First time visiting Bedazzled and my random technician Avia was wonderful, very professional and very gentle. My nails look really nice and very I am very happy with the service.

Cindy is the absolute best! I just moved from New York and I had the hardest time finding a salon that met my needs but bedazzled is amazing and i will no longer be hunting for a nail salon. Cindy takes her time to perfect shape, is incredibly sweet and the salon overall is so gorgeous. Worth every penny!

First good experience at a nail salon in Chicago! Mai was so sweet and helped me find the specific color I was looking for even when I was ready to settle, she took her time with shaping each nail and it looks absolutely perfect. I usually have to go back home and file excess product off the underneath of the nail myself but she went in every nook and cranny until it was flawless. From the perfectly even nail beds to the thin and perfectly shaped tips I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received. Coming back here for sure.

First and foremost, I will be back for one more try. I called mid day and the receptionist who is seriously the most kind person, was able to fit me in right away.What I will say is that my pedicure with Hanna was anything but enjoyable. She rushed through the pedicure very fast, it was not relaxing and when I stated parts of the pedicure hurt she kept on going. She also took a FaceTime in the middle of my pedicure and continued to leave the pedi mid way through for more than a minute or so.I’ve heard such great things about this place and hope to be back, just will not be receiving a pedicure with Hanna.

I love this place! the salon is super clean and everyone here is so friendly. they all want to make you happy as much as they can. the costumer service is great. also my Gel-X turned amazing and I cant stop looking at my nails!!! if yelp had 6 stars I would give them for sure. :)

I showed up early for my 5pm appointment time. They didn’t get started on me until 5:40 and I had a dinner to go to at 7 so they started doing my mani and pedi at the same time. But it ended up looking so bad. The ladies were nice but there is no excuse to be 40 minutes late for an appointment and then for the nails to look this tragic. At the end the host literally gasped when she saw my nails because they look terrible and then she only could offer a 10% discount. And I never leave reviews or complain but this was some of the worst service I have gotten. Like I said the ladies who did my nails were nice and if my appointment had started on time I’m sure it would have been done nicely but overall disappointing and unprofessional service.

Cindy brutalized my cuticles. You can see the encapsulated blood. One of my nails doesn’t fit well. My cuticles are still sensitive a week later.

I’m from St. Louis and I come to Chicago every now and then. I met Cindy at Bedazzled back in 2016 and she was so amazing so I make sure I always come visit when I’m in town. I absolutely love Bedazzled! The location is very convenient, the nail salon is very clean, the staff are all very professional and friendly, and I have never been disappointed. I am so happy that they have reopened. During the pandemic I visited another nail salon and was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the place, and my nails. I have been going to bedazzled for the last few years now, and they have always been excellent.Their new space is beautiful and their statement floral wall is my favourite 😍. Their check in and check out process is seamless and are following safe covid protocols. I highly recommend bedazzled for anyone who is looking to get their nails done.

They didn’t have my original appointment that I booked online. I was disappointed but that. I got a gel mani anyway, and my technician was careful and made sure my nails looked good. Minus 1 star cause it took sooooo long, over 90 minutes.

After searching for a nail salon and tech that fit my needs....Bedazzled is the BEST! Brandon was absolutely wonderful with my Acrylic Fill-in. Finally I have found a place that doesnt make my nails look like Im a 12 year old with thick press on nails from Walgreens! Lol. The salon is so clean, trendy, and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Next Ill be bringing my friend in for our pedis - So happy with everything at Bedazzled!

Gave this place a try based on the good reviews but was made to wait 45 minutes each of the three times I came, whether it was 11AM on a Saturday or 4PM on a random Tuesday. Scheduling mistakes happen to the best of us, but there clearly is no system in place here to honor appointments.

I walked in this place asking for some lines and dots of metallic on my nails and the woman (I did not catch her name) hooked me up! I did not understand the mechanics of how the metallic would work so I basically gave her the reigns she gave me this awesome gel manicure. Super excited with the results. The place was clean and felt very safe in terms of COVID disinfecting. Will definitely be back!

