Always a great experience, my nails always look great and last until my nail appointment! 10/10 would recommend!

Good location but I paid $20 for a manicure with no polish and it was mediocre, at best. She asked me if I wanted a clear coat...very same day the polish was peeling off! Also, I asked for squared nails and they were crooked. I went home and re-filed them straight/took the clear coat off. Bummer!

I don’t love this place. Extremely unprofessional and was refused by one nail tech and transferred to another because I wanted something specific and she thought it was too difficult 🤦🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t have gone here but my usual tech was out.

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Over priced and not enough attention to detail. From a distance my nails look good but the manicure lady only did 2 thin coats of polish and it just doesnt look as good up close. No complaints about the pedicure other than the price. I was in and out in an hour and paid $85. I am all for respecting peoples schedules but this felt rushed. The price was a little more than I expected.

Nice,clean, professional. Great choice of Polish incl. Gel. Other options incl. Gel nails, acrylic nails, pedicure ( w/ many options from exfoliating to moisturizing), simple manicure, always beautifully done. Massage chairs for pedicures and they use hot stones etc. Very happy.

So disappointed!!! Week ago last Thursday night had them do an acrylic fill with gel polish. Less then a week later the gel is peeling. So I called them to have them fix this. Saw them this Wednesday evening and peeling again. Had to pay 35 plus tip for this to happen again!!! So between the two appts paid $100 including tip. Shame on me but they should have fixed the gel polish when we went back for a fix for free!!!! Never going back!!!!!

I have been to Glossy Nails twice, first for a pedicure and most recently for a fill and both times my visits were horrible. I went there last Saturday with an appt. and the first person didnt speak English, so then the owner came over to do my nails and he was so busy looking around to see who was available to take clients that he totally ignored me, then came another technician and all she wanted was to get me out and on to the next. She was rude and abrupt, pulling my hand when she wanted to work on those nails and hitting my hand away when she was done. She didnt look at me, talk to me, acknowledge that I was there. It cost me $13 more than any other nail salon that I have been to and I have 6 nails that the gel polish is peeling off. By far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to.

Kinda upset they turned me away when they had an hour and 1/2 left till closing and I just wanted a color change. They said that everyone was on their last customers but they didn’t close for an hour and 1/2. I’ve gone here a lot of times and loved it but this was just crazy. Guess I’ll find a new nail place.

I feel bad in a way giving this place 3 stars, bc the woman that did my nails was amazing. They came out great and lasted a while. However, the manager of this place is extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable with how he treats his customers. He very insultingly told one of my friends that her tan was uneven. Her and I always take jokes, but it felt very ill-intentioned. He has a really bad attitude and makes you feel like a pest just by being there. This alone ruins the experience and is why I don’t have any interest in returning. Price was also not as advertised, I paid 20 more than what I was expecting. At least they came out good though! Good quality nails, service from the manager needs lots of improvement.

The girl had an attitude when she came to do my nails. Spoke in a different language to somebody else other than me. The girl was not easy on my cuticles and made one bleed. NOT impressed! I will never go back.

I have been to so many studios over the years, but Glossy Nails is my favorite for an unplanned pedicure/manicure. They are always clean, their furniture works and is not ripped or dirty, they are kind, and the best part is the kid sized pedicure chairs!Since COVID they have also done an incredible job with creating a safe environment!

The place was nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. My problem is its only been 2 days my polish is coming off my acrylic. 1 name is already starting to lift. I wanted somewhere closer to home. I might try again maybe it was just a bad day.

The place was nice, clean and people were very nice. My problem was..the same night i got my nails done..all the clear coat peeled off n the gems i had came off n they looked just awful. I paid 70.00 AND drove 2 hours to get there. Needless to say i went local to get them fixed. Normally i pay 45.00 so i probably wouldnt go back but like i said..the staff were great!

I came here while visiting family from colorado and us girls decided to get our nails done. I noticed as soon as i was seated that the nail buffer and e file were covered in nail dust from being reused/not sanitized between clients. The woman doing my nails was using the e file in a back and forth motion causing it to burn! It startled me (obviously) so I flinched multiple times and said ‘that burns’ and she just kept doing it. Not to mention the nails today, a day later, have large air bubbles under half of them. She used way to much monomer with the acrylic, it was dripping down my fingers as she was working and now im stuck with air bubbles all under my fresh nails. Unacceptable.

I have never been treated so poorly in a nail salon. The man doing the nails and the manager were both rude. When finished I noticed an incomplete nail and they wanted me to wait until they helped all 15 people in line. I had an appointment and the service was not finished. I paid and left after a short argument.

