I live in the building above from where this place is, that is the ONLY reason I subject myself to coming here. This place is terrible. I wait over 30 minutes from when I make an appointment with no apology. Every time I get my eyebrows done she burns them…I get scabs the next day. I’ve told her repeatedly the wax or too hot but she vehemently denies it is. There is zero effort in making this place comfortable for the customers…the couch where you’re supposed to wait is littered with their laptops, food, bags and other personal items. No music or television, just silence.Seriously, don’t come here.

I was completed disappointed with the service. Nails came out horrible and they dont have anything saying they are cash only which is extremely inconvenient. Left and nails are thin and all messed up. I would not recommend.

Pedicure was ok. Nothing special. But please be aware, they are CASH ONLY and their ATM is totally sketchy!!!
