I love this place! I came here to get gel manicure done and ended up leaving with pedicure too! I love the service, the lady who did my nail art was amazing!! A MUST GO!! I cannot get over the fact that they are soo nice and helping!! My nails turned out amazing for the price I paid!!

Wouldn’t go here ever again. I called early in the morning to fit me in at a specific time, I get there & there were only 2 people being seen, Waited an hour to be worked on & I told her I didn’t have time now to do what I wanted originally. She insisted she do it & honestly she rushed the whole thing & did a terrible job. Had I not had another appointment to get to, I would’ve made her do it again. They’re lucky their closed on the weekends because I would’ve came right back for a polish change. Don’t recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been going there on and off for the last 3 to 4yrs, and have only had 1 subpar experience and that young lady no longer works there. I have been going there while the pandemic has been here, and they are very dedicated to providing a healthy and safe environment for them and the customer.

Came in randomly on a Tuesday afternoon about 3pm, pleasantly surprised. Also they offer 20% off M-F on $30+ services. Nail Technician was very friendly and talkative. I will return (& bring a friend)!

I want to like this salon because its convenient, but my last two visits have left me feeling like everything is an additional charge, and I spend more than I would for the same service at other salons. I had my nails done a week ago and the top clear coat is peeeling and looks terrible. I have never had this issue of a peeling topcoat in all of the years I have been getting arylic nails. I think theres too much focus on upcharging and not enough on the quality of the service.

The staff was very pleasant. We were in town on vacation. We called and asked if they had opening for manicures and were told absolutely. We waited an hour to get started because they only have on personal that does acrylic nails. When I was done they talked us into doing the dip power for my daughter instead of acrylic because it would be stronger and better for her nails.We got them done on a Saturday and Mondays morning the first nail broke. Tuesday two more broke. Wednesday I called and shared what happened and they took my phone number for the manager to call me back. It is Saturday now and I still have not been called.We are our $60.00 and disappointed in the quality.

Usually a good experience with very nice staff. Today someone was having a bad day. No chatting, no smiling and barely a service. One coat of polish, no top coat, and no eye contact. If you’re that upset about your job, go home instead of making everyone else miserable along with you. Working with the public can be hard, I’ve done it. I get it. But yikes, she was borderline angry the whole time I was in the shop.

Best nail shop. They always get the shape perfectly and never cut off too much toe nail lol like others. Could be a bit bigger saying as so they’re in a busy rush hour location.

I got a quick pedicure on my lunch break yesterday. Was taken care of right away, very friendly staff, and nice work. A pleasant experience. I would definitely go back!

This is downtown Chicagos hidden gem for nail salons! They are so good, speedy, but efficient and always welcoming. I walked in at 130pm, without an appointment, and was out of there at 150pm with a fresh new color!

Two stars because there was no wait but I was in and out of there so fast, I feel like I need another pedicure. Te technician was in a big hurry. I got no massage, not even lotion for my dry heels. I had to take some lotion for myself and Only then did she bother to come over and put some lotion on. $30 and I didn’t even ask for color. Never again.

UPDATE: I did have an issue with this no-chip manicure. However, they fixed the issue for free. Make sure that you get the OPI no-chip, and that they slow down a little.They gave me a no-chip in 30 minutes. They were all very nice and professional.

I have been going to this nail salon for 6+ year. I have gel nails and they handle my fill, gel pedicure, and waxing. I have tried almost every nail salon in the loop as have worked downtown for well over a decade and this is the best, most consistent service I have received over the years. My mani lasts for several weeks and my gel pedicures last for almost a month. I generally request Vicki, who is professional, remembers all of her clients preferences and is fast. I strongly recommend as have never had any of the negative experiences others have had in the 6 years I have been a client.

Schedule an appointment didn’t get taken care of until about 40 minutes after I arrived.On then nobody realize that I made an appointment for a pedicure as well as a manicure. my nail technician never checked in on me while I was soaking off. Another nail technician had to check in on me because no one was taking care of me, and he felt bad. After I got my pedicure even though I was an appointment (and it had been way past the time) I still have to wait as two more other customers to got taken care of in front before me. I didn’t get the service that I originally asked for and my nails were all right looking they’re not they’re not worth the price I paid for them. Plus did nothing to salvage the relationship for the time i wasted.

They have the best dip powder manicures and spa pedicures!

I took a break for a couple of months to let my nails breathe and Jennifer remembered me and seemed concerned regarding my absence. She cares about her clients. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING A QUICK POLISH CHANGE, REPAIRING A BROKEN NAIL OR A FILL. THEY GET YOU IN AND OUT AND THE COSTS ARE REASONABLE FOR BEING IN THE LOOP.

No chip did not last two weeks and cuticles were dried out within days. I went back and received no discount (usually shops will repair early chipping on no chips for free). They only took off $5 for polish removal. They tried to remove the polish w a bowl of acetone! I wont be back. There are much better shops in the loop.

Worst pedicure ever. She spent a total of 7 minutes on my feet and then painted my nails and rushed me out of my chair. It wasnt even busy, I was the only one there. No massage, no sugar scrub, no attempt to remove calluses. Then she forgot about me in the back while I was drying and never came by again. Awful. Not relaxing. Dirty towels. Waste of $27. I have polish on my skin. Dont come here, how does this place have good reviews? Honestly, it makes no sense.

