I’ve been drooling over the Esthetic Haus Instagram for months and finally made my own appointment....and boy did they deliver! I had no idea my lashes (lash tint) and eyebrows (brow wax, tint and lift) could look so fantastic. They also provide with easy to follow care instructions to make sure the look lasts. It’s easy to schedule online and I can’t wait to go back to try more of their services.I also really appreciated the safety measures they’ve outlined to keep staff and customers safe during the pandemic. They clearly have put a lot of thought into keeping everyone safe and make sure you know expectations in advance after you book your appointment so there’s no guessing game when you arrive.

The service was great an so was my experience with Courtney.

I created my appointment online and received no confirmation or notification of the time or location. When I arrived, I was not greeted or spoken to before a thermometer was pointed at my forehead. A music speaker directly above me was blasting loud 80s music directly into my chair the whole time I was trying to relax into this uncomfortable process. By the time I looked in my rear view mirror on my way home my lifted lashes were no longer lifted and instead laying SIDEWAYS, CLUMPED and helter-skelter, NOT lifted at all! I called Kandyss as soon as I got home but she did not offer to correct my lashes anytime in the next 24 hours nor did she offer any kind of refund.Needless to say Im never setting foot in this place again, at least not in Kandysss chair.

I’ve been following Courtney around the city for the past 10 years. I’d follow her to the burbs if it came to that. Since she’s opened her new place it’s been a dream. She’s done my brows all this time and she introduced me to the lovely Neisha for all my facials. Since opening her shop my brows and skin have never looked better. Since going into covid a lot of friends have noticed how my skin has been pretty on point and not breaking out bc of the mask. I’ve told them all, it’s bc my girls put me on a regimen. The products they use and sell are amazing and it has truly transformed my skin. Can honestly say that I’m rounding the corner to 40 and I’m able to hold off on the Botox for now. But the micro blading that I had done with Courtney has truly change my whole face. I’m a victim of the 90’s over plucking. Super thin pencil eyebrows were all the rage. Unfortunately when the fad was over, not all of my brow grew back. I was left with no tails to my brow. Since doing the micro blading. I have brows that look full and beautiful all the time. I love it. “ I woke up like this!” The both of them are super knowledgeable and will never steer you wrong on what you need and what you don’t need. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Courtney is the ONLY person I would allow to do my brows. I have been doing my own for years because its hard to find someone that knows how to arch my full brows. She is a brow Goddess! She made me a believer a few years ago and helped me perfect my signature shape.Neisha is the skin Goddess! She gave me my first Brazilian wax! I am a convert! She is gentle and talks you through the experience. She always teaches me something about skin that I never knew, very knowledgeable and personable! The BEST in the city. I love a good brow and I looked high and low for an experienced esthetician to give me the full and defined look I like and Im so thrilled I found Courtney. She never disappoints!

Neisha is wonderful. Courtney is truly talented at shaping brows, but creates a mean girls atmosphere where I did not feel like a valued client. After several rude comments, a failed brow tint, and a lack of rectification when I gave her the opportunity to address things privately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor service and negative vibes arent what I seek out when receiving non-essential treatments such as these.

Ive seen Neisha a couple times for waxing... her service is as good as it gets. Her technique is quick and smooth, with flawless results. She is professional, and incredibly warm, kind, and funny. Its so awesome to meet estheticians who are skilled at their craft, and also a joy to be around. Thats Neisha!I love seeing her, and cant wait to experience her skincare magic as well.

Two months ago I purchased the Esthetic Haus bridal bootcamp package, which entitles you to discounted rates on a monthly facial and brow waxing/tinting. WOW! I couldnt be more pleased. Courtney has my brows looking better than ever. She is meticulous with her shaping and also has a long-term plan of how shed like them to fill-in, which is already showing progress. Neisha on the other hand gives the best facial Ive ever had. As a highly-skilled esthetician, she chooses products and phases of the facial based upon my individual skin condition and tailors her regimen to my needs. The Sorella Apothecary products shes introduced me to not only smell heavenly, but have my skin glowing. Shes helped dramatically reduce my dry skin and acne breakouts before the big day. In addition to their professionalism, Courtney and Neisha are just magnetic. Theyre fun to visit, great to talk to, and typically, Courtney is singing along to the radio. Cant say enough positive things about these industrious women! You just have to go visit for yourself.