I came to this place with my Aunt for acrylic nails. This appointment was already rescheduled once and my aunt had to provide photos from the Instagram account to make sure that they could do the art. The day before the appointment the salon called and told her that they had to change the day because the technicians were not available. Our appointment was changed to a week later. We checked in and there were 10 people waiting to get their nails done, we then waited 30 minutes. Finally, someone takes me to the chair to get my nails done, and when I show him my photo of what I want he says he doesnt have enough time to do that. We then found out that nobody was available to do the nail art even though our appointment was for nail art. If they didnt have someone to do the nail art why could they have not told us that at the beginning since thats what we were scheduled to get? Also, the older woman at the front had such a bad attitude when talking to us, she kept making rude comments as if what was happening was our fault and on top of that, there was no apology from any of the employees. I would not recommend anyone goes to this salon because of the disorganization, lack of professionalism, and attitude. Im very disappointed and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Went to Bedazzled today for the first time and I am very happy with my pedi and gel mani. I selected Lynn based on other reviews, and she did a great job! Everyone was friendly, they were on time, and it is a nice, clean salon. I highly recommend and I plan on continuing to use Lynn/Bedazzled in the future!

Had to wait 30 minutes despite having an appointment. Manicure and pedicure is advertised as a 60 minute service. Unfortunately my pedicure alone took 60 minutes and I did not have extra time to wait so I skipped the manicure. My nail technician was nice but seemed very inexperienced - the water was too cold and then too hot. Nail polish and cut of the nails were uneven. By the end a more experienced nail technician had to remove the polish and redo it. Everyone however was very apologetic and nice and even offered a free service the next day. Unfortunately I don’t have time to return. Not sure I would recommend this place, but 3 stars for at least trying to correct things.

You know you have gotten a bad manicure when your skin starts to peel off after 2 days of receiving the service. My pedicure done my Brandon was great. The manicure was done by the owner/manager of the salon who was not paying attention to what she was doing. She butchered my nails.

This place was very clean and beautiful. I love my nails! They have a wide variety of options, and they can do designs.

I made an appointment for 2 people for manicures with nail art. In order to make the appointment I had to provide photos of the nail art which I selected from their instagram account. The day before the appointment the salon called to indicate that the technicians were not available and the appointments were rescheduled for a week later. I reconfirmed both appointments but once we arrived at the salon there was only one appointment in the system. Checked in and waited 30 minutes and were then told no one was available to do the nail art (of which pictures were provided). If no one was available, could they not have informed us when we checked-in instead of making us wait 30 minutes? Despite the disorganization and lack of professionalism, the attitude of the older lady was the most disappointing. Her comments directed at us as if we did something wrong. Not a single apology offered by anyone.

This is the only nail salon I’ll go to. Everyone is super nice and I always come out with my points as sharp as can be. I work just a block away so for me, it’s so convenient. And the price for downtown Chicago isn’t bad at all.Being in the beauty industry myself, I always recommend coming here because the service is A++

By the looks of it, my nails were done by an amateur. 4 of them weren’t straight and one was completely twisted. I mentioned it wasn’t straight and he tried to fix them. When I asked for a design, he wasn’t able to accommodate. My toe nails had speckles of white on them. $130 dollars later, I was very disappointed. I would not come here again.

Amazing experience here! I landed around lunch from Alabama and needed to get a manicure and pedicure done before an evening event. It was super close to my hotel so i walked here. I only waited about 10 minutes and they had my gel nails and pedicure done back to back. I tend to be very picky on where I get my nails done and i would come here often if I were a local. Great service and phenomenal quality of work.

A friend recommended them so I went to check them out. The nail tech at station #3 did a great job on my full set - she brought my design to life and was very detailed. I think I found a new nail spot.2 week update - Went back for a pedicure and fill in and had the gentleman who sits at station #1 service me. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! He did a great job on adding a nail tip to my big toes and was extremely detailed from start to finish. The salon is clean and they have great customer service. Check them out!

