Gina exceeded my expectations! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and she made it look so much better than the picture. I mean everything from the shaping to the design was just amazing. I’m so happy I found this place!

The staff here are always nice and fun. They do great work and if you dont like something they will make it right. Plus if you are undecided on what to do they have wonderful ideas. Check them ouy!

I went back to Precious Nails after many years because I moved to a different area. Its been about ten years & Im glad I decided to go back. They did a great job on my nails & did exactly what I asked. Im so glad that they do SNS because thats what I prefer & they have a great selection of colors. I always get one glitter nail & the rest a similar color. No extra charge & they look great. They have a good clean environment with all the sanitation requirements met. Definitely recommend! I got my eyebrows waxed as well & I feel like a brand new woman! Thanks again for the great service! I will be back for my fill-in.

I went on Friday and wasn’t pleased with the way my SNS set was done (to keep it brief). Someone who hasn’t done my nails before did them (I thought she was new.) I was just going to wear the set and take it as a loss; but one of them popped off yesterday so I just had to go back.Normally they do an GREAT job overall, so I was just a little puzzled. I went back in today and Hillary helped me out. She did an AWESOME job and was nice to talk to😊. I appreciate the great service and I’ll be back!

I’ve had my lashes done before but never this! I needed a mommy spa day and they were able to get me back to feeling beautiful again. Pedicure and manicure were amazing, my favorite thing is that my nails are the perfect shape and they had more than enough colors to choose from. Highly recommend

Im very surprised by these reviews and not quite sure how everyone elses nails hold up to par. I really wanted to give them a chance so I ended up going three times. My first time was with Cindy because she came highly recommended. First, maybe it was a off day for her but no pleasant conversation, no nothing, got my nails done and left. Within the first 10 days, I had two nails pop off...not break but just lift up and pop off. I went for a fill in and a pedicure, she charged me $3 to replace each nail. I decided to go to Trina instead for my next visit, she was much more pleasant but as she was doing my nails, she said that one was lifting and she needed to replace it, I got charged $3 for it!??!!? Why do I have to pay for nails that are lifting and popping off? I could see if I was not getting a fill in within a two week time frame OR I broke the nail. That was and will definitely be my last time there, my friends last time as well.

Due to my work schedule there have been a few occasions where I had to go to other nail salons; none compare to precious nails. Now I only go to them. I work it around my schedule. I have never had any negative experience’s over the years. Great job every visit!

Finding a nail salon that doesnt cut up my fingers because I have small nail beds has been a struggle...Well today I had no trouble at all! Trina was fantastic, understanding and she didnt cut me once. She took her time and gave me an awesome nail shape and exactly what I wanted! I cant wait to come for my next service 💕

First time I went there I was very impressedI got a pedicure, manicure and eyelash extensionsMade an appt for a manicure for the future. Went back to get eyelash fill on a sat at 11 no appt. told 40 min wait. At 60 min was told I could wait for at least 2 more customers or come back at 5. I was happy with my service the first time but will never go back

I love them! All the techs are super nice and helpful. I normally get Cindy and she’s very professional and sweet with me. The shaping, the the colors and time management are satisfying. They are open to walk ins but an appointment would be recommended to secure your spot in a timely manner. They have something for everyone mani, pedi, lashes and even eyebrow tinting!

Terrible experience. This is my 3rd time coming here and this will be my last time. I got a regular polish change on my toes, and they don’t even have dryers to dry your nails. Then the person who did my toes was upset because I didn’t like the way she painted them. This place is overpriced for no reason, and I believe they don’t have air dryers for your nails because they force people to get Gel instead because it cost more. There’s nothing listed on their website about not having any air dryers. Had I not traveled this far, I would have just went to another salon that provides better service.

This is my second time having Cindy do my nails. And I am beyond pleased with her work. Super friendly girls that work there and great atmosphere! They are amazing.

Always great service, always great work. I will follow Cindy anywhere she goes. Pure talent super sweet people. And the prices are reasonable. Some things may go up but thats the nature of the beast when owning a business especially during the times of covid.

Excellent service every time!

Lisa does a fabulous job (thats the only reason for 2 stars) but TEN DOLLARS to cut down? That is outrageous! It costs them nothing to do it. Yes time, but I mean material wise. I can understand $3 or even $5 but $10?? Thats just crazy. I havent seen another nail shop in Winston-Salem or Clemmons to charge that!!

Reliable comfortable place to get a manipedi in Clemmons. Unless during peak times, there is not much of a wait (little to none) Not far off 40 exit. Relaxing, good music, very cool nail color display.

Love to have my mani/ pedi done there. Trina and Kim are very good nail technicians. The salon is clean and if you go in the afternoon or evening you can have a glass of wine. Very cool place! I go every 2-3 weeks. Its my guilty pleasure.

Why are all these petty people saying service was bad I’ve been going there for years and there service has been great my nails are strong and last 3 weeks and then I’ve gotten acrylics, sns, gel, regular polish, and more and they have been top quality compared to other places in Winston Salem, so there should be no reason for the bad reviews because me and my mom have both been going there for years and the quality was amazing

Bump in me nails

I went here and my nails were ruined within 4 days. All of the diamonds fell off of my nails and then my nails begun falling off. The young tech that didn’t nails blamed me and tried to charge me to fix them. Her mom (clearly) told her No and proceeded to fix them for free. She prettily charged my 3 dollars at the end. She probably needed it. Her nail work was only worth that much in the first place. Won’t be back. Didn’t expect much from clemmons NC but damn, give me me a break tiny America! 🙄 zero stars for a petty cheap worker ruining her parents business.

The most horrible experience I have ever had in Clemmons. My nail broke off within 4 days. I do not recommend going here.

The facility was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions; however, the quality of the service was not so great. I asked for a simple gel nail polish and the result wasnt so pretty, which resulted in areas of my nails lacking polish. I felt as if I was burdening her by being there. As it is a gel polish, I left it as it was and will not be going back.

Too expensive for a crazy job, they are rushing cause they have too many customers. Thats my first time and my last time. I was highly unsatisfied.
