it lasts longer than every where Ive been. And they always take their tiime never rush.

Best place locally and easy to communicate with for any design you can imagine. I drive from Winston to Clemmons to get their excellent service. Everyone at Lavish Nail Spa is talented and Linda is the best!

By far my favorite nailery. I moved to Charlotte a year ago and still Vari is unmatched. I’ve tried My Bella nails & Polished in Charlotte but not even half the quality nor TLC I receive here at Lavish. If you are looking for quality nails and an A1 experience accompanied by wine and relaxation this is your place.