Kelly did my nails and did a fantastic job. My cuticles have been in rough shape lately and she spent a good amount of time prepping them so my nails as a finished product look great. I was able to get an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon within the hour. I think they accept walk ins, but I would not. You would have to wait a good while for a walk in, so you might as well make an appointment.

I needed a mani pedi asap and they are very accommodating. The lady who help me is nice i think her name is lyn. Im not from here but if ever I come back in Chicago Id go here again.

I had an appointment for an express set at 2:15. 20 minutes later they had still not gotten to my appointment. At that time I had to leave as the express 45 minute Manicure would now be cut down to only 25 minutes on my break. And extremely disappointed and will not be returning unless they fix this issue

It was my first time going to the place and I absolutely love it. The place was very clean. The nail techs were very nice and we able to do any design possible. They did shape the extended nails to look like my actual nails. I would a 100% recommend coming to this place.

Great job but pricey! I just relocated from Atlanta where Im used to only paying $25 for an SNS manicure. Here was almost twice as much! Combine that with a $50 deluxe pedicure, this was probably the most expensive salon visit Ive had EVER. But with that said, I will say the service was exceptional and I really liked how my nails came out. Its a tiny shop, but I didnt have to wait at all (I called ahead to make sure) and Holly, who actually did my nails was great! The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is solely due to how pricey it is, but they really did a good job. Oh! and they had a great SNS color selection too. They had colors Ive not seen before which was great too.

Cindy runs a great salon, I could not be happier with my nails right now. She took a full two hours on my ruined extensions, worked her magic and gave me a beautiful fill. She took her time on the steps and made sure I was happy with all aspect of her work. Heres why I recommend this salon, as busy as it was( waited over 30 minutes ) 1) it was clean, they use bags in their pedicure chairs, sanitize tools & wear gloves 2) I have never seen so many polish options in my life. They have different types of polishes everything from Dior, Channel, Christian Louboutin to my personal favorite, color changing mood gel 3) Cindy was really kind and thanked me for being patient...she is a good business woman, great nail tech and added bonus was nice to talk to. This salon is slammed from when they open to when they close and they WORK REALLY HARD. There are a lot of mixed reviews, most of them are complaining/knit-picking at things that happen at every nail salon no matter how good or bad. If youre looking for a quick manicure pedicure and the wait is too long, this place might not be for you. Be nice, explain what you want, and know that this salon is thorough and youll leave with beautiful nails! Thank you again Cindy!!!

This place was a mess! Even though the staff was friendly the store was way to crowded and uncomfortable. The pedicure stations looked like they have been around for a LONG time. I definitely wouldnt stick my feet in them. I felt bad for the girls that had to do manicures while standing up the entire time. I have NEVER seen that before. I went in with a couple of friends to get manicures but I decided against it once I saw the conditions of the store.

My first time getting my manicure and pedicure done post quarantine. I’m so glad to see that this salon takes Covid-19 precaution seriously. They check your temperature upon entering. Everyone wears masks. You have to fill out a consent form before your service. They have sanitizers at each station. Brand new chair covering for each customer. I’m a health freak so seeing these give me some comfort to be out and get back to my normal life. I’ll be back every two weeks. Thank you ladies! Also, if you are driving. I had a very early appointment today and had the chance to observe the employees at Bedazzled. The owner, Cindy and her staff thoroughly disinfected and cleaned the entire spa. They wiped the shelves, sinks, chairs, mirror, soaking foot tubs with disinfectant. They used new tub disposal plastic liners to lined the foot soaking tub and chairs. I feel very comfortable and confident going there as I know they thoroughly disinfect everything. Navy, the nail technician did an outstanding job with my dip mani and no chip pedi. I am very thrilled with her work and without any doubts, Bedazzled is a clean spa!

Tom is the best dip manicurist in Chicago that I’ve seen. Bedazzled has treat jars, a huge color selection, and more than 18 stations working at a time. Call ahead for an appointment - there’s a sign in system when you arrive anyway at the front desk, where you indicate if you have an appointment. Tom uses an LED light and gel top coat to cure the dip, giving it an extra shine that I like. Menu and prices attached - $48 is standard for dip in Chicago, and this included a highly efficient and not painful removal.The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the hand massage at the end, but that’s not what I came for anyway. Very happy with the outcome!

