I love Orleans!! This my favorite nail spa in Chicago! They always do a fantastic job and are so personable and professional. They are such good artists and so nice !!! My tech for these nails was Holly and I’ve had Ryan in the past. Both sets were gorgeous and I always recommend Orleans to people who ask where I got them done :)

Orleans is the best nail salon. They are friendly and do the best job in the city for the best price. They are also super accommodating and can usually fit me in if I call or make an appointment online. The manager, Tom, and his wife are the only people I trust to do my nails anymore. Also one of the few places that do acrylic nails anymore. I highly suggest you give them a try.

I was looking for a place that did nail tips + dip well* and finally found one!! The attention to detail and time they took getting my nails perfect was amazing. thank you! can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Orleans Nail and Spa for 2 years now. They are all so kind and friendly and keep the place extremely clean! They are all so talented, but Ryan is amazing! He does an amazing job with dip manicures and is really so great at nail art! Make sure to make an appointment because they are usually pretty busy. 10/10 recommend using Orlean Nail and Spa!

The appointment process is very easy and they check you in quickly. We were serviced almost immediately. The pedicures were relaxing and worth the cost! My biggest issue is that for dip nails, they dip your fingernail in the container and tap the excess powder back into the container. This can be extremely unsanitary, especially at a busy location downtown where you have multiple customers using the same dip containers. I understand it’s cost effective, but I prefer using a separate, clean container.

WOW! Holly was amazing!!! I’m so happy with my nails! They look perfect and she was so nice. I was the last client and she didn’t rush at all and took so much time perfecting every detail. Since I was the last girl in the place I witnessed how thorough they clean the salon which I was also really impressed by. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other salons so I just had to take the time to give this place a good review because the service was great.

Holly is THE BEST - I have been looking for a new nail girl for months now… And she not only did the shape exactly how I asked, but she gladly made small modifications I requested, and totally nailed the color! She worked quickly, was gentle, and did an amazing job of heeding my request to make them as thin/real as possible. This is officially my new nail place—thank you, Holly!!!

I made an appointment for a pedicure for me and my boyfriend. We both got the deluxe pedicure and we are both very happy with the results. My boyfriend has really dry, cracked heels and they took care of that! His feet and nice and soft like a baby’s! I got gel polish and my nails look awesome and my feet are smooth. Both of our techs took their time, nothing felt rushed. Definitely coming back, and would totally recommend!

They do great work here and I love the nail polish options but they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to scheduling. They completely fill their books with appointments so even if you have an appointment, you will be waiting at least an hour to even get started. I decided to stop going because my time is just simply not respected here.

Absolutely loved our experience! We had a long wait time the first time we came in and they completely compensated us when we came back the following day. Pedicure was phenomenal and the full set I received was amazing!! Very pleased with the business and we will be coming back every time :)

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The attention to detail is amazing!

I keep trying to get an appointment here but when I book it online, it takes hours for anyone to confirm it and when they do, they tell me the time slot I’ve chosen isn’t available. Why have online booking then? I’ve heard great things about this place but I don’t have the patience for the basics being so difficult so I probably won’t try coming back.

They are horrible with overbooking appointments. Please be aware that even with an appointment you will have to wait and they won’t say anything to you at all while you sit and wait to even try and accommodate for overbooking.

I came to this nail salon and received a pedicure and an Acrylic Full set. Normally an Acrylic Full set will last 6-8 weeks with a fill-in after two weeks! Less than a week my nails started to lift and pop off ! I revisited the nail salon and spoke with management and explained what the issue was regarding my nails ! She refused to accommodate me . Not only did she not acknowledge the cheap products they used or show any sense of concern regarding the issue ; but try and tell me why it was my fault the nails came off so soon! I do not recommend this place and will never go back! The customer service skills were horrible ! It’s sad that after you spend your money you’re no longer valued as a customer !

Unfortunately, I stopped going to this nail salon about 2 months ago they had a new male nail tech who jacked my feet and nails up and when i went in to get it fixed they told me that my nails had broken in one day because I didnt get no chip. Which was a lie because I had gotten regular polish several times from this same nail spa and it was never a problem. it took them over an hour to fix two nails I ended up leaving because i had to go back work so my 2 nails were fixed but unpolished which didnt matter because the next day two more nails broke anyway:(

The Orleans pedicure special is absolutely amazing! Left my feet feeling so smooth and they definitely took their time on the massages. Holly is the best for liquid gel nails. She pays attention to details and makes sure that my nails are always perfect!

