I like this nailshop because I always leave out satisfied with the art on my nails. They do good work. Go have your nails done there. See for yourself.

My nails and eyebrows are dope but my feet look horrible. It looks like my little cousin did it; he also didn’t clean my toe nails or clip them all the way like asked!

Manager and his wife is very unprofessional they let 5 people ahead of me after waiting a hr I will never come back here! I been a customer for over 4 years very disappointed!

My nails wasn’t shape like I asked the nail tech and he was roughly handling my hand and they did not polish my nails and toes right it wasn’t neat it was messy. I told the lady thank you when I had them to correct it she didn’t say anything very unprofessional. Also they not following cov019 guidelines not even disinfect the areas after they use it

I used to like this place, but since covid the prices with up, yet the quality and service went down. My nails used to last for 2 to 3 weeks. Now am lucky if I can get 5 to 7 days.

Both my feet was infected, because the nail tech dug to far and used internalized tools... tt the mang she told me no u have an in growing the nail I said no I dont she mad both my feet bleed when she was digging and I told her your hurting and digging to far

Been coming here for 6 years & I have never had bad service. Its better to come during a weekday when its less busier than weekends. They do lashes, eyebrows, manicures & pedicures and have a large selection of no chip polish. There are also a few who are good at nail art.

They were very busy but I got great service from Tony with my Mani/pedi. I was in n out in less than an hour 💪🥰🥰

I Love the eyebrows wax& lash out on but the constant let down with this polish situation is irritating just buy new polish instead of putting polish remover inside to make more when you’re ruining the product! Gotten my nails done 💅🏾 a week ago yesterday now my no chip ah peeled off half of my nails & I paid $47 for my nails alone & also had no chip on feet 🦶 it peeled off gotten it fixed 3 days later my nails started & ive worn gloves when washing cooking & doin whatever but no chip not suppose to be worse then regular polish I usually just get that I should have

Grace is the only person I let touch my nails. I only get no chips and I DO NOT LET THEM CUT MY CUTICLES. They also do a good job on your brows.

I went in to try individual lashes for the first time. And also get my brows done. The lashes, Im digging them, good job! Not over the top, not too long and or thick. I just have to get used to them. Not crazy about how my brows turned out. Not bad, not good. IDK it could just be my brows. But they just clean them up, no Arch#Update : got my lashes done on Jan 2nd, going back tomorrow Jan 12 for touch up. They still look nice, but I feel like its time, something is poking me in the right eyelid. But Im satisfied

This place is not worth going to anymore, I have been going there since they opened up. But the last time I went the lady actually wanted to charge me $25 for a pedicure, and she did not provide the full service. And when I started to complain then they said they would charge me 20. They have become very lazy wont be going back, the only thing the lady actually did regarding the pedicure was polish my toenails.

I got a full set of nails by Elleg on 6-6-2018, after 3 days, four nails had lifted. After 7 or 8 days all of my nails were lifted or completely off. I called and spoke to the salon owner and she was VERY rude, ignorant and unprofessional to me.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for 2 years. I recently got a fungal infection and they denied responsibility. Didn’t even give refund. My thumb swole up immideatly after nail shop but I didn’t get time to go back. The throbbing was so bad I’ve been taking Advil and soaked hand in epsom salt. Going to urgent care today. Didn’t have an issue before but this happened due to dirty nail tools.Update: things have escalated and I went from a possible paronychia infection to finger tip pulp.I can’t believe they treated a loyal customer with such disrespect when I brought up the issue with a manager. I get no-chip manicure every 2 weeks. So far, I’ve had to take days off work and wake up at 3 AM for Advil/throbbing pain.Not worth it... AVOID this place by all means.

I told this worker the base of my nail was crooked, he had to take it off and redo it. He had a terrible attitude after than and overcharged me $30 for a $20 set. Never going here again and making sure other stay clear too💯

The facility is clean, its quite and the workers are professional.

I usually go on Springfield & Madison but my friend wanted to come here, the floor was dirty there were dirty towels on the floor walls were dirty & the staff was rude
