After many years of looking for a one stop shop - I found it. Had a back waxing done by Matt today. He is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Found out they do chemical peels too. I am a new fan and will be going there for all my manscaping needs.. Also, LOVE the retro stuff - brought back memories..

I was looking for a place that specializes in mens waxing and other services such as facials. I chose Mens Grooming Parlor to get an Eyebrow wax. The decor was eclectic and comfortable. The owner Matt immediately showed enthusiasm in his craft as well as engaging with his client. I will check out the behind the scenes making of the Mandalorian and this has zero to do with services provided other than an example of the great conversation while I was there. Strongly recommend.

Going to Mexico in a few weeks and couple of friends recommended Matt. Ive never done professional grooming before but Im so glad I did.Was in time for appointment, the place was very clean and organized. Matt made me feel very comfortable. We chatted the entire time which was great as is it distracted me from he waxing lol. Seriously though, Im very impressed with the service. I got the back, ears and nose waxed and got the front side trimmed and all ready for vacation. I met happy with the results. Ill definitely be returning as needed. Thanks Matt!

Right from the moment you walk into the Parlor, you feel at ease. Its a welcoming surrounding with LOTS to look at while you wait in the waiting room/living room. Your wait is VERY short and Matt is always quick to come out and welcome you in and see if you need anything. Once you are in the room for service you have chosen on his user-friendly website, you feel like you are visiting with an old friend. Matt is professional, kind, sweet, patient, and above all, warm and friendly. During your visit, you will laugh and feel safe as you talk through the process. Every time I have walked out of the Mens Grooming Parlor, I felt 100 percent better about how I look (and thats saying something!). He makes what could be an uncomfortable experience a super-pleasant one. He is highly-professional, highly-skilled and super-friendly. The space he works in was impeccably curated by him and it makes you feel so relaxed and wanting to return. I have gone to Matt several times and every time has been exceptional. While some reviewers have complained that Matt is quick, I appreciate that immensely. I am 65 tall and am fairly muscular, so I have a large back. Matt is able to do a great job in about 15 minutes. I think pain is subjective, but I have had nothing out of the ordinary. I would rather the job be quick and get it over with ASAP.

THE BEST place for a man to go to get any skin, waxing or beauty treatment you could want. Matt is awesome and makes you feel so relaxed. He is professionl, and extremely good at his job. Fast and with the BEST results. He gets booked up very early so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to book.

Five minutes. $40. Onto the next person. And unnecessarily painful. What a disappointment.Matt is a nice guy, has a beautiful place. I was looking forward to this! I ran into Matt on the street the week before and explained how I had a critical meeting coming up. He suggested the Executive Wax and that I schedule a time with him, so I did.My experience (first visit too) was not so great and nothing close to what I expected - I absolutely felt like he rushed me through, as he looked surprised as I came to the locked door for my scheduled appointment. It was obvious he was in a hurry as another customer showed up a minute later. Matt asked if I had scheduled an appointment, even though the web site clearly says to schedule a week ahead, which I did. He obviously did not look at his calendar.It was easily the most painful wax Ive had, and I think thats because he was rushing through it. He barely checked his work, I dont recall any tweezers used, and no oil, sanitizer or anything similar after the wax, then went straight to the credit card machine. Easily the most rushed Ive wax Ive ever had. He did the bare minimum. As The door closed behind me, I could hear him giggling with his next customer. Simply awful.When I asked him for a recommendation for a haircutter, that fell flat as well. He didnt know but just one.For a guy who is supposed to be so good at this, I would expect him not to rush me out the door, especially as a first-time customer. This was definitely no Trunk Club! Sorry, Matt, this was an awful experience. Very sloppy.
