No matter how busy they are, their shop is always wonderfully clean, their service is always top notch, and their staff is always amazing. This is the ONLY nail shop that I have been in that makes me feel like family. They actually engage in conversation with you, and make you feel so welcome. I cant say enough good about this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been searching for a new nail tech and I do believe I have found her! Sue came recommended to me so I went for the first time yesterday for a fill in from a set from another nail shop in Clemmons (horrible) and Sue reshaped and even saved a couple of nails that were lifting already. She did a natural color ombre (gel) on them and they look great!! They really go the extra mile as she used cuticle oil AND manicured my cuticles for me along with a lotion hand massage, I was very impressed! The prices are even better! Theyre all so talkative and friendly, you really get a great vibe in there. They have a GREAT color selection as well and it sounds like they can do any design that you may want. They also do lashes! This is my my new spot for sure!

There is nothing negative to say about this place! I just started going about a month ago and usually do my toes every two years but they r so gentle and professional that I’ve been back twice in a month to get toes done! Always clean environment always on time and even most times early! They r quick but very precise and detailed! I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing fun filled nail salon! These girls are the best! When they did my eyebrows it was even relaxing enough to almost fall asleep!! Booking online with them is so easy and they r so prompt at getting back to you!150% professional!!

Love these ladies💕 They are so down to earth and tight knit!! I get so many compliments on my nails every single time they do them, I am pretty picky with what I want and they never fail me. I have taken my mom, who for as long as I can remember has never had nails a day in my life (mind you I’m 45 now) and they have hooked her up with nails that stay on for weeks whereas every other place she has been to her nails fall off in a day or two. I have finally found a place that makes me comfortable when I go in and I will never get my nails done anywhere else again🥰

2 1/2 hours to have nails done. Waited for my pedicure to start until the water was ice cold. Girl in next booth during manicure was painting her nails while talking to her boyfriend. Another girl giggled and removed her polish while talking to the boy. Felt like I was at a teenage slumber party. Not relaxing at all. My nails were in bad shape and the polish had to be removed as soon as I left. The French nails were uneven and sloppy.

I truly love the atmosphere and so does my 3yr old and she is just as welcome as I am and not a burden like other salons have made her feel 👿... All the staff are amazing!!!

This was my second time going and was very disappointed. I was expecting a great pedicure like I got the last time and sue did my pedicure. However this time this rude hateful girl named cici did a half ass job on my feet she acted as if it was a hassel to lift up my leg and scrub and buff the bottom of my heals. I spent 70 dollars for a half ass job and two days later the bottom of my heals are rough and crusty and just wasted 70 dollars. This girl cici complains the entire time given me my pedicure because my legs were cramping up and she said stop moving she couldnt even pick up my legs to polish my toes this girl is lazy and got a bad attitude. she obviously does not want her job to be talking to a customer like that. This was the last time I go to divine nails 70 dollars wasted and very bad customer service.

First impressions are important. Ive never been here before but went off their Google ratings that said they were great. I called at 9am to schedule an appt and was told to come in, no appt necessary. Get there at 10, no one greeted me, several just looked at me, no one at front desk, finally a woman asked, what do you want? and if I had an appt and told me I would need to wait at least 30 mins as the girl who answered the phone didnt check the schedule, no apology or anything. Unfriendly. Go elsewhere.
