Force you to use their online App, always full and/or understaffed. Very hit and miss. Be prepared to be disappointed.

Wait was tolerable and made more convenient with their pending list. Service was professional and without fault. I would go there again.

Apparently an hour plus wait at the nearest 3 hair salon/barbershop isnt enough to warrant being open on Sundays. Just another company unwilling to staff based on demand instead of convenience.

I was in town for a funeral and looking for a place to get a haircut. I called this location and they suggested I download the app and schedule an appointment. It was such an easy process. I showed up at my scheduled time and was greeted by a friendly staff. This was the first time I had visited a Sport Clips and the person cutting my hair was great! She was friendly, personable and she gave me a great hair cut!! Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was awesome and I will definitely visit again if Im ever back in the Eau Claire area.

Son could not stop talking about the experience he got at sports clips and absolutely loved his hair cut. After he was done he stated I cant wait til I have to go back

I was surprised to find out that they do beard trimming after a friend suggested coming here, it was a great experience and the beard oil smells amazing!

Received a text telling us our stylist was ready. When we got to the store we were told it would be another hour. This was very inconvenient and wasted my time !

NOT VERY HAPPY; as, I was instructed 2 yrs ago that I did not need an appointment and people kept getting in before me as I sat there over a half hour.... Persons came in after me and went before me, because they called in ahead of time.... DONE WITH LYING PEOPLE....

We came here to get an undercut done for my daughter. Unfortunately the hairstylist lied to us when she said that she had the skill set needed in order to complete the design my daughter had gotten previously at another Barbershop. Judge for yourself if you need any type of design work done I would not recommend barber shop. When I tried to bring the mistakes to the hairstylist attention she said she just went with the flow after she realized that she made a mistake which I understand but I feel that she should have made me aware and apologized. Ive attached photos so you all can see. The first image is what she did the second image is what we had requested.

I requested Maddy, for my stylist, since she does mens and womens hair, and they accommodated my request. I used my coupon for a free haircut, which was sponsored by the Red Cross. Maddy was very friendly and professional! I appreciated that they worked with me to fit my schedule, on short notice!

Excellent service and so nice to squeeze me in when I couldnt get the online appointment to work. The stylists did an awesome job with my hair and I feel so much better. She did follow the Covad safety precautions and I felt very safe. I will look forward to coming back again someday. 🙂

Ive used Sport Clips on my business trips for years. Usually great service and a great hair cut nation wide. Called in to the Lake Hallie, WI location at 6:10 PM. Was told they could get me in this evening if I got there in 10 minutes. Walk in at 6:15 and told that they were booked up for the evening. Unprofessional to say the least...

Mike was not friendly nor cared of he sold me a building.

Im in a wheelchair and they are able to provide me with great haircuts and styling at a good value.

Very professional, I had the enjoyment of meeting Angela and got the cut I wanted. Liked the fact she offered opinions to help me look even better with my hair.

Ive been to other Sport Clips before and usually have a somewhat mediocre experience because they stylists always seem to be in a rush. This was my first time here, and I may have gotten lucky, but the stylist I had seemed to really take the time to work with my colic and give me a cut I was hoping for, as well as being very friendly. Overall, great experience.

I was treated great! My first time visit was upgraded from Varsity to MVP. My hair cutter, Anna, did an excellent job of listening to me and giving the best haircut I have had in years. She used a great shampoo that I decided to buy. It had that scent of mint, one of my favorites.

The online check in is very convenient and accurate.The stylists are always very nice. The stylists at the hallie location actually care about the clients and have meaningful conversations.

Excellent job on my hair. Fast friendly service. I love sportsclips in general but this one is one of the better ones.

This location is always too busy for the amount of staff they have. I had to wait for over 1 1/2 hours and I finally left. At first, they said that the wait was going to be 45 minutes & it somehow turned into 1 1/2 hours with an additional 20 minute wait when I finally just left. They wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time that I will never get back. They also took another person in front of me. He had the same name as someone who checked in online. When they finally realized it wasnt the same person that checked in online, they still took him anyways and bumped me back another 20 minutes. In addition, I checked in and was told I had another 20 minutes, when I went out to my car to get something quickly (since I had 20 minutes according to the staff), they skipped me again. I left. Dont go there! You have been warned! They dont give that good of a haircut to warrant the horrible service. Pick up a book on haircuts at the library and do it yourself, youll get just as good of a haircut!

They are fast at getting you into your seat,waiting for you to explain the way you would like them to cut your hair! I would suggest this place mainly for males as they have nothing for females. But excellent for make haircuts of all ages. They do a great job!!

The lady who cut Guel’s hair did an okay job. It’s just every time we stop in, none of the people working seem as if they want to be there and that customers are more of a bother than anything. I’m an adult and don’t expect to be coddled, but a smile and being treated like we are there isn’t a problem to them. Snippy and short :(

Got tired of long waits and when they started closing Sundays, that was it for me. They are expensive and the sports theme isnt important to me anyway. Started going to Great Clips across the street. Faster service, lower price, open sundays.

I go here regularly for my haircuts all of the ladies are very friendly and professional. I really enjoy the extras with the triple play package, its easily worth the extra couple of dollars to feel like a king, if only for 5 minutes.