Not only is Jasmine Nails reasonable for a downtown salon, everyone is friendly and courteous. I always ask for Jennifer who is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Jasmine Nails if you are downtown and need a Michigan Avenue manicure or pedicure for a reasonable price, this is the place.

I have gone to this place consistently for a year for acrylic sets & fills. I used to love it despite my friends having bad pedicure experiences and my Vietnamese friends translating how much they speak distastefully about the customers (something that happens in every salon). One day they start charging me $10 more every visit ($35 instead of $25 + I always tip $10). I bring it up to my favorite nail tech and she says, Oh we never overcharge, you should pay $25 for a fill and $35 for a full set but if you get a fill we should charge you $5 for each nail we replace. Wait what? So for you to redo all of my nails its only $35 but youre doing only a fill for $35 as well? She goes back to charging me $25 each visit. Then last time she says from now on its always $35 no matter if its fill or full set because you get coffin shaped nails. WHAT!? One of my nails broke immediately after my last visit, I went it 4 days later to have it fixed and they charged me! After seeing the staff reuse nail polish remover on multiple clients and being overcharged, I cant give my business to this salon any longer.

I went in during their special M-W 20% and was referred by a co worker. I went in around 3 pm and did not get out until 7 pm. I wanted a french manicure pedi with a gel overlay w/tips. The lady that was doing my feet did not understand english and no else really did. It took 5 people and with the help of a picture for them to understand what I wanted. The owners wife had the nerve to ask me why was I being difficult? Wait? What?! First, I found that racist af because the caucasian lady across from me kept changing her nail color and second I am paying for a service for you to provide. Third, do you really want me to get black on you, but I stayed professional. It was to the point of walking out. Finally a young man comes along and I explained to him what I wanted and he was able to perform the service without any problem. I asked to speak to the owner regarding the comment that was stated. The owner (a white guy) came to me and asked me what happened. I told him what went on and what the lady stated, and his response was, oh thats my wife-she is having our child and laughed it off. Wow, that was an insult to injury. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China. I dont care about your wife-I care about how I am talked to and treated when paying for a service. Then on top of that-the salon did not want to honor the 20% discount and up charged me for a gel full set and would not give me a receipt. Please do not visit this place. They are very rude and unprofessional

Honestly, the worst experience ive had thus far. Ive been getting acrylics for a while now and this is the first time that a nail has just fallen off. I went to go get my money back and the lady said i purposefully ripped off the nail. very rude, would not recommend going here.

I work next door and thought this could be my go-to nails place.Got a mani (no chip) & pedi. The color on my hands is uneven in several of the fingers, and the nails were filled at weird angles that left sharp tips leaning towards off angles in most fingers.The pedi was even more disappointing. My toes got brushed for 3 seconds, my feet got dipped in the water a few times, and were rubbed for 5 seconds. Otherwise, nothing done to my toe nails or cuticles, no exfoliating. Cannot speak much for the nail polish because I left within 10min after and it got ruined-just wanted to leave.All for the nice price of $65. Will not be coming back

I used to go to Tracy and she was great. Its kind of a pricey place and so I switched to a more local, less expensive salon.

Came in over lunch and they fit me right in. My *regular* manicure took about 20 minutes and I was outta there for $15. The polish stayed on chip-free for over a week! Highly recommend. They do try upsell you on the chip-free mani, but Im glad I didnt go for it. Didnt need to!

I was charged a large amount of money for my *no-chip* manicure to chip off two days later. My pedicure experience was not relaxing and the overall service was rushed. I will not be coming here again.

They rush everything and do no take their time with manicures and pedicures at all. Prices are way to high for such poor service.

My wife went there recently and had a really bad experience. They did a bad job and promised her to re-do it when she came back. When she did, they wanted to charge her full price. When she protested this based on what she was told previously, they reacted harshly. Very rude, even the manager. There is also a language barrier, and although not normally a big deal, it can be when they are rude, and are seemingly mocking you or talking about you behind your back. She will not go back.

Quick professional service and very clean!

Really hit or miss in the last several (5-7) times Ive been here. I like the no chip manicure just fine on my real nails but on the occasion I get acrylics it has been subpar. Despite almost an hour to closing time they usually will rush. My acrylics tend to be crooked or mismatched in shape/height. Depending on who the manicurist is or her mood it can be a painful and stressful experience. I thought maybe it was bad luck and kept going back because I didnt have a better alternative. I would not recommend and I will not be going back.

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. The tech cut a chunk out of my toe and it wouldnt stop bleeding. Then cut the cuticle on my nail too close and that started bleeding. Had to stop at Walgreen on the way home to get antibiotic ointment for all my new injuries. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

$27 dollar pedicure = Dipping feet in Hot Blue Water for 5mins, cuticles pushed back haphazardly, dead flesh tweezed out carelessly, heels buffed expeditiously; pour a bunch of oils and white liquids all over you legs and feet, rub in, 18 mins youre in & out! Done and Done. Although an improvement from when I walked in, my feet feel cheated regardless. Ive had WAY better at other spas in the city. Never again.

I go to this salon for about a year. I always had a good experience until today.Today I met a very rude and unprofessional person, I think she is a manager or even an owner.... It felt like she was in a hurry, very mean(even she didnt talk a lot you just feel it as a customer ) .Manicure is done not properly, also nail polish for no-chip are over the edges. This woman needs to change her behavior, maybe this place will get more stars.

She left with white stuff around my nail, basically she didnt clean it up after she finished and she cut my nails too short before she put the set. I dont recommend it. I been there twice, I didnt like the result both times.
