Amazing service, Nikki did an amazing job on my sparse brows! They don’t look sparse anymore! I always Struggle to find a good place that doesn’t thin them out or give them some weird shape, it’s hard. I came here by chance and I’m definitely coming back again, she also waxed my under arms and took the time to pluck the stubborn hairs, not everyone does this and I appreciate it,

Appt was made for full body wax, received numerous confirmations via email and text day before and same day confirming appt. When I arrived, employee said she didnt do body wax and owner wasn’t tnere, she tried calling owner and could not reach. Very unprofessional! I was leaving for vacation next day, went to threading salon and thank goodness they were able to accept walk in.

This place supposedly opens at 9am. It is now 9:15am and Ive been standing here waiting for someone to open up, but no one has shown up. Unprofessional and disappointing! I was looking forward to trying them out, but looks like that wont be happening.*UPDATE* They finally opened at 9:25am. The lady who did my eyebrows rushed through it smh did not trim them. She also didnt offer any lotion or a tissue to wipe my face. Awful.

I get my eyebrows done here and I can confirm Niki is very fast and amazing at what she does! Never had any problems when coming here and the place is always very clean :)

Staff is very friendly but this restaurant is super under staff. I gave 3 starts because the food was bland which is not what I have experienced at other locations.

Best Brazilian wax experience by Nikki!

Had my eyebrows and upper lip done today and it was a breeze! She did a fantastic job, better than any other place Ive been to in the area. Cant wait to come back for a facial or some spa me time 😊😊

Horrible service! I just got my full face done, in which I specified that I wanted thread done for my full face and only wax on my side burns. However, the lady that did my service went ahead and waxed my cheeks without consent of doing it, and also didnt even try to cool down the wax before applying it to my face. In addition, the lady that did my full face service did not even tell me when to hold my eyebrows or anything. This is the second time I get burnt at this place, but this time its 10xs worse. I told the lady when she finished that I asked for wax only on my side burns and still added wax on my cheeks and showed her my face, and she didnt even offer a refund or anything. Given that I paid $35 to get my full-face done and got burnt is not okay. The service here is horrible! I hope this is helpful for anyone reading. Any suggestions on what I can apply to my skin now that its burnt? :(

My first time there and Niki did a nice clean up on my eyebrows. I was hesitant about threading due to a bad experience many years ago and ended up with thin brows (at a different brow place). We spoke and she understood what I wanted (just a clean up) and that’s what I got. I will definitely be back.

I had Waxing and Facial which was done very nicely. I am in love with the work they do and Due to Covid 19 they have superb service with cleanliness. I appreciate all the efforts.

This is my new spot for waxing and threading. Nikki is phenomenal! She absolutely is so knowledgeable and a true professional. She is meticulous and when you are having waxing done you really appreciate it. Also the prices are much cheaper than most other places. I will definitely be back to The Arch!

I try to avoid eyebrow threading because it hurts so much. But Nikki makes the pain worth it! Always a great look and style when I come here, highly recommended!!

This was my first time trying this spot out. My first impression was that it was very clean. Nikki was very nice and informed me that the place had been open for only 5 months. I’m glad I tried this spot out because I loved the way my eyebrows came out(threading)! I found somewhere much closer to my house and somewhere that provides many services. My mom and I went here for the first time today and it was really good service. The one who took care of us was Anna/Ana (?) and she was thorough in making sure we were satisfied with the service.I got my brows threaded, and henna. Both came out great! Even though they’ve only been open for two weeks, they seem to be striving.

My best friend took me here for a gift and WOW!!!!!!! I loved the gold facial! It was the most relaxing thing I’ve experienced in a while, I’m a mom of two and I needed this. I fell asleep that’s how relaxed I was. If I can give this place a 10 I def would. Super nice woman. Coming here AGAIN!

I was coming here to get my eyebrows done like always they tend to do, the first time I loved my eyebrows I went for the second time and she took off more than she should I was like it’s okay it’s quarantine. But then I get my Brazilian wax and I can tell that wax was cheaper than a dollar store shoesIt was by far the worst wax I had in my life!!!I wanted hard wax and she claimed she had hard wax which she did but the quality of it sucked I hate this place I’ve been itchy ever since I got my wax there!

The salon was beautiful and clean. But after months and months of growing out my eyebrows I went in for threading and my eyebrows came out extremely thin. Also the shape of my eyebrows didn’t match the shape of my face.

I came here to get my quarantine eyebrows done and to have lashes put on. I left with thin eyebrows and doll eye lashes. The girl was unsure about the lashes. I asked her 3 times if she knew what she was doing and she said yes. Thank god whatever cheap glue they used did not stick and I was able to take them off. Highly upset with the services

I went to Anna today as a walk in for an acne facial and to get my eyebrows done. The place was spotless- SO CLEAN. I had never had either so she made it very comfortable. The facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. She threaded my eyebrows (I’ve only ever gotten them waxed) and they are literally perfectly shaped! Will be going to Anna regularly for both services!

I had been letting eyebrows grow out for over a month due to the fact that I didn’t like the way my eyebrows were done that last time, at Dorothy’s. I’m pretty big on my eyebrows and don’t usually trust anyone with them, but I figured this place is so close by let’s give them a try, & I DO NOT regret it! Not good she took such little time, she barley did anything when I told her I wanted them more arched and cleaner but instead I was left a lot of hairs that were not plucked, she didn’t even cut them, she was on the phone the whole time and they do not look cleaned they look like i did my eyebrows a week ago. I had to pay $8 and come home and do them myself again.

She didnt wash her hands after her client and i was next. Sorry I would not be returning.
