This is my go-to nail salon. Every time Ive gone somewhere else out of necessity, Ive been disappointed. I live in New Bern and will wait until we come to visit family to make sure Monk can do my nails. I had to come today to fix the mess someone else had left and I couldnt be happier! Do yourself a favor and make this your nail salon!

The customer service is phenomenal. My nails are always perfect. They have several pedicure options, as well as lash extensions and body waxing. I highly recommend this location... but make an appointment. Theyre popular.

My absolute favorite place to have my nails done. Monk and Kim always do a fantastic job. My nails always look great after a visit here and Ive never had a problem with them breaking or chipping. The entire staff is super sweet and very friendly. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is the best in the area.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied. They have hours that are later than other nail salons, making this very convenient. Their prices are very reasonable. They also provide you with a card to receive $5 off after a certain number of of services. Very impressed with this nail salon and have all good things to say about it. Didnt feel rushed, such quality people and service.

It was fantastic. The staff is very kind and gentle. My mom and I went here yesterday to get our nails done for my her wedding and they did a fantastic job on her French manicure and my acrylics.

First for me absolutely the best in town best pedicure in town, guys Im telling you its like have new feet applied omg. Not kidding

The people were very nice and my acrylics looked nice but the very next day after I got them done they started coming off of my nails. They came off after about 2 weeks which is very short for acrylics. I probably wouldnt go back because of that. However, other types of services might be better.

What a great group of people! Everyone was friendly and accommodating, which is saying a lot when you helping an indecisive person like me. The knew many of their customers by name and were happy to provide information to a newbie like myself.

Always had a good experience with Kim at this salon but I will never go back if I have another bad experience with her brother as I did yesterday, he was very rude and act angry towards me because he had to finish my manicure, speaking short and rude to me. I was very upset but Kim was very nice and did a great job on my pedicure.

Wonderful, professional staff! Prices are extremely reasonable. They were able to make an acrylic toenail for my big toe that had been removed more than 20 years ago because it was ingrown. For first time my toenails are polished and Im wearing open toe sandals!!!

The high rating for this nail salon is very misleading. I’m not the kind of person to leave negative reviews but this really was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and I don’t want other people making the same mistake I did. The girl doing my nails was very nice and spent a lot of time on me but I don’t think she’s been doing nails very long. My nails are already thin and now they’re like paper after she shaved and scraped the bajeezus out of them trying to force my old nail polish off instead of letting them soak a little longer. The gel polish I got is so thin I can literally see through it. Edges were left super jagged and the whole nail isnt covered. All this took more than an hour and cost more than I usually pay down the street. This was one of the most uncomfortable hours of my entire life, that is no exaggeration. There was no one in the entire place, no music in the background - just absolute silence... you could hear the clock ticking. The girl doing my nails didn’t speak any English so I couldn’t even small talk my way out of the awkwardness. Super super super awkward and uncomfortable. Wasn’t as sanitary as other places either. Maybe it was just an off day but I’d strongly recommend you go to Village Nail Spa instead. They have long waits and can be a little unfriendly at times but it’s well worth it for the quality.
