I had an amazing gel manicure here - lasted two weeks and counting...great service, very clean and comfortable salon.

I had a really great visit, the no chip manicure was great and I like the salon. It’s comfortable, they take all the Covid precautions, they always play chick flicks, they allow tip on CC (which is great when you’re in a pinch and don’t have cash that day). Can’t think of anything I’d want differently. It is probably a few bucks more than my last salon, but also a better experience.

My favorite nail salon in the neighborhood! Clean professional and they do a great job. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because they do not give you a shoulder massage and their hand and foot massage is quick. All the other places in the area give amazing massages and it is the downside of coming here. They are otherwise better than all the other southport salons

I went to this location today and could not wait to post my experience on here. I went with a friend to get all services manicure and pedicures the two individuals performing the services were amazing and did a fantastic job! But unfortunately the cashier was extremely rude! As soon as I walked in she asked the reason why I was there with an attitude. It’s common sense I was their for their service,usually I get asked if I’m doing a walk in or if I have an appointment at other locations. After my friend and I got our service we of course tipped the ladies. This cashier not once but twice asked my friend and I if we had tipped them and both times I said yes. I took a quick bathroom break and was admiring the place and this lady kept watching us and giving us several glances I felt extremely out of place and very uncomfortable This was extremely rude! disrespectful! And Very unprofessional!Terrible first time experience! She had a terrible attitude since I walked in and the fact that we got asked if we tipped or not I have never had that experience anywhere else. We did not get asked once but TWICE! We also took a wine bottle and she asked my friend if we were leaving it, I don’t understand the reason for that question if we were still in the middle of getting manicures. We were more professional as we said thank you as we walked out because she did not say anything to us and seemed like she desperately wanted us to leave. I felt this was a personal problem and definitely needs to work on her self! We will NOT be going there again she made us feel so uncomfortable for our very first time. I was also thinking of posting this on my large social media platforms which I know they would have received plenty of new clients, but because of that cashier I will not be posting this place or recommending it to anyone!

First time at this nail salon. Beautiful place, with nice white spa like decor. Staff are all very friendly and inviting. I selected the Spa Manicure - with paraffin, and hot towel. Aida worked miracles with my hands! They both feel so soft and my nails look amazing! Definitely will return and bring some wine with me. Thank you for a lovely experience! 😊

This place was amazing!!! We were from out of town and decided to try this place. They were very professional and flexible with a walk in schedule for a later appointment, and called us with a sooner opening. They play movies so there is no pressure to make small talk but very nice staff if you wanted to! The nail service was exceptional and not rushed. I have had the same gel polish on since November 1, and today is the 21st! The only reason I had to have them redone is because of my nail growth! They are spotless and without chipping at the moment, and I even work with my fingers and nails. Would highly recommend!

This is a more upscale nail salon compared to others that you can just walk into. Super clean work space and friendly technicians.

This salon is super cute and they are very friendly. They seemed to really care if I liked my nails or not. This is the best no chip I’ve gotten in awhile, I’ve had it for 9 days now and it still looks great. Very impressed.

Super clean, services were not rushed and my no-chip looks good 3 weeks after all the dish washing and cleaning I’ve done 👌🏼

Hands down one of the best no chip manicures I have ever had!! Nur did a great job and was very nice. She made sure every nail looked great and paid attention to the little details. I would definitely recommend requesting her when you make an appointment. The salon was bright and clean. I will definitely be going back and making this my regular spot :)

Needs more constancy . didnt get offered anything to drink like last time. Also no one offered me a menu so I could pick which pedicure I wanted . Also Im a bigger girl and i could her the tech sigh as she had to slide her chair 5 inches over to complete my pedicure . most likely Ill go back because the finished product is what counts .i just want to be serviced more.... Other wise she did a nice job on my toes. They are a little bumpy. But I think its cause of the color I picked must have been old

The salon had fine service and was clean. However, the horror movie “Bird Box” was on the large, centered TV at 10am. As I had my nails done, I watched no less than half a dozen people get murdered. The eight year old girl next time was hiding her eyes. It was terrible. I won’t go back.

I hosted a small birthday party and they were so accommodating to our group of 10 on a Saturday! We were able to bring wine and everyone had a great time!