Nail salon is a disaster. Manager has no idea what he is doing and has not a clue on how to treat customers. The harassment is disgusting and borderline criminal. Manager and tech brought customer to tears and followed her to her vehicle to further harass her. Complete disgrace of a legitimate business. Do not go to this salon. After reading other reviews it’s clear that there is a problem. Hopefully will be shut down soon, would not be a surprise.

The first few times I got my nails done here, it was great. I went again before my vacation and it seems like I’m noticing something I don’t like about the work each time I go. The prices arent consistent from visit-to-visit and if you want something unique or out-of-the-ordinary, it executed all that well.Stick with the basics and you might be alright.

First i went there 7 days ago and 8 of my nails broke alrealdy i’ve gone to 5 other places and they have never broken by them selfs under 3-4 weeksand the lady toke forever and ever to file on nail my 3 other friends got there’s done at the same time and funished way before me and the lady was filing the same nail still and then my friend had to get one nail all over again and she was still flying Unbelievable 🤥🤔

Pedicure was very rough and incomplete. Nail tech spoke very limited English and did not follow my instructions.

Had a wonderful mani/ pedi here yesterday, this was honestly the best service I’ve had of all the other salons in the area. My nails look perfect, to be quite frank I’ve never had a manicure look this nice before and the attention to detail was fantastic. On top of this it was so clean! I love that they use new clean tools for each customer. that is how it should be yet so many salons in the Manchester area don’t and I refuse to ever return to them... so many uninformed customers don’t know what kinds of diseases you can contract from nail salons and it’s sad. I also really liked that my pedicurist was my manicurist so I didn’t have to split tip. I cannot wait to be a repeat customer!

I went and had a full set put on 2 days ago, within 18 hours the gel polish was chipped/bubbling. Yesterday I went back to have the 5 out of 10 nails fixed and when the manager was fixing his employees mistakes he seemed very aggravated that I complained and he had to fix my nails... now 3 of the 5 are chipped again overnight! I called today and told the manager it’s too far of a drive for me to keep coming back for them to keep fixing them and that I wanted a refund. I was told they don’t do refunds then dead air like I got hung up on. So if you want your nails to last more than a few hours I would not be going to this place!

My go to nail salon. Everyone is very friendly. I love Ann but everyone does a great job. Usually busy on the wkends. I recommend an appt on those days

I went to the new one on south willow, I made an appointment and I was helped immediately when I walked in . Everyone was really nice . I had Jenny to do my manicure and pedicure and she did such a great job she was so nice we talked a lot about school, etc. I’m not kidding she spent at least an hour and a half doing my nails making sure that they were perfect and she said at the end of the manicure but if there was anything I didn’t like she would 100% change. A really great experience and I’ll definitely be going back!

Been here a few times, but this time was not good service. Some toes were clipped, some not, the ones that were are rough, not filed smooth. Technician rushed through pedicure, and when done, rushed out of the chair to pay, ruining polish on ond big toe.

New favorite nail place! The salon is beautiful and clean - tons of nail color options to choose from! The complimentary wine is a nice touch - the best customer service at a nail salon I have experienced! Give this place a try, they are quick, professional, friendly and they do a great job on your nails!

I went on a recommendation from a friend, and I’m not sure if I just got a bad tech or not, but definitely won’t be returning. After waiting 20 minutes to be seen, the tech was rude and bossy. She rushed through my dip, and when I left, I noticed that my nails were sloppy. I had dip all over my fingers that I had to remove when I got home and frankly, I feel as though I could have done a better job on my own. After spending $46 (cost plus tip), my set should look amazing. It doesn’t. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Glossy Nails has fast, friendly service . Also does nice work in a timely fashion. I enjoyed my visit with my daughter. We even were able to sit together while we enjoyed our manicure.

I go here all the time and it’s hit or miss the last 2 times I had the same girl today I went with my daughter and her pedicure came out great mine in the other hand was so rushed and they didn’t even touch my heels. They should all be trained to do the services the same.

Salon inside is very bright and beautiful but I was very disappointed with my nails. Color was uneven some nails were darker than others & by the next day nails were dull, this has never happened to me before in any other nail salon. Manicurist was unfriendly to the point of making me feel uncomfortable...

Glossy Nails Manchester has the same owner as the one in Bedford. I am glad that they are doing really good with the one in Bedford and I hope they would do the same to the one on South Willow Street. I had been into their new salon and I have to say: I am very pleased with everything. They have more pedicure chairs and tables, the space is even bigger than the one in Bedford. Keep up your good work Glossy Nails team!!!
