I was coming here for brow waxes after my regular brow person moved away. They do an okay job and the store has great retail but the scheduling is terrible. I was struggling to find parking today and walked in five minutes late and they said they couldnt take me because my appointment slot was only for 15 min (seems like a pretty silly way to schedule appointments when a brow wax takes 15-20 minutes?). Another time I walked in a few minutes late and they had taken another client who had showed up early. I wondered at the time how tight the appointment scheduling was that this was possible but chalked it up to someone arriving super early. I walked around, did some shopping and was a good sport about it.Its also interesting because the three other times Ive come, Ive had to sit around waiting for the brow tech to finish with the previous person for 5-25 minutes and never complained because I think everyone understands that in high traffic areas like Old Town, things can come up. It is insane time management/poor planning on their part to not have at LEAST a 5 minute buffer. I also would think youd want to retain a regular customer who also buys a lot of retail but I guess not.Again, I think if you do an okay job keeping up with your brows, they will do an okay job of trimming them and waxing them but I would plan to arrive early to find time to park and wait around for a while (though they wont do you the same courtesy). On the hunt again if anyone has a good brow recommendation in Chicago!

I love this place! Everyone is so sweet and Ali is amazing at brows. She does exactly what I want every time and never tries to change my shape or suggest anything outside of my comfort zone. Plus she’s FAST- I’m always in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

Huge fan of Arch & their services! I’ve been going to a few stylists here for a couple years now and can’t say enough good things about the skill, professionalism, and quality of service. They’re also always flexible when booking appointments, which is very much appreciated! Great selection of products too.

Started coming here after the pandemic restrictions were lifted. It was a recommendation from a really good friend who knows the girl/owner from Rockford. Took a chance because its close to my work. I love this place! I have been going consistently and my brows look great! I also was super excited about the brands they carry. I love the brand Oribe and got a few recommendations from my eyebrow girl, Indira! Love her, love my hair products! I am going to try out their blow dry service too!

Ive been going here for at least a year now, and Ive never had a bad brow wax. Ive seen Olivia, Indira, and Janey and they have all provided excellent service with open communication about the end result.The store also has an interesting and expansive selection of make up, hair products, and candles. Today I saw Olivia for a brow wax and she offered me a free sample of a shampoo Ive been interested to try. The waxes are on the pricier end ($25) but the extra $5 or $10 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Indira for fitting me in for a last minute appointment! I was visiting Chicago and found this place online and decided to book based on the great reviews. Indira did a great job with my brow wax and tint. Im usually pretty skeptical when I visit a new esthetician but she was awesome.

Horrible customer service- do yourself a favor and do not go here!I was told when I purchased my Ambre oil that if there were any issues I could return it for a full refund. When I tried returning the oil I was told I could return it but only for store credit. I work in a salon so I have no reason to go here except for the oil. The manager came out and was very rude. She said they have a strict 10 day return policy and it’s only for store credit. I would of never purchased the oil if I was told that. She basically insinuated that I was lying because she said they have a small crew that works there and she can’t imagine they wouldn’t tell me about the return policy. Well they didn’t and it also wasn’t on the receipt.I wish I would of read the reviews before buying anything from here.

If you are just getting your eyebrows donee an express facial with Abby I highly recommend! It is more expensive than a nail salon, but the ladies there take time to understand the shape you want and make your brows look full and clean. I will continue to go back to get mine done here.I gave 4 stars because the blow outs are a much lesser quality. The roots and edges of my hair were barely washed and my hair was oily when I left because of it. I have naturally curly hair and the stylist left my roots poofy and still curly. I had to go home and straighten my roots because she lacked so much attention to my hair. It seems like she was going through the motions but paying little attention. I was so disappointed because of the quality of their brow waxes and really nice staff. I will never get a blowout here again unfortunately.

I havent been able to go back there in months, they are always booked. I found a new place where I can consistently get in. It seems like poor planning to never have any availability, or room for walk-ins in an area like Old Town.