A friend of mine recommended this nail salon and I decided to make an appointment to check them out. I had a design in mind and showed it to them. They did my nails exactly how I wanted. I will definitely recommend my friends to check them out!

I was in town for a get away and had a nail emergency. Bedazzled was 1 block from the hotel where I was staying. I called at 6:20 (they closed at 8) and they told me to come in. Entering the nail place, the staff was friendly. I was seated immediately. Navy was my nail tech. She was very warm and sweet. I wanted the dip. Navy did an EXCELLENT job with my nails. I highly recommend Bedazzled and be sure to ask for Navy!

My daughters (pre-teens) and I visited Bedazzled today. I had the most amazing pedicure! Truly the best I have ever had in my life! My daughters each had their nails done; both are extremely thrilled.There were around 8 pedicure massage seats and 8 manicure seats plus 6 additional seats for drying. The shop is spacious and clean. The price was very reasonable!

Expected better service based on reviews. Average prices for the neighborhood but quality wasn’t great. Place was clean and fairly busy. The technician was super friendly which was great and did a good job with the painting part of the pedicure but the cutting wasn’t so great. Lots of sharp edges and now have an ingrown toenail. Definitely worth paying a few extra dollars for better experience somewhere else nearby. Won’t be back.

I went on Tuesday, shape is not what I initially wanted but let it slide. Once I left I realized the paint job is not the best, and she didn’t clean up my cuticles. I now look like I’m a week in from the “growth” and one nail is completely the opposite direction.Thank you for your response I been out due to holidays. I’m having an issue with my gift certificate. It’s saying I have no available balance. I did not use the full amount. I went in on Christmas Eve.

The best place to get your nails done in Chicago in my opinion. They will always try to fit you in and will go with wherever your nail creativity wants to take you.

I paid $70 (not including the tip) for a soak off, and a mid length full set with shellac and rhinestones. Barely longer than my normal. Within 4 days, my nails were popping off like they were press ons. I have NOT had any issues with acrylic nails or length at my home shop. I only came here on vacation. And I bet I will never come back. Study your craft

Was visiting Chicago and needed to get acrylic fillings. Was so happy I came across this salon in google.Cindy was tremendously professional and went above and beyond with me.Beautiful salon! Great customer service! Takes walk ins but gotta say it gets busy.You can also bring your own wine and gave it while you are being pampered or enjoy it with your friends.Highly recommended!

I went here for an acrylic fill in and I was unsatisfied when I went to pay. The lady who did my nails told me she couldnt do the design I was asking for unless she used no chip nail polish. Then charged me for no chip and a full set. I asked for the design in regular color which is easy. Not to mention my nails ended up bulky because of the layers of no chip polish. Not worth the 70 dollars I paid for with an inexperienced technician.

I had an scheduled pedicure appointment, however I was not attended to until 40 minutes later. when the technician completed the polish, I was left at the drying station, I was not assisted with putting on my shoes, she did not come back for payment or tip.

I am staying at a nearby hotel and the front desk agent recommended Bedazzled. I thought I was in for a quick pedicure. I wasnt. And I could not be happier! My feet feel amazing, the staff was awesome, and I will be back if I visit Chicago again!

Very nice staff and free glasses of prosecco! My tech was super sweet and did an amazing job with my gel set. Music was pretty loud but they were also hosting a birthday party so I dont think its usually like that. I always hate getting my nails done and being anxious to speak up about anything but my tech was so great about asking me if I liked everything as she was doing it. I will be back!

Looks like a nice place with talented nail techs but I booked my appoinment for 7:30 pm. I was told to have a seat and wait. However i waited for 30 min and 2 girls before me walked out as well. They close at 8 and I just could not wait any longer so i left. No one seemed close to being finished either.I wish someone would have at least came up to me to let me know what is going on or if they were still going to have time.
