Called and made an appointment to get a no-chip mani/pedi. Took an Uber from work to 175 W. Jackson the address they have on the website. Get to my appointment, give the lady my name and appointment time. She checked the appointment book, didnt see my name and makes a phone call. And tell me that my appointment is set at the other location. And asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I think it would be nice when people make an appointment it would be nice to let people know which location they should go to.

Did not like how there business operated, I was given a time arrive 15 minutes late. Vistor from out town got confused with direction and was pushing wheelchair. When got there they told me 2 late and this was not the building as they have 2 place. I talk to them twice and as the other areas did not perform the kind of work I needed near the hotel. The young lady did pedicure was excellent 👌

Prestige Nails is a hidden gem in the Loop! My daughter and I spent the day going to museums. After a long day, we decided to try Prestige Nails & Spa, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean and immaculate (unlike your typical nail salons with clutter everywhere 👎🏻), the nail polishes were organized well (I was able to find my color in gel and regular, imagine that). My technician and my daughter’s were attentive to details, they welcomed all their customers with a smile and a “hello”, demonstrating their commitment to their customers. I will definitely be a returning customer 💛

I was doing acrylic nails for years and my coworker wanted to try dip and she thought we should go together. I was ready for the change in salons and switching away from fake nails. I have been going to Amy for a few months and could not be happier. I have long healthy nails and the dip never cracks, chips, or feels too thick.

I would say its pure luck who is doing your nails! First time I got no chip manicure, it was awesome no complaints whatsoever. Very nice and clean salon. Second visit, I feel rushed, tech did no-chip removal and gel application within 15 mins. I noticed cracks within a week and went back to get it fixed. Their reasoning for cracks: If you type on keyboard you are prone to get cracks not sure how true is that. The last time nothing happened for almost 2 weeks. But anyways same tech did the fix, under 5 mins buffed and re-applied color and clear gel coating. Now, there is a noticeable dip on my ring finger nail, see attached pic. I guess at the end when she was rushing and applying something with the cotton might have caused it. Go at your own risk.

They did a fantastic job with my dip manicure! The technician was fast and focused and the finished product looked amazing. Highly recommend!

Not very happy with the service, I requested a deep powder with a matte finish. Next thing I know the nail technician says that she is done. The only thing she did to give my nails a matte finish was to buffer my nails!!!!! I was upset at that point because they looked terrible! I asked her to just put the matte finish and she refused then the manager I guess told her to do it, but she had a terrible attitude. Not does customer service!!!

Extremely convenient to work. Competitive pricing compared to other places in the city. I experienced great customer service and was able to have a good experience, it did not feel rushed.

Love this salon, Ive never been disappointed in any service Ive received. It used to be in my work building but our office just moved locations a few blocks away. I will continue to go to the salon on my lunch break. I usually make a reservation ahead of time but have been quickly accommodated when just walking in.

I got my nails done here a little over a week ago and the shop was clean and the workers were nice. I got an acrylic set and they were good even though I paid $55 for a set that I could get for $35 near me but it was a nicer place so I expected a higher price. However, it hasn’t even been 3 weeks and my nails are already coming off. When I get my nails done at the shop near my house they last wayyy longer. Not sure if I will go back here for acrylics.

First time was amazing! They are very clean, fast, and have tons of knowledgeable staff. The quality of their work is outstanding. Recommend making an appointment in advance to avoid waiting.

The nail techs are very detailed and are perfectionist. Mani.. pedi and wax and was back at work in 1 1/2 hours. Prices are average for downtown and if they cant fit you in they will let you know when to come in so your not wasting your lunch hour waiting for your turn.

Cici did an awesome job on my nails! I got a gel full-set. My nails were short and in rough shape (nail biter and never get manicures). But she was able to work miracles to make my nails look beautiful! She was very friendly and answered every single question I had about nail services, including all the new trends. I didn’t know much about any of these things prior to meeting Cici. She made sure that I was satisfied with my nails during each step (length, shape, thickness, color) and was sure to reassure me that I was the customer and should let her know if I don’t like anything and that she’d be happy to fix it. Luckily I had no complaints throughout the process, so she didn’t make any changes, even though I’m pretty picky. I will be going back to Cici at Prestige Nails every single time. Hard to find a place and technician that you can trust. I recommend her fully. Thanks Cici!

Thank you for getting me in and fixing my nails. I was on a business trip when I realized my nails were starting to discolor a s Prestige got me in and fixed them beautifully. Very clean and professional and because it was a fix versus a complete reapplication I was not charged for a complete set. Thank you for being fair and kind.

This place is either a hit or miss, it really depends who takes care of you. Some are experienced and nice but others are not so careful when working on your hands and toes.

So I had some gel nails thats a bit harder to take off, but instead of being more patient and spend longer time to handle the more difficult situation, they first of all trying to take it off very violently (very painful), then claimed that they couldnt do anything with it, and tell me to leave with that destroyed nails. I had these nails before I know its totally possible to take it off just a bit more time consuming, so I had to force her to do her job, otherwise she tries to kick me out with a half done nail. And then finally she took it off based on my instructions (yes, I have to fight with her to let her do her job), and she was shaping my nail so violently that she break my skin on my little finger and I begun to bleed - no apologies from that. And when its finally done they charged me $29, instead what they told me in the phone, which is $25. Im very unsatisfied with the experience, I dont think they care about their customers, they are just there to make money from the busy white collars, not even with an acceptable altitude.

Zero customer loyalty, very disappointed. At this place its not the customer always right attitude but we dont care one and if you complain you better never come here again.

Ive visited this location a few times and I really like it. I get pedi and no chip mani. The color options are amazing. The foot scrub/massage is very relaxing. Very friendly - they accept debit/credit card but cash onlybfor tips.

Dont bother making an appointment as theyll over book like an airline. And add insult by starting your service late and then tell you to wait while they start working on some other person. Convenient location does not compensate for poor customer service.

Salon is clean. Equipment is in sterilizers. Technician allowed me quiet which I prefer than incessant chatter.

Very unprofessional and ridiculous liars! I went there to have a nail repaired at exactly 6:14p the woman was visibly disappointed by the service I requested so when she spoke to her coworker I was told oh were closed. I asked ok what you closed and she stated they take their last customer at 6pm (1hr before closing) it was clear I was being treated unfair but unsure what was the reason for it.

The attention to detail is incomparable. Fantastic!

Great nail salon, Ive been going there for over 7 years and Ive never had a complaint. They are close to my job and I can count on an hour and 30 minute lunch break mani/pedi. I get no chip mani and a regular pedi.