Horrible experience!!!! I called and asked if they took walking and the lady that answered the phone stated they did. Got there less than 5 mins paid for parking just to be told they were unable to take me. Unbelievable!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional.

First time going and me and my daughter loved it. Everyone were very nice. They talked to us and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

Ryan did a great job! He is a perfectionist and spent time making my nails look great. As many others have said, they have the largest selection of dip powders I’ve ever seen- probably 150 colors.

I have had a difficult time finding a nail salon in Chicago, close to my home in River North, that is able to provide high-quality service on manicures, especially for acrylic nails. I believe after more than two years of searching, I believe I have found my home for my nails.Holly did a wonderful job on my nails. She was attentive, professional, and quick. She is a real perfectionist and she pays attention to every little detail…she wouldn’t let a nail be finished until it was perfectly finished and shaped. Holly made me feel at home at the nail salon. Lee, the owner, is very accommodating. She spent time talking to me during my visit and really extended warm hospitality to me during my visit.Thank you again, Holly and Lee! I am looking forward to my next trip to your salon.

Ryan always does my dip nails and he always does a great job! I havent had my nails done by any other staff that works there. Ryan is super friendly and awesome. I am loyal to his salon and wouldnt go anywhere else because his work is absolutely flawless!

My roommate and I came for mani pedis to celebrate our March birthdays and absolutely LOVED our experience. The location is easy to get to by CTA and was kept clean and inviting. I had the pleasure of working with Tin for both services and I was so impressed!! His attention to detail was unmatched, his touch was gentle and soothing, and I felt so pampered and relaxed the whole time. Even when I messed up a nail, he really took his time to make my nails look clean and beautiful!! Thank you Tin and all the employees there, we will definitely be back ☺️

I’ve gotten acrylic nails done many times here and they’re always perfect!! Their attention to detail has ruined other nail salons for me. I’m very particular and picky with how I like my nails and they’ve always been so patient. All the nail techs are so polite and kind— I forgot my jacket my first time there and they had held onto it for months AND remembered me!

No-chip was lifting after 1 day, the manager attempted to rectify it by standing and rushing to fix the problem, of course doing a poor job... I should’ve just stick with what I had..

Ive recently moved back to Chicago and thought I would have to try a few places before finding my new go-to salon -- turns out I dont! I came in last minute during the week-- I called in ahead of time, and they were able to fit me in for the evening. They were nice, paid attention to detail (I had a specific request), and my nails turned out beautifully. I got a gel fill/no chip mani, and Ill definitely be a regular here in the future - thank you!

At every appointment, the staff shows nothing but excellent customer service and I’ve built a great relationship with Ryan, my tech. He’s always thorough with the services to ensure I leave with quality product. You got me hooked!!! THANK YOU 😊

These are a set of gels that I got and I’m so happy! It was close to closing time, but I was still able to get helped. We walked in the salon and it seemed very hygienic! The technicians really took their time to get the shape right and to thin out the gel so there’s not a thick layer of nail sitting on top of your real nail. I came in with an old set of gels and the removal process didn’t hurt at all. Some nail techs just run the drill over your nail in a hurry and you can feel how thin and hot your nail bed gets, but that wasn’t what happened here. My nails feel healthy/strong, I appreciate how careful and detail oriented they were here. It did take 1hr 45mins including old set removal and we stayed past closing but I don’t mind because there’s no bubbles or dents in my nails where the acrylic nail was laid down.

Wanted to try a new nail salon so I made an appointment for 330pm walked in they completely ignored me... kept telling me 5 mins ended up waiting a full hour! Called the nail salon I usually go to 312 nails aaaand they took me in immediately. I will never ever go back here again unless I am looking to go somewhere with terrible customer service!!!

Love this nail salon! They have a wide selection of colors to choose and my nail always last 2-3 weeks. I used to always get no chip but now I do dipping and last forever. Great price too, cheapest in the city around this area I have been to find!

I got a pedicure here and it was beyond my expectations! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff was superb. I’ve been to other nail salons in the area that make me feel rushed and they do a sloppy job. That’s not the case at Orleans Nails and Spa! They really take their time and make sure you are satisfied the whole time. Highly recommend!

Made a 6pm appointment online and it was confirmed. When I showed up they told me they were too busy to see me. Maybe get me in at 7:30pm or next day. Only response was “sorry” and then they walked away. They do a mediocre job at best but had to get in before a last minute business trip. Won’t be coming back!
